I stopped into Royal Farms to grab something to eat and was pleasantly surprised with the chicken breast sliders. They are so delicious I ate two of them! This store is very clean and organized and the restrooms are ultra clean. The employees here are so sweet. Thank you to Amanda and Katie for your fabulous service!

My coworker and I stop here everyday, Monday-Friday and we are constantly disappointed with the food and the service! Everyday, the sandwiches are either cold or scorching hot. The majority of the associates are rude and dismissive. They are either outside smoking or on their phones. Meanwhile, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting! There is a complete lack of customer service. This has been going on for months now!

Staff is so rude. Don't ask a question (after waiting for staff to complete their personal conversations or you will get a nasty answer. Just avoid this location, you'll thank me later!

I can't say any good about this place. It's always dirty. The food process is made by dirty needle using addicts. The gas pumps don't work half the time. The employees are more worried about their social media than their jobs.

Long brown hair girl needs to learn so customer service! Obviously she doesn’t know that customers help pay her check so when their purchasing something and she has better things to do then to help. Management needs to look into her.

Too bad I have to leave a single star just to write this. This store needs to be hit by a comet. What a waste of space, the employees should just not work and get paid for unemployment. $7 for something smaller than a McDonald’s snack wrap. I felt like the Incredible Hulk eating a regular sized burrito. Waste of money and time. Don’t make something sound proprietary by calling it atomic when all you do is put bootleg Frank’s hot sauce on it. The only thing good you could possibly benefit from by spending your money here is on a $1 scratch off that wins you $2. Where’s wawa when you need one. Feel bad for the poor people in this sad town with 1 royal farms. Even if your gas light is on, keep going.

This location is disgusting! Outside, the parking lot is dirty (needs a good power washing) and there's always at least two pumps that are out of order. Inside is horrible. Flies swarm around the coffee station, floors are sticky, you can see the build up of grease in the kitchen. I reached out to corporate months ago and were told "it's on our radar" but obviously they don't care. But hey, it's in Cecilton, the "way life should be???"

These people are rude and tell people to go to the Middletown store if you don’t have a face mask on. I used to spend an average of 275 a week at my local Royal Farms and thanks to the associates at the store Royal Farms will never get my business again. Associate should really learn how to talk to customers. Like it or not customers are your paycheck if you need a job so bad!

I used to love it but not after repeated service that was horrid the last handful of times I've gone. It's World Famous chicken why do you not make enough? Every time I have gone (6-7 times) I've had to wait over 1/2 hr for my food and the staff behind the counter are rude!!!!! Just now I waitedfor 30+ minutes and then had to wait another 10 minutes for fries. The person behind tge counter gave me a dirty look because I wasn't going to allow him to continue to dispense the just cooked fries to all the new numbers after me. Then I got an even dirtier look because I asked for the sauces I ordered. I'm done with this Royal Farms!!!! It is a minute from my house but I'm going to have to travel to Elkton or Middletown because the service is UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!

Very, very disappointing. Stopped in for lunch order. Ordered and paid for chicken breasts. (Premium $) got home for lunch with family. Had a box full of tiny, small backs. Won't be buying here again.

This royal farms is a joke! Nothing is ever stocked and the floor and bathrooms are disgusting. The workers are more worried about sitting and talking than actually doing their jobs. I’ve gotten food poisoning from the deli because they don’t follow proper procedure although the manager denied that was a possibility, but they were sure to inform me they had employees working with the stomach virus!

This place was very disappointing I went there today after a long day at work to get some gas for my car like I do every night and had an issue with some money missing out of my account the two older women did not help resolve my issue instead they called me racial slurs and told me to leave there store , never again I have never been so disrespected by a company before

So, definitely some (and I say some) of the workers are nice in here, not all. The milk is high as hell. Gas is good, usually moderately priced.
