Wow! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the security guards Donald and Daryl with a smile and a hello how are you, which made me feel very respected. Then as I went towards the back to look for a jewelry box I found a perfect one and Monica was stocking things and pointed me to some other ones to look at. Then we started having a conversation about how so many stores in this area disrespect their customers and how they are treated as if they're criminals because they won't allow the carts outside, which of course is very inconvenient. I was thanking her that this store doesn't punish everyone because of the few. It also tells me that the security team is pretty good at their job. At the end of my experience I went to purchase my items and Yolanda handled my order and was very efficient very kind and nice. I pray that the management gives them all a raise or a bonus or a trip or something because they definitely deserve it. After going through a lot of icky customer service, it's nice to have a wonderful experience. THANK YOU!

I love shopping at T.J. Maxx because they always have good deals on quality items. It’s big, neat and well organized with different sections.I always leave the store happy anytime I visit because I get great value for my money. First time at this location and I will definitely revisit.And yes, the store is beautifully decorated for the holidays. Perfect!I'm refreshing my home for the fall....my favorite time of the year. The employees where stocking shelves, very friendly and helpful.Great to see people loving their jobs!Although I had a cart full, I was in and out.Customer Service was excellent!My only issue was <nothing major> I was unable to push the cart past the threshold of the store door.I had so much stuff but I figured it out with the help of my husband.

Inexpensive decent casual clothes and odds and ends... Love their candles.Not happy that store in a black neighborhood doesn't carry any black dolls. Toy selection at Christmas time is extremely small.

T.J. Max offers a variety of house hold essential, furniture, home good items, shoes and name brand clothes all at affordable prices. Store was clean. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and friendly.

Outside of the horrible parking in Georgetown the store has great appeal. I went during my lunch hour and was very impressed with the size of the store and the selection. Lots of bargains and great layout.

Wasn’t impressed with this locations home decor section. Slim pickings and what was there was not priced well. Clothing seemed to be in good supply and variety though.

I'm a frequent shopper. I usually have no issues & everyoneis friendly & helpful. On this visit, Inoticed 5 discounted boxes of oil diffusers opened & it looks like someone got all the oils out. I brought it to the attention of the guy worker who wasn't familiar with the fragrance pads. He then gets a female worker who didn't know either. They both left 2 boxes open. The manager who is so nice came over & mentioned that the knowledgeable person was off. I just left the items there. I didn't have my bifocals with me so it would have been nice if they could have read the boxes.

The store was clean and cashiers friendly. However the shoe shelves were almost empty, not many housewares, candles or varied clothing sizes. If you are a size small this store has a large selection but if not this isn't the store for you. Not a bad experience just not a great one.

Oh I love this TJ Maxx. I always find everything that I’m looking for and more. I secretly hate that. It is so convenient for me to drive to the TJ Maxx because they get so much of my money. But I do love it and I highly recommend.

They had everything I need for the beach to include chairs, cooler bags on wheels and swimwear. I even picked up an amazing mobile massager. Store was clean and organized. The cashier wiped down the counter after every customer

Due to the experience i had todayI’m leaving 3 stars. It’s an okay neighborhood location.I frequent this one often because it’s in my neighborhood. Customer service is usually the same Everytime i go in. Today i walked in browsing and grabbed a bottle of oil to look at the product label (to my surprise the top wasn’t on… the oil immediately dropped to the floor splashing all over me and my suede ugg boots…I immediately notified the lady at the jewelry counter (i believe her name was Ms Katie) who was super sweet and helpful with offering me suggestions on how to get the stain out. The manager she notified however was not helpful nor seemed to care.You need staff that goes above and beyond like Ms. Katie! Needless to say I’ll go here because it’s close but I’d rather travel far for these exact reasons.

This is my first visit to this location and my rating is based on two things: store cleanliness and stock. The store was very clean and the shelves were full of product so there weren't any big gaps of items that were sold out or under-stocked.

It's normal for a TJX Maxx store. Staff not very friendly, that added customer service means much to me. Service with a smile or at least friendly eye greeting. I had what appeared to be at early 30 something white male open the store this past Sunday with no morning greeting. The store had early shoppers anxious to get in at 11 am. He calmly opened/unlocked doors and walked in ahead of the guests. No acknowledgement to folks had waited in the new onset of whipping cold weather. I encountered him again in the rear of the store again no greeting or can I help you of any sort. I gave the store 3stars as the store is properly filled with stock but customer service will keep me from visiting. No stars on customer service.

But alas, we couldn't find what we were looking for, so I ended up getting something that was non-essential for the house, because, you just can't help but to pick up SOMETHING from this place LOL

Friendly staff that greets as you come through the door. The entire store is very well organized nothing g was out of place and disheveled like so many other TJ Maxxs. Friendly staff, they practice social distancing and are very helpful.
