Worst pharmacy. Every time I get a prescription sent there it literally takes them at least 5 + hours. One pharmacist is just awful. She treats people like they are an inconvenience. She had me on hold once for 20 minutes. I just hung up. And don’t ever expect them to fil your prescriptions before their lunch break! Mine get sent in around 10am. They aren’t done til around 5-6pm. And if you ever explain your frustration they will take even longer. I don’t know who runs the pharmacy but it’s most likely the nasty miserable pharmacist lady that takes pleasure in making peoples lives more inconvenient

I do reviews to help encourage people to be kind.No one wants to deal with all of the insurance issues but a little bit of kindness would go a long way, my recent experience with a pharmacy was not positive just taking a few moments to be kind would be appreciated.

I’ve picked up medicine from this pharmacy many many times and they are usually my go to. Although this morning I drove to pick up my prescription which should of had a refill and also considering they called me twice to say my RX was ready. I explained to the lady I was on my way and their automated system said it would be ready after 11. I kindly asked that i didn’t know and needed them now and I wouldn’t mind waiting. That’s when rudeness struck in and she said “well you can’t wait in the drive thru!” “Um okayyyy that’s fine, I’ll wait in the parking lot” and Then I was told That i actually didn’t have refills on my medication, which makes no sense that their automated system said it was ready for pick up twice. They need to work on their customer service and how they speak with patrons or at least update the calling system to not inform people of wrong information regarding their medicine.

An absolute S-Show. After calling the automated phone system I’m told my prescription will be ready soon. I take a drive over there and the pharmacy is literally boarded up and shut. When I ask the lady at the front counter what’s going on she said “they’re at lunch” to which I respond “they all take lunch at the same time??” That would never fly if they had some responsible management. Finally they open up and finish eating only to tell me my script is at the Denton location (which I know of a lie and a stall tactic). I explain to the lady who refuses to come show her face that I have the prescription in my hands and it says the Centreville store complete with the store number that she confirmed. Stagger your lunch hours like the rest of the planet and start hiring some competent workers. The only thing keeping this place open is lack of competition. Thanks Centreville for that.

I recently just moved to Centreville and switched over my prescriptions to this location. I have been more than happy with the customer service I've received. I receive a text message alert as soon as my prescription is ready for pick up. They always seem to fill them much faster than expected.

Best pharmacy I’ve been to. Went to one on KI and they lost my prescription a few days after they had it literally in front of my face but I didn’t have my insurance car with me. I’ve never had any issues with the one in Centreville and the staff is generally very friendly and helpful!

I came into the store and when I was in line one of there employees said code 70 what ever that’s means don’t know but a manager name jack O lean said yeah I no what you said that’s not important right now I could not believe how rude she was to her own people that work there

Fabulous customer service on the floor & in photos. There's one pharmacy tech that could use some help with her ppl skills. Luckily I haven't had to deal with her in a while.

6월 17일 오던 11시경 약국으로 코로나 백신을 맞으러 갔다가 어이 없는 대우를 받음. 다른 약국에서는 묻지도 않은 보험카드와 면허증 소지를 물어봄. 질문이 기분이 안좋았음.동양인이면 이곳 약국을 추천하지 않음On June 17th, around 11 am, I went to the pharmacy to get a vaccine for Corona and was treated like a fool. Other pharmacies ask for unasked insurance cards and licenses. I didn't feel good about the questionI'd like to use a different place if I could.
