Not to bad now. Night shift woman isnt very friendly and is always on her phone, doesnt seem like she wants to be at work. Other night guy is clueless about anything and very slow. rest of the crew is good.

Great selection and fast service. It's a one stop shop. I knew the old owner and he was a wonderful guy he had another 7-Eleven in waldorf for more than 25 years and I never had a complaint. He moved down to Charlotte Hall area several years ago now, but he always loved feedback and listened carefully to customer needs and requests as well as complaints. There not many like him. Sadly he passed a few years ago and now you have new ownership. The thing all customers should reflect on before complaining is this, am I mad about a mess from a customer or service from a store employee. Respectfully, it is a business and you're paying for the Convenience of a quick in and out.

Came here couple of months ago for snacks and a slurpee, the slurpee has a disgusting sour taste to it. Decided to give it another today and again the slurpee was absolutely disgusting had to throw it away, hopefully i don’t get sick from drinking this. Do NOT buy from this 7-11 they do not clean their machines. Disgusting.

Charlotte hall location seems to ALWAYS have issues only when the older red hair lady works.. she is rude messy and obviously could care less about the job or the people. It's literally every time she's working.. tonight, she says the store is closed while she sits there talking to an older man.. didn't explain anything..This location is losing money and business due to a lazy miserable person. fire her and watch all the problems disappear!I will no longer be a customer at this location..

This place is terrible! Come in at midnight om a Saturday and they have no hot food. Guy says this is "boss's rules" no food after midnight. They have no soap in the bathroom and no hot water, and add no hand sanatizer in the dispenserto boot. Maybe worst 711 ever?

If I could give less than one star I would but it's honestly clear why the one star is full especially when you have people working for your store who don't do their job who are concerned with anything but whoever the owner of the store is you were being robbed sir or ma'am also is highly unappreciable when they don't do their job and they want to call the police and file a false report and put somebody on blast I catch this Ginger getting high with the door locked and I get questioned and posted very disagreeable

Water and sodas hot food taste like it's been sitting on the grille for a week I will probably end up with food poison from one bite of the hot dog wasted money and no lunch the woman who owns it says all sales a final nothing wrong with food but she wouldn't eat one of he RAT MEAT HOT DOGS
