Tonight they get 1 star. I usually have no complaints about this place but tonight the male worker earned this 1 star review! You go, you! Nothing like being greeted by him holding up 4 fingers and a smirk on his face as I walk in at 8:56, “You got 4 minutes”. Such a warm greeting. 🙄 Is that necessary to be that way? He’s getting paid til at least 9:00. Can we teach some customer service skills? How about, “Hi, can I help you find something?” Had I been someone to come in and take my time shopping with no respect for closing time it might have helped speed up the process. I went straight to pharmacy, got my medication and headed out the door. As I walked passed him at 8:58 I said “Look! I have 2 minutes to spare!” Just for fun, here’s a photo of him standing outside the closed store talking to his coworker. Such urgency to close.

Always welcoming and GREAT customer service throughout the store. The pharmacy provides amazing service and really cares about how I’m doing with anything going on with my health. The staff including Amanda, Linda, Helen and Ashley take time to listen, my prescriptions are filled correctly and timely. When there’s difficulty because of insurance they work diligently to assist in resolving any issue. I am a very pleased customer.

I’m a frequent visitor of the Centreville Walgreens. The past few times I’ve interacted with the same lady at the register. She is such a pleasant lady that I felt compelled to leave this review. I wish I knew her name. She was working this past Thursday 11/30, late morning. She’s a cute, little tiny thing and just SO friendly and sweet. Every time I visit she greets me, helps with anything needed, and chats with me while I pay. This beauty is an asset to our local Walgreens!

The staff has always been very friendly. But wow did they screw up my prescription. Gave me the wrong quantity so that when I went to refill my insurance wouldn’t cover it because it was too soon. Come to find out, after talking to a different local pharmacy, they were giving me the wrong amount of syringes, which I’ve had to pay out of pocket for now. Switched everything to a different pharmacy, what a disaster.

Wow. I’ve been usually good not to post a review on this Pharmacy. But after one too many encounters with an older woman of gray hair. Name starts with an L. I am so appalled. If you are unhappy with your place of work there is no need to show it and express a rude demeanor to your customers. A older gentleman in front of me she was so pushy with and he seemed to inconvenience her….Usually the other staff are polite but time and time again I always encounter this ONE lady who clearly needs to have some sympathy and respect to Walgreens customers. Rant over!

There is a woman named Donna with glasses that was beyond rude to me. I am always very polite, and she would not even look me in the eye as she spoke to me in the most exasperated tone I've ever heard. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking for her assistance. She should not be employed anywhere that customer service is involved.

I cannot give an opinion on the pharmacy as I've had very little interaction but the staff at the front has been nothing but kind and courteous to myself and others. I've never witnessed anyone be rude at the front.

The new pharmacist is rude and she allows the staff to be just as rude. EVERY SINGLE TIME I deal with the pharmacy it's an awful experience. I have too many issues with them to list. Most of the staff looks so miserable when they see you walk up. I will find another pharmacy. I am so sad to see Brian go.

I wish I could give them zero stars. My daughter had a script sent over to them. I go to pick it up and they tell me they have no contract with my insurance. I asked if they could transfer the prescription to Edward's ( as they even recommended I try there) and they said no there was nothing they could do. I call Edward's and they were able to request a transfer no problem. My husband also had the same issue about two weeks ago. Awful customer service and all my business is now going to Edward's.

I went in to pick up a picture that I printed with wording. The last word was cut off of the picture. I mentioned it to an employee and the manager was there and I caught him making an oh well gesture.Needless to say, I didn't get my picture issue resolved due to his attitude.Really?It was a picture for a pet owner who just had to let her baby go

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is horrible. Every time I've interacted with the pharmacy staff they act like its a huge bother and they are very rude. Avoid the pharmacy here and go to Edwards for sure.

Pathetic pharmacy staff. Very unprofessional. Poor communication.Rude staff and clueless. I'd rather go to Edwards pharmacy who are opposite.Company needs to train their staff ASAP!!!
