Probably the rudest person ever to work behind the counter of any store. Hides to machine for the rewards behind a glass that you can barely see and use. His response was don’t put in you’re number. Someone needs to step in here as he is out of control. Also donuts had a cobwebs inside the glass. Just filthy and rude.been there other times and there was a elder lady working that was super polite. Unfortunately no training to the young man that was probably her son

Better than average location for 7 Eleven. The snack foot is usually fine (fresh at least, just not healthy) and clean soda fountain and coffee area.

2/6/20211 amWalked in and the entire store smelled like cigarette smoke. I get it, you need to kill your lungs. Walk outside 50 feet from a working door or window like state law says so people allergic to cigarette smoke ( like myself) don’t feel like they can’t shop there.After that the clerk was rude. Talking on the phone while we were trying to order food and then when kindly asked if he could make more than what little was still on the rack (which every other clerk has no problem doing) got even more indignant rather than just kindly saying he didn’t feel like doing his job.Easy choice. If I see him behind the counter again I’ll just turn around and leave.

Amazing staff and store. Very welcoming. These bad reviews must be about another 7-11, or overly sensitive customers.. most likely lying. They go above and beyond to help and make sure you're getting great service and product. They support the local schools, and community too! Even saw one employee bring a bag of ice to an elderly lady while she waited in her car. Can't get better than that!

Visited twice daytime, staff nice. In the evening, very different... borders on rude. Someone needs to teach these guys how to say "thank you" when they give you back your change. Say SOMETHING, for crying out loud.For the record, this location is always clean and neat, and well-stocked.Unfortunately, when you get your milk and bread at this location you also get a little bit of attitude no extra charge. Note: the location i'm reviewing here is IN Centreville, not the location outside of town near Rt50.

I have a pork allergy. I am here at 2:15am in the morning and the gentleman working the counter checked everything for me. Super friendly, to the point that I wish I asked his name. He was very wonderful and I hope his managers see this! (MON 2:15AM)

I was in here at 10pm on August the 22nd. I witnessed the clerk argue with a customer because the customer spoke on how rude he was. instead of apologizing he gave the customer more attitude. I was so shocked I stopped what I was doing and left the store. I try not to come here because I always run into the same guy and he’s very rude.

Horrible customer service. Rude employees. You'll get a feeling that the employee behind the counter is trying to scam you somehow. I was overcharged on three occasions that I know about. Imagine how many times I don't catch them. I wish there were more convenient stores to choose from in the area
