The pharmacy service is horrendous. I have tried calling for a refill for 4 days and after 10 mins I hang up. Today(4-25-2024) I decided to stay on so I can get someone. The girl who answered picked up and so quickly says “thanks for calling Walgreens please hold” that you cannot get a word in. She told me this 4 times then the last time she hung up on me. This location needs to do better!

Trash service, unprofessional people with attitudes. If you call their pharmacy they’ll answer and say “please hold” and you’re placed on hold before you even answer them. They will leave you on hold for well over 10 minutes. When the system makes the call go through again, they’ll just pick up the call and place you right back on hold without saying a word. Definitely moving all my families prescriptions to another pharmacy not associated with Walgreens. This is unacceptable to treat people this way.

This store has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. The staff in the Pharmacy treat you like they don't want to be bothered. Please, don't try and call them because they will leave you on hold and never answer. I called Customer Service and they never responded. I went in the store after waiting a week for and spoke with the manager. I'd rather drive miles to another Walgreens before I deal with that location.

This is probably the worst pharmacy that I have ever experienced. The pharmacy techs are unprofessional and rude. There is no attention to detail as I have been given someone else's meds on 2 different occasions. It is also impossible to get someone on the phone (on hold for 92 mins )and I was told by the pharmacy tech that the automated system is not up to par so trying to use the system to refill my daughter's meds was pointless. CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE!

Waited in what I thought was the drop off line...like CVS has, but there is only one line. After waiting for 10 mins and other people getting waited on before me and NO ONE acknowledged me at all, I had to get in the other line.Pathetic customer service. Not to mention the customers are so pleasant....not!

Worst customer service ever!! After Rite Aid closed, prescription were sent to this store. Called the store about a prescription and was put on hold for over 20 minutes, before finally being cut off. Called back and was told that the pharmacy is overwhelmed

The rite aid closed down so my Medicine was automatically transferred to this pharmacy poor customer service and the pharmacist lack knowledge. He didn’t know how to add my prescription discount card for my medication and refused to call the help desk number that I provided him that was specifically for providers to assist with adding my prescription card I ended up transferring to another pharmacy due to bad service.

I don’t understand why people LOVE to have an attitude with customers. If you don’t like dealing with customers don’t pick a job that deals with customers.I was putting money on my card. Which I am always in this store. This manager that is working right now yea he gave me the biggest attitude and a look like Jeffrey Dehmer gave in the movies. I didn’t even finish my shopping because I was scared of what this manager would do. All because I thought I had more money in my hand than what I did and he had to start over. But he didn’t give the guy in front of me a look for him forgetting his wallet and running out to his car. But me I say the wrong amount and I’m made to feel unwanted, not welcome. That’s wrong. Get a different job if you’re not happy with the one you have. Don’t get an attitude with the customer.

If I could give no stars I would. Placed an order for pick up via the mobile app. While sitting at work I received a text stating my order was picked up. Seeing as though nobody else would have access to do that, I reached out to the store to see if there was some form of mistake. The phone was answered by one individual whom I told the information to and she asked my name. From there I was placed on a hold, where the supposed manager answered fairly rudely re-asking my name and issue. Once the information was repeated she proceeded to state, "Oh. Your daughter just picked it up." I have no child old enough to come pick up anything. Once again I repeated there would be nobody other than myself coming to pick up my order seeing that also I am the only person with access to my account and only person who knew the order was placed. She then proceeded to have background conversation with a male employee who stated he took the order out to the vehicle. At that point she came back to the phone and stated, "Well what do you want us to do? We did our jobs correctly. We packed the order and bought it out to your car. You can reorder it. You came to pick it up." I gave up and called corporate at that point seeing the lack of professionalism within the store itself. Corporate properly handled the situation.

Do NOT use this pharmacy. We tried transferring a prescription to a different location - After a 30-minute hold, the guy who answered told us to hold and then hung up. After another 30-minute hold, the same guy proceeded to raise his voice at us, talk over us constantly, and did all in his power to avoid doing any work or help us. We had to wait until the next day (while in pain and discomfort) to get the prescription elsewhere because of this level of incompetence and disrespect. They told us the manager would call us the next day, but that was a lie. Their customers are just a nuisance to them. HORRIBLE customer experience.

There is no way that there is so high of a call volume that someone would be kept on hold for over 35 minutes. If you don't want to do your job, please seek out a profession that is better suited to you so that people who actually want to help can do this job.

The way this pharmacy operates should be considered criminal. I always have to cross my fingers that picking up a simple refill goes well. The staff is unpleasant. They often can’t find my medication. They put incorrect dosages and instructions on my medication (which is a huge red flag). On more than one occasion, I come in hours after a refill is supposedly ready and after waiting in a long line, they claim they just need “20 more minutes”. I come in 2 days later for the same meds and they claim it’ll be ready “this afternoon”. Thank goodness I gave myself enough time to get this refill before my original Rx ran out. They close for lunch every single day. You can’t have a lunch shift covered- at least for pickups?? A total mess from start to finish. Happy that CVS finally accepts tricare so I can switch pharmacies.

Had to get a PCR test & set up an appointment with this Walgreens. Arrived and waited 15 minutes before being told to come into the store. Then waited in the store all while I have Covid.Only 1 pharmacist working here & said it was his first day. Then he said, “no one here knows how to do that (PCR TEST)”So guess what I didn’t get the TEST done even though they took the appointment.😷🤧 🤒

Do not waste your time going to any Walgreens for a passport photo. The camera is broke at many of them and honestly it must dd not bring in much revenue for them because are not in any rush to replace the broke camera. They will advise you, that you can take the photo on your phone and print in store but the photo you receive will be too big. Also if you have an iPhone the cord to connect your phone only worked with android. Go to staples, it will cost $15 but you will get fast, pleasant and the correct size photo.

