I ordered the homemade turkey and cheese sub. I was disappointed with the ratio of bread with the turkey. The turkey was shredded, not sliced, as I had imagined. The roll, which was fresh yet very thick, did not compliment the small amount of meat inside. I should have read the reviews prior to my visit. As my experience seems to be in-line with other reviewers.

I got one of their signature subs, the Bobbie (I think that’s it’s name), overall it was ok. The turkey was definitely dry and there wasn’t enough cranberry sauce to balance it out. The sub that they used though was good and did taste fresh. Service was pretty fast too. Decent enough place if you’re in the mood for a sub.My recommendation - travel to NJ and find out how subs should be, and emulate them!

The Classic steak and cheese sandwich was okay very small I ordered through doordash which is misleading, because on the menu from Capriotti's if you look it up online, it states that the sandwich for a half is $7.99 then for a small sub is $12.99 but doordash I guess raised the price because now all of a sudden my $12.99 steak & cheese sandwich became $15.99 and all the places I've ever gone to to get a sub, you have the choice to order a half a sub or a whole sub this place gives you a little teeny sandwich for $12.99 if you went in there if you go through doordash it's $15.99 plus their fee.If you order the half it's $9.99⁹ the medium sized I forgot the price but I think the large was $25.99 on doordash what the heck I've never heard of a half of a sub, a small sub, a medium sub and a large sub I've heard of a half or a whole or some places offer a party sub which is very large I will never order from doordash again the driver was fine but the door dash rips you off when it comes to the prices I think the restaurants are the ones who should give doordash a discount off the regular price in order for doordash to make money not put it off on the customers who are giving Capriotti's business and let the customer tip the driver !the salad was another thing $13.99 for supposedly a large salad it wasn't that big and the lettuce had an irony taste which means it wasn't rinsed properly I won't be going back to capriotti's and I won't be ordering from doordash ever again my car is in the shop I'll ride my bike instead of paying an arm and a leg for a tiny salad and a tiny sub from Capriotti's through Door dash!!!!

Spent 45$ for 2 large grilled Italians and I’m so disappointed. We’ve gone to Capriottis for over 20 years and we will never go back again. Last time I went, I was underwhelmed and might have been in denial so I tried again. No meat and just not good. So sad about it.

My children and I decided to eat at this location yesterday because we love their subs. However, I will NEVER go back. I ordered a beyond meat steak and cheese. 4 bites into my sub, I felt sick. I had to immediately vomit. When I asked the employee that took my order to confirm he put in the correct order, he proceeded to say he thought I ordered a regular steak and cheese. I became sick again because I haven’t eaten steak in 15 years. When I returned to the counter, the 3 employees were laughing about the situation. It’s bad enough to make a mistake of giving a vegetarian meat, but to laugh about the situation was beyond unprofessional. I was sick all night. It saddens me more that they would laugh at the mistake made. I can’t support them anymore.

Asked for a simple medium turkey and cheese sub with nothing else on it, first one was medium with lettuce tomato mayo. Called and they said they would fix it. Great! Go back up to get what I thought would be the correct sub, turned out to be a small sub with mayo on it. Just wanted a simple turkey and cheese sub. Won't be back.

There was a big order that I had to pick up and the employees were very very nice and helpful. I had big drinks to carry to my car and the one employee asked if she could help me carry the half gallons and I said yes..it really helped a lot. Really nice of her and got Extra cups.very nice atmosphere very nice food wonderful place to eat.

I ordered a grilled Italian sub for lunch today. I ordered it with several toppings and peppers on the side. I am very happy with my order, it was excellent and very filling. When I went in to pick up my order I was greeted by a friendly employee named Gabby. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

I hate to say this but this place was so much better not that long ago. I love a great Italian sub. I didn't mind paying a little more for one as the good one's are so hard to find. Well the last 3 from here barely had anything on them. Meat. Vegetables. Oil. Just everything. And they are more expensive than ever. God this review hurts me as I truly loved Capriottis. I went back 3 times just praying and paying for the old sub I have enjoyed for so long.

Amazing place !! We needed a very large order made pretty quickly for our establishment Bella Rose. These wonderful people pulled through and were able to get it all together. The food was good, but I was a little disappointed at their menu at this location. Being from the west coast, I'm accustomed to a little bigger variety. My father wanted an Italian sausage and peppers sandwich, which is his favorite from Capriotti's, but this location didn't have it. Actually, it was missing a few sandwiches and didn't offer any kind of bread options, had to settle for bread they used. It's more worth stopping for out West, especially in Nevada (where they are actually from).Still a good stop for what they do have. The Italian cold cut, meatballs, turkey or pastrami are always good standbys. Everything I have ever tried at their various locations have always been rather tasty.

Decent sandwich shop. Good customer service. It was busy, which is always a good sign. Salad was good, though they were a little skimpy with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. We got the homemade turkey sandwich. It was good, but could have used some more mayo, as it was a bit dry. I am thinking I would have enjoyed the turkey sandwich that had cranberry sauce and stuffing a bit better, but I will have to try it next time.
