Nice store however the woman manager at this store is discourteous and bias. She does not have the aptitude for customer service. She definitely should not be a manager. Dollar General should replace her immediately, send her to another store. Better yet fire her.

I always enjoy a trip to Dollar General. They have a wonderful variety of items at very affordable prices. The store seemed messy, but that may have been from customers making the mess, not returning items to their proper places . Regardless, I will continue to shop. The Staff is friendly and helpful, and the variety of items very interesting.

Store is a joke. Bought Ice cream it was completely melted. Mismanaged mess . Can't blame the slow guy running the counter . He obviously has no support !!!

This is a great place to find bargains. When I go to get one item, I usually come out with a lot more. The aisles are really small with the boxes sitting there but it's still a good place to shop.

I, a African American Teenager, walked in the store with a group of friends who were also African Americans and was immediately told “get your stuff and get out” by a women claiming to be the manager. She then followed us through each isle while dialing 911 and asking for a patrol car. We had all walked in the with our wallets in view. Each one of us having a well paying job. After calling the cops on us she told us not to talk the way we were talking and saying “if your not gonna get anything get out” after we had only been in the store for 5 minutes. We felt disrespected and all left the store and decided not to give out money to these people. I will never shop here again.

Well stocked, good prices, brand name items, and pretty good customer service. It's a good store for a few grocery or house hold items. The clearance sections are a little messy though.

Great customer service. I had purchased an instant ice pack 2 pack. And when I opened ir in the parking lot to use it immediately there was only one, so I went back in and the cashier qas greatShe immediately swapped out the package for a new one np questions asked.

Dollar General has been a part of my life since I was 5 years old and I am 40 now so yeah Dollar General is a great store cuz it's cheap and local. Now Dollar Tree is a little better I think but Dollar general is where u want to go if u want cheap prices definitely

I like the convenient location, and for a "dollar" store the selection is good. I live in Centreville and my biggest complaint is that they don't maintain the exterior very well, tall grass during the summer poorly shoveled sidewalks in the winter....

The store was very clean very well organized great selection of pretty much everything the dollar aisle has awesome deals Everything's a Dollar can't beat that the store was very well kept employees were very greeting very nice I'm very polite and very knowledgeable about anything that you pretty much asked them

I was asked to leave the store after not buying anything for approximately 15 minutes; being respectful and well before closing hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere. After leaving, I gave the store a call, and was disrespected by the woman claiming to be manager. Years of shopping at our local dollar general and now I don’t feel welcome anymore with it under new management.

Good customer service. I purchased a cold pack that was supposed to have two in it, but when I opened it in the parking lot there was only 1 so I went back on and she immediately replaced it with another box.

My Favorite Dollar General. Staff is great, always saying Good Morning/Evening, that goes a long way. Selection is good, and I seem to always walk out with more than I came for. :-)

Sabrina,the young cashier was rude and incompetent...I had digital coupons that never work....the manager will take them off manually,NOT the people there today.They lost a loyal customer!!
