It's a great place to find clothing for a reasonable price. There is a wide selection of clothing, and you will most likely find something you like. The downfall would be the you need to have some idea what you need or you might be stuck looking around for an hour. There aren't many locations of the store, so choose the location at the right time because lines can get long on a Saturday.

Online they say it takes Apple Pay but it does not take Apple Pay. The managers are rude and racist. Stay away from this place at all cost. They even raise all their prices for Christmas and just stuck different stickers on the old tags.

I really like this place, associates are great and I can find good nice clothes for work and a very affordable price. The only frustrating thing is that the return/exchange service never seems to work. I hate purchasing things that have no guarantee of me being able to exchange it if it doesn't work out.Only one register to do returns however they take huge purchases that could have been done at a regular register, they really make you waste your time at checkout and most cashier's .have no sense of good service

I was in the Catonsville store on 8/19/23 and the line was super long but the cashiers did a fantastic job of moving the line. In addition, they were so pleasant and courteous while doing so. Good customer service is hard to come by so I was very impressed and appreciative. Awesome!!!

Hear this, I just stumbled up on this store to find that they had a sweat-suit to fit my 6 foot 7 inch structure!! How amazing is that? I'm gonna keep my eyes on these guys from now on. 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀

Just went there to get some shirts with my mother. We found what we wanted. However, when we got to the line, we noticed there were only 2 lines open. There was quite a wait, which wasn't the main issue. The cashier was assisting a customer ahead of us & needed change. He asked at least a dozen times for assistance from a supervisor or manager but was ignored very awhile until they finally walked over, then proceeded to hold a convo with another employee. We've seen this happen often with this store. I just feel Managers in general should be more attentive to their employees because it goes both ways in customer service! The cashier was friendly & doing their best considering the circumstances, but this happens far too often in this store where employees seem to be left to "figure things out" that is unnecessary, with a long line.

Although the store was packed because it was Christmas Eve, the staff did an excellent job getting people rung up and out of the store with cheerful attitudes and good spirits. They had a huge selection of clothes, toys, and gifts that you wouldn't expect them to have. I was very pleased and I like this one more than the other location.

The security guard was the so friendly and helpful. He got my shopping cart for me when he saw me limping into the store. He also returned it for me when I finished shopping. I was able to find a lot of clothing I needed and most items were on clearance. Great deals! Great prices.

The place inside is large with a wide selection of clothes and so far during my visits, the place is not crowded which is a big W. I did have to look hard and carefully for the best shirts of my style and size though.

The experience was very good. The atmosphere was warm pleasant and welcoming. The signs were displayed so you could see what sections you were looking for. There were many choices. The clerks were very helpful. The fitting room area wasran efficiently. The check out was smooth. It was A-1 service. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I gave this store a rating of four stars because of the outstanding customer service and quality products. I find great fashions, accessories, pictures, and more at very reasonable prices! The parking lot is a little to dark in my opinion after 5:00 pm so I park as close to the door as I can get. This store reminds me of a larger AJ Wright. I hope that it stays open longer: as it is the last of the real bargain basement stores.

I appreciate you Forman Mills for having the uniform shirts my son needed for returning to school. I looked everywhere and wasn't able to find burgundy tops in medium/large. Now I would really appreciate you if I could get them in long sleeves as well 😉. The value for my money was also well appreciated. Thanks again 🙏 Forman Mills.

Nice store...customer service is moderately friendly. Sizes run out fast so checking back for a new shipment is good to do. The sock bins are fun to look through, but the stitching on the socks are rather small, "off" or NOT standard US sizing chart standard.

For my first time in here, it was pretty nice. The layout was a bit confusing but the large signs made things easy to figure out. I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for (a pair of overalls) and took about ~10 minutes to find someone that could help me. When I finally found someone, she was nice enough to guide me in the direction and even helped me searched for a bit although she didn't work in the department. I ended up just getting a t-shirt and some tank tops cause I needed some before leaving.

Very affordable. If you are lucky you can get brand names and popular styles. Clothing taste varies from urban to plain Jane. The staff there for the most part are cool but you have some ruff people in the mix who are not helpful and down right rude. In all it's a good place to shop on a budget.

I do love the deals you can get here, everything super cheap, but the clothes are poorly sewn, expect holes in seams and size up. Some really terrible humans can be encountered here, as well. If you like a side of bullying and or child abuse with your shopping experience, can recommend. Smile at someone and see what happens. Would be a good location for a social experiment.

There is NO air conditioning in this location. Which makes it extremely uncomfortable to shop. As usual, the isles are extremely tight as far as room to move around, but I believe it's always been that way. If they could just make the atmosphere a little better temperature wise, I'd probably give it 4 stars. Until then, they're getting 2!

First off, if I could give this store a ZERO rating I would have. My husband and I visited Forman Mills at 5425 Baltimore National Pike Baltimore MD 21229 on 10-24-18. We were treated very rudely and disresptfully by cashier "Marquita". Apparently there was a sign that stated we had to walk around the front end display in order to get in line. The sign was hidden and not in plain view. As we walked up to the register she rudely barked at us and asked my husband if he could read. She then began to shout that we needed to read the sign, walk back around and get in line. We have visited this store numerous times and have never been treated this way. Not to mention the fact that there was no one even in line for her to act the way she did. She then proceeded to treat another customer the same way. He also called her out for being extremely rude. I asked to speak to the manager, "Patricia-Lynn Lee" who only made excuses for the cashier stating that she is not normally like that. The manager proceeded to ring up our order but neither person apologized. Instead the cashier decided to argue back and fourth with us. The most unprofessional and non customer service attitude I have seen in a while. She clearly does not like her job and has no customer service skills. She needs to be reprimanded and should not have a job in customer service, let alone as a front end cashier. This experience has left a bad taste in our mouth and there are many other places we can choose to spend our hard earned money. No resolution was offered to us in regards to this matter. Very disappointing.

I always do my Christmas shopping here. Prices are very reasonable. You must go during the week, and especially this year shop early, don't wait till a few days before Christmas.

This place has decent prices on large clothing items. I would come here to get things for my father that were 4X and 5x in size. One thing about this store, they fail to execute in the customer service area. They act like you are a nuisance when you're in need of some assistance. The check out line is always someone who has never been on a register or who just doesn't care. The only reason why they get three stars is because you get that once in awhile employee that does something positive in line of customer care. If you have a lot of time to spare and you don't mind being a punching bag for some of these employees this is a good place to shop for discount clothing that's new and without damage.

The employees lack professionalism. The yell across the store and at each other. The prices are great. Be prepared to shop, you may have to search through the sales racks, that maybe due to the customers. The majority of the is organized. Go early.

Very big clothing store with a lot of other items. The clothing prices are very reasonable and sometimes you can come in there and the store will have great discounts on 20 items and other household merchandise as well. Overall excellent spot to buy nice stylish clothes for a very reasonable price.
