Today the female pharmacist was working. She is extremely knowledgeable and engaged with her staff as well as the customer. If there is a line she quickly helps out. She is there for everyone.Quite the opposite with the present male pharmacist. Several years ago the male pharmacist was outstanding and then replaced with the present unconcerned, inattentive, unwilling to be a team player, attitude so much better than others, etc. When I see him I go the other way, I do not need to deal with a rude person of any standing!

I picked up three prescriptions in the past two weeks. All three were of an incorrect quantity.14 amoxicillin pills ordered (2x/day x one week), 13 given in the bottle labeled as 14 pills. I went back inside and they took the bottle, "counted" it, and gave it back saying there's 14 in there. I asked if they would count it visually with me and they did, only to find there were indeed only 13. They said they put it through their "pill counter" (machine like a coin counter) when it was ordered and again just a few minutes ago, and both times the pill counter said 14. Obviously it was wrong, and I told them to be careful and possibly have it serviced or replaced.Then I got my Flexeril filled for after my surgery, and there was one missing AGAIN. I didn't mind, since I don't plan on using them all anyway. But WTH, does it always fall one short?Today I got my Wellbutrin filled (90 pills). Got into my car and knew better than to drive off without counting them. Whelp, there were 92 I counted twice to verify.They will be reported to the state once there narcotic count is off, I suppose. I don't know what else to do because they won't listen to my concerns. Best I can do is warn others via this review. I would have given it an extra star due to the professionalism/kindness/quick med fills but I felt that the medications being wrong was grave enough to give it only 1 star.

This is a great CVS! The people that work here are very friendly and professional. The only challenge is picking up prescriptions. Sometimes there can be a long line, so you have to be strategic in when you go! But overall, this is the best CVS around.

If “taye” is working go elsewhere. I was racially discriminated against by this employee. She has poor customer service and began shouting at me from her computer. I’m sure other customers do not receive the service that I did. She refused to verify my child’s prescription was correct and refused to give me her name. Taking my prescriptions elsewhere. Hope no one else has the experience I did.

Prescription was submitted 2 hours ago. When I go to pick it up the women at the counter states it isn't ready. No problem. I asked when it will be ready. I get "don't know" and a should shrug.I ask... "Should I wait or come back, if so can you provide a general ball park as to when?". Answer... "I don't know".Seriously get off your lazy a$$ and ask!Taking my prescriptions elsewhere.