They did not have my prescription in stock. I placed the order yesterday and was told it would be reasy today. Now they suggest I call other Walgreens since 5gey will not have it before Tuesday. They did not offer to call for me but were polite. There was no one else in line other than me. They could not provide me the numbers either.

During this visit, I noticed a women in front questioning the cashier about not giving her the change from her transaction. The cashier pointed to a sign that the store wrote about a “national change shortage and to provide exact change or pay with a credit card”. I was confused because the cashier began saying there was a shortage of change in the area for local businesses. I know that not to be true because I am a business owner in the area. It appears that management just didn’t go to the bank to get change .If a business doesn’t have change , why should the customer be the one getting the short end, the business should take the loss. This lady didn’t get her 90cents.It seems in responsible and dishonest of the company. At the end of that cashiers night her till will be over, and I am sure that money will be pocketed.I shop at this location a lot and it’s disheartening to see this type of business practice.I also, visited the Walgreens which is approximately 1.5miles from this location and they had no such sign posted.Walgreens upper management should be made aware of this and find a better way of going about “their” issue with getting change to provide for their stores, rather then keeping the customers change.

I scheduled a COVID PCR drive-thru test for myself and my daughter and the whole thing took a ridiculous amount of time. They seemed to be insanely understaffed. The Pharmacy Tech trying to handle the whole thing looked like she had no idea what she was doing (which was likely not her fault but a lack of proper training). What's worse, there was only one lane open and they didn't say ANYTHING to the line of cars behind me to let them know it'd take over a half hour to service me my test. I had to get out of my car and let them know myself that if they had meds to pick up, it's best to go inside.And there was no real communication from the Pharmacy Tech to me either. No "Sorry for the wait" or "We're doing the best we can, we appreciate your patience." Nothing.Next time, I'm just going to schlep it to the State Center or Doctor's office to get tested.

I had a store mgr that was extremely rude to me even calling the police on me because I calmly said she had a bad unprofessional attitude and had them escort me from the store with my granddaughter in which was totally uncalled for and a waste of Law Enforcement's time. I called the store that night to get her name and whoever gave me the false name did sound like her on the phone. I did call Corporate the next morning and spoke to Ms. Constant because I was extremely upset to the point of tears and she had a listening ear and was very concerned and apologized for what I had to endure for the first time after 8 years of being a Customer at that Walgreens. I like that location because its always a nice pleasant atmosphere and the Pharmacy Staff go above and beyond in satisfying Customers. Mrs Constant asked me if I'd like a follow up call and I told her no because their time is of essence. The next day I received a call from a young Lady by the name of Lisa and she really made the situation a lot easier as if it never happened and told me I was welcome to return to the store. I'm so glad she said that because I did not want to transfer my prescriptions and I like browsing and purchasing a lot of the "Good Deals," they have in-store. Ms. Lisa is correct, I am not going to let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. I feel so much better now. THANK YOU WALGREEN'S CORPORATE YOU REALLY CARE!!!

I used to love this store but not anymore. Good luck getting any Customer service. There is always a line and only one cashier. I feel sorry for them because I know they're overworked and underpaid. The same goes for the pharmacy which has really gone downhill ever since they started closing at 10:00pm Monday through Friday and 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays which is ridiculous because a lot of people have off and only on those days. They couldn't at least stay open till 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. .they will also send you an email that your prescription is ready and when you get there after waiting in line 10 or more minutes inside or at the drive-thru they tell you it's still processing. they are out or don't have enough to fill the whole prescription. Drive-thru is closed at least once a month with sign posted pharmacist not on duty. Recently the drive-thru was closed because the phone wasn't working. It was closed for 3 days. It's not that I don't want to walk in I just can't stand for long period of time in those lines.I have Back and other medical problems. I would recommend another Walgreens than the one on route 40 and ingleside!

I been coming to this location for years, but it's not the same. If I were a secret shopper, this Walgreens would have failed the test. Customer said "Hello" to the cashier as they were placing the items on counter, no response from cashier but she was eager to text on her cell phone while serving the customer.

First I just want to express how please I am with the customer service at Walgreens. I visit the Catonsville, MD location offer whether I'm having my prescription filled, picking up my photos or dropping off a Fed Ex package. Every sales rep is so professional and goes the extra mile to ensure your services are up to the customers standards.I experience a not so good issue with another pharmacy. So I tried Walgreens the tech walked me through building my profile and alert the Pharmacist to have my medication transfer to this location. In a few hours my medication was filled.On another occasion I was walking into Walgreens with a box in my hands. The manager asked if I was shipping it Fed Ex. Once I replied yes in a matter of seconds. He scanned the barcode and I was done. I am so pleased to be a part of the Walgreens community.Customer service is a major of what each member of Walgreens does. My hats off to each of you for doing is over and beyond!

I waited in the drive thru lane for 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. When I finally got to the window they put the shade down to signal that they were closed. I went inside and there were people in line saying that they had been waiting outside as well and the people behind the pharmacy counter were very dismissive. I usually receive great service at this location. It's a good thing I still had medication left. I hope that the others that were left waiting were as fortunate

Put in a refill prescription request online. Got a confirmation that it would be ready at 11am. Go to pick it up at 12:30pm and the pharmacy tech says they don’t have my prescription. This would of been fine granted they actually cared about customer service and offered to just fill it really quick but no they asked if I wanted to wait 30 or more minutes. I had a plane to catch so no I do not have 30 minutes to wait for something that should have been ready. Why have an option online to refill if it doesn’t work. Waste of my time gas and now I don’t have my medicine to go on my vacation with.
