Great friendly service, clean and well stocked. You are always greeted with a smile and asked if you need help while the employees are stocking shelves or they are walking by. While you are checking out the cashiers ask if you found everything you need and then have a nice chat to end your shopping trip just makes your shopping experience with food lion in Centreville a great one.

had a grab and go order but it wasn’t grab and go at all because they said it’d be ready 4:45-5:45. we got there and it wasn’t ready so we came back at 5:30 and we didn’t get it until 6:45.

Always well stocked and decent prices. Produce selection isn't as big as Acme but it is nowhere near as expensive as Acme is either. Store is generally very clean and staff are friendly.

Overall the shopping experience was great but one cashier ruined that with the extremely negative attitude she had given us. Never said hi and when asked a question it was responded with a very negative tone. Hope to see a change with this. Everything else was wonderful. Too bad one cashier had to ruin that.

The store itself is clean and organized with a delicious bakery and a fresh deli. The employees are nice, friendly, and polite. Food quality is high and has a wide variety of brands and options for just one item. Prices are low like they're always saying and advertise very clearly and well. This grocery store is the only one I go shopping for groceries at.

No real meat cutters and management has nothing but excuses for why they can’t supply the sale items they have listed in there weekly ad and no one to give me a custom cut NY strip that were also in the ad at 7.99lb on sale.

This Food Lion was the first I've ever tried. I'm very careful about where I buy my groceries because I don't want to have to shop around. I want to buy all items from one place and feel good about the quality of everything in my cart. I have been happy with literally all of the items I've purchased. Special kudos to the bakery department. I love the apple turnovers, chocolate brownies and birthday cakes!!! Yum! I used to shop at Whole Foods but I was quickly dealing with too many receipts that exceeded $250 each visit. My husband always bragged about how he had found excellent meat, cheeses and fresh fruit at Food Lion so one day I gave it a try. Now I can use the money I saved from not going to my old store to explore all the individually owned little stores in the neighborhood. My husband and I now agree on where to buy groceries. We agree! I'm in New territory now! What's next? Today and on we have Food Lion in common. Tomorrow? Who knows?

I will never step foot in there again they are always out of stock the Cashiers are the only thing nice in there the Manager for lack of a better word is a d-bag i asked him a question and got a look from him like i was insulting him asking that question walks away saying we dont carry that here and your left regretting asking him anything not professional at all. never again Forever Acme shopper

good selection of groceries and seems to have the best prices in Centreville. They are currently renovating the interior of the store and it's looking very nice. Overall, a good stop for all the usual grocery needs!

Acme has more selection but Food Lion has better location and prices. A year into Covid though and this place still has several empty aisles. Yesterday they were out of bread. Yes, bread.

On Sunday, 8/25/19 walked into Food Lion Centreville, MD to get a money order. Person behind counter walked away as if I wasn’t standing there.Went to the cashier near the money stand said something and left.The cashier said mam I will be with you in a minute. I said no problem. He rang up the customer in line turned his light out.Another customer approached his lane and placed her groceries on the belt he didn’t tell her he was closed. Than another customer came the cashiers light was still out. He said to me the Assistant Manager will be back in 10 minutes.I said I am not waiting 10 minutes. Poor customer service. There were other cashiers working that would not have created an issue if he had said to the customers my light is off I have to help this lady she’s next.Poor customer service.

I've always loved going to shop at Food Lion. All the stores are neat and clean with a variety of different items to choose from. Its also great when you have shallow pockets and depend on a budget for spending your money.

The store would be in a lot better shape if it wasn't for having terribly rude employees like Shelly. This woman always has an attitude and she's very disrespectful. Make you want to drive all the way to Stevensville and fight that crowd just to avoid disgusting attitudes like hers

this place is always out of something I want. tuna salad, maple sausage, sour patch kids, creamer, etc. the shelves are empty every time I come in. it's 5 minutes away, but we're going to safe way 20 minutes further.

Food Lion is great . Good customer device , a lot of food choices with name brand and store brand . Just about any thing you may ever need or want in the way of food plus extras in the way of paper products , plastics , automotive , ect . Exceptionally clean . Great Store .

Really clean and organized Food Lion, on eof the nice locations on the Eastern Shore.The staff is friendly, the location is well lit and there is pleanty of parking.From the I side the aisles are wide and the shelves are pretty well stocked.

This afternoon I was parked in the parking lot across from True Value in Centreville. I must have left the back door, behind the driver seat, unlocked because I just found 2 bags with some shoes and clothes in them. If they belong to you, I've dropped them off at Food Lion at customer service. You will need to give the description of the items to retrieve. Happy Thanksgiving!!
