The staff was nice enough on my visits, a bit disinterested, but decent. I've yet to see a sale or discount on anything in their rec use menu and their regular prices are high. Would not recommend this location unless you don't have a better option. It's not a bad place, it's just not "good" either. I spend the extra time & gas to go to Annapolis over this spot now.

I started going here because the one I was going to before I didn’t like. At first their staff was nice but overtime became not so nice, judgmental, and uninterested. I had an encounter one time with the staff she had the most disgusting attitude as if she was disgusted by the color f my skin. Spending as much money as I was here I called to speak with the manager and she never cared to reach back out(con). They only take cash (con) & have a very limited selection (con). I would try different places before this and make this a last resort if necessary.

Overpriced, lacking selection, terrible hours and they only accept cash. The only thing they have going for them is their friendly staff. I’m currently looking at the medical menu for today and out of 78 strains of flower, they have 2 strains priced at 35 dollars, everything else is 40-120 dollars. Meanwhile I stopped going there due to the hours, the lack of selection, the prices and they only accept cash but they do have an atm so you can pay them fees because they only accept cash. If you look on the competitions menu for today, they have 12 different strains out of 103 that are under $30. My weekly budget for the dispensary is $200 so I try to utilize it the best that I can. You do the math. With the competition I can also have it delivered and use my debit card. The only reason I gave Ash and Ember two stars is because the staff is friendly.

I've been an Ash and Ember customer since 2019. I never went anywhere else. However, their lack of flower lately is astounding! What is going on? A weed store, with no weed? Very upset and ended up going to Annapolis. I was able to use my debit card and they had 100's of options! I may be permanently switching over. Very sad.

They are very helpful and friendly. They would receive a higher rating but their prices are higher than other dispensaries and they do not have any good specials. I guess it is supply and demand since they are the only local weed store to go to.

Horrible! No industry discount and customer service sucks for their low quality flower. Pre-ordered Friday night for a Saturday pickup. No issue picking it up but the cashier did not give me a receipt so I went back to the store 10 mins later and she was at the front desk. Then told me she couldn't print it because she was at the desk and that she could email me. I said ok fine. I never got the email and then got home I LIVE IN DOVER and there was literally 3 buds in the container. I called the next morning they opened and spoke to manager Charlie who was very short and curt about the receipt and 3 buds issue. She had her speech ready and did not offer any real solution I am not going back there!! In my opinion go to Pharmkent in Elkton Md way better flower and customer service discounts and deals all the time and products Ash and Ember is a waste and trash!

Absolutely love the environment & the staff!! A rewards program would be awesome.. They have so many offerings to choose from edibles, flower, gummies, papers etc. Highly recommended!!

The staff is usually blown, and a line is always en suite. The prices are super high. I would suggest Gold Leaf in Annapolis. Sober staff, clean, friendly and knowledgeable of the product. A street pharmacist provides more then Ash!

Too many chemicals added to make different strains and you aren't always getting what they say it is. Makes me feel sick. Prices are too high. Anything to make money. You all need to let the old hippies show you how good weed is grown. I won't be going back.

bad place prices are higher then anywhere els and they expect a tip when they do very little there's no refunds or fix for any problems you get a bad Cart your stuck with it I really suggest going to gold leaf go there after ash and ember and its night and day better prices nicer people it's like a fancy restaurant it's amazing gold left has deals rewords and more just way better experience

I have been going to Ash & Ember ever since July 1, 2023. I have been a good customer and I even tip sometimes when I can. The reason for the 1 star is that I bought a cart and a battery from Ash & Ember that malfunctioned and no longer worked only to be told by the staff that the it is somehow my fault that the battery malfunctioned. I was told the same thing when the $60 cart broke at more than half full. SO BUYER BEWARE!!! IF YOU BUY A CART OR A BATTERY FROM ASH AND EMBER AND IT BREAKS THEY WIIL BLAME YOU AND NOT REPLACE IT!!! They do not tell their customer that when it comes to carts and batteries you are buying it as your own risk. It was very frustrating to listen to the staff treat me like I was the one that was trying to be difficult when I paid money for something they sold me and it broke and now I am out of money and the product.

could i offer a potential note? i think it’d be fair and useful to edit your hours so that for specific durations of time in the morning (say from open time to 12:30) only customers with medical cards can be served (so that they still are of priority) but after that- the general public + those with medical cards are served WITHOUT medical card people being able to cut in front of those without one. it was my first time buying from you guys last week and as friendly as the team members and the process was- it was extremely frustrating getting cut in front of by 8+ people simply because they had their medical cards. and this was around the later afternoon mind you. i see other dispensaries adopting this habit and don’t think it would hurt to follow suit especially considering the law change surrounding cannabis use in md. other than that, 10/10. very good product and very friendly employees.

Visiting my birthplace since I moved away, my sister recommended this place and I was happy to check it out. Immediately I noticed it was clean, bright and had great AC. Security was solid. Front desk that processed IDs was one of the friendliest guys I've met, definitely an awesome person to greet your customers. The staff inside were SUPER helpful in recommending me some pre-rolls I took home. Tropical Runtz and Bana Split were both awesome strains. I took one to the rocket launch the other day and it was.... marvelous beyond words! Can't wait to go back while I'm here!

Placed a delivery and received a delivery confirmation slot. I was told they could not deliver and it would be the following day. The receptionist said someone would call in the morning and notify me of my new time slot and this did not happen. I received 2 calls from an unknown number and was not left a message via voicemail or text message. This was my delivery. When I called I was told they were not going to fill my order, was not going to send a new driver, and that I could pick it up. Terrible customer service when this is a medical need that was scheduled.
