I have never heard of a pharmacy being out of stock. My daughter went TWO MONTHS because they were out of stock of her particular medicine.I finally left this location…enough is enough! The staff is rude too. I asked why is medication always out of stock? The reply I got was. Same reason why any other store are out of stock with things.News FLASH…this isn’t a pair of shoes this is medicine MAJOR DIFFERENCE!I went to giant across the street and they filled the medicine within 15 mins!!!!I’m sticking with Giant!

My daughter put in a prescription and she’s pregnant it took them over 2 1/2 wks for her to get it every time they said it would be ready on a certain day it would change to a different day a few hours later

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with Catonsville pharmacy puts them to shame. My insurance makes me use CVS if it wasn't for that I'd never step foot in this building again

Please avoid this CVS location the staff are very nasty, unprofessional, disrespectful, and angry for whatever reasons. Not, to mention they never have medicines they always have to order! And, the pharmacist Kimberly she needs to do better with talking to customers.

At Wiken Ave CVS store, The guy wearing white coat with black cap on his head, wearing glasses never respect the customers, never explain to wait , even he puts the wrong information on the system to find the customers’ insurance data, never say sorry . He asked me to call my insurance and let them to call him. When my insurance called him, he didn’t immediately pick up . When he found that he put the wrong info at the first time, he didn’t say sorry to me. He is a bad guy I ever seen at CVS pharmacy. I go so many locations, I never meet a bad service guy like him in any cvs stores.

This is one of three pharmacies in view of each other from one intersection. Those two pharmacies seem to run smoothly. This CVS is so spectacularly slow and inefficient it is unbelievable. In the wait to pick up, drop off and in the time to fill. Sometimes they even say please sit down and wait then never call you back up when it is ready two hours late to begin with.

Scheduled an appointment for Covid test on their online portal. Showed up and was told “pharmacy is closed today, we are not doing Covid testing”. No indication was provided prior to my appointment and I received a final confirmation text/email 1 hr before.I provided my email and phone # when setting up appointment, they could have sent an auto update if they were cancelling appointments. Seems very unprofessional.

Extremely poor service in the pharmacy department on Wilkins Avenue. There were 10 people in line waiting for to pay for prescriptions. I was in the pickup line for 25 minutes. Ridiculous!

Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment for a covid test. I was first in line at the drive-through window. Waited forty minutes for someone to give me the test. No apology for wasting my time. Next time, I'll go elsewhere.

If customers would stop stealing this would be a great store, Baltimore city line is less than a mile away and when you have a county store near the city the theft rate increases. Armed security is needed and customers who intend to steal should stay away.

Rookie in clicking passport sized photos. They're already so expensive. Had to show them the size and ratio from federal website 2nd time. Was lucky that my friend told me that it's out of ratio when I came home. Or else my form might have gotten rejected and I would have landed in a big problem.

I got my covid booster here. Super quick and awesome dude working the vaccine area. Among other things though, I've never had an issue here.

Horrible pharmacist and rude staff I had 2 refills on each medication I had filled by CVS and went and had my doctor call in my prescriptions at another pharmacy due to the rudeness and ignorance , never again will I return.
