The total time from inquiry to install was better than expected and quoted. The price was great, I could not have done it cheaper if I had done it myself. The supervisor came out a couple days ahead of the job and walked it with me to make I was getting what I wanted. He showed on the day of the install and double checked everything. The install team was very professional, helpful and accommodating to a couple of small changes I requested during the installation. All in all, my next fence project goes to LONG Fence without the need to check other suppliers.On the price, ahead of schedule and a very well done installation.!!

They pulled the permit and had our fence up several weeks ahead of schedule. Very much appreciated. The fence turned out attractive and very well built. Long Fence is a great company, I’m very happy with the installation. They set about 320 ft of white vinyl fence on one side of my property after I had trees removed. It took about a month to schedule but worth the wait. Oh, and I must mention George the awesome sales representative. Thanks everyone from billing to scheduling and the two men that installed! Thanks, Long Fence! I love my beautiful new vinyl fence!The Long Fence installers were awesome, even going beyond the call of duty to complete the job. This required working in below freezing conditions when I had definitely expected the installation to be cancelled due to bad weather. I couldn’t believe it when I looked outside and saw the trucks and the crew unloading the fence materials and shovels in preparation for the installation …in 20 degree weather and with snow still on the ground. That’s what you call total dedication and commitment to the task at hand. What’s more, I could not have asked for a better result. Everything about it is high quality. I will post photos at a later time.

Don't let these people get your phone number! They will add you to a call list that NEVER STOPS. After weeks of calls with no messages, I finally got so irritated with them that I answered the phone- and THEN the sales lady got nasty like I was wasting her time and hung up on me! I hope their fences aren't as terrible as their sales department and customer service. I will NEVER know because I'll be giving my money to someone else. Too bad I can't leave 0 stars because that's what they deserve.

Professional and efficient service in St. Mary’s City, MD. Work was performed on schedule and in a timely manner. Installation team was great—polite, worked hard and cleaned up the area after completion. We went with Western Red Cedar. The wood was of good quality and our privacy fence turned out beautifully. Wally Moran!!! Wow. Customer service was awesome. He and his crew were very responsive. Took care of us from start to finish. I assembled a pergola that caused final inspection to fail. Wally and crew disassembled it and reassembled it afterwards. Lot of work but they did it and didn’t complain at all. Can’t thank you guys enough.

Long Fence gave a fair quote for the job so I went with them. I was very impressed with the person who gave the estimate. I waited several months before moving forward so I had them return to go over the job and got an updated estimate. I then scheduled the job. I was given the timeline on how long before the job would start and when payments would be due and materials delivered. Everything went as planned. I was highly impressed with everyone involved in this project. Everyone was professional and worked very hard and did an excellent job. This job was estimated to take 1-3 days. They completed it in a day. My red western cedar fence with 6x6 posts is gorgeous. My husband was extremely happy with the workers and outcome. Numerous neighbors have stated the fence is beautiful. I recently had the two divider fences for my townhome replaced by Long Fence. Everything about the experience was top-notch. I consulted with/received an estimate from 2 other companies as well as spoke with neighbors who had has similar work done.Long Fence had the best price, by far. They came in at half of one estimate and a third of another. The representative who came to my home to do the survey and estimate was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and very low pressure. Follow up during the time between the estimate and the install was smooth and professional. The install went off without a hitch. The technicians were on time, pleasant, helpful, and thorough. The work is perfect and was complete in just a few hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Long Fence installed a privacy vinyl fence on my property in Upper Marlboro. The fence installation went very well. The installers were professional, efficient, and installed my fence quicker than expected. The gates were installed later because they had to specially made to accommodate the slope of my yard. I was informed it would take about two weeks. Two weeks later they were out to install the gates. I am very satisfied with my privacy vinyl fence purchased from Long Fence.

This was by far the worse decision. We received three other quotes and decided to go with Longfence due to the reputation and longevity in the business. SAVE YOUR MONEY, because all they do is contract out the work to the smaller companies and mark up the prices. They put our deck in the wrong location and not in accordance with the blueprint, my fence had an over 6 inch Gap underneath whereby my animals escaped, due to the placement of the deck we now have to get an electrician to move our rear cameras. 5/4/20 Update: My split rail fence with mesh is now in!!!! Gorgeous an installed within 4 hours!!! Long fence made 2 custom gates for it as well. Tina, my rep was awesome!!!! My dog loves being able to spend so much time in the backyard unsupervised and my next door neighbor loves the look as opposed to the nasty old chain link fence that was in when I moved into the house...he even hauled away the old fencing as a thank you!!!From April of 2019: Had an awesome experience wiith Long Fence. My paver patio was installed in a day and a half at the end of March 2019. The experience from beginning to end was phenomenal. Great customer service and the finished product is sooo awesome!!! Looking forward to having my new fence installed next year!!! Happy to have the same last name as the company...no relation!

I have used Long Fence to install my vinyl fence, concrete walkway, and the biggest project Screened porch and deck rebuild. I would not continue to use them is I didn't receive excellent service.

Hello, I am a delivery truck driver, let me tell you that if you go to that place to leave material, be very careful, there is a tall white man, he is like a dog, he yells at me, insults me, he almost hits me, he looks like he is walking around as delivered, if you can avoid that place. Do it, I don't recommend it, he's the most trashy person I've ever seen someone like that, be very careful with this dog.

Terrible Service. Riley, customer service representative lied about service time. If I didn't call them, I wouldn't have received a call. Wayne Chapin, production manager, delivers wrong materials that where installed. Tension rod is not what I paid for. Waited 4 weeks for install, plus another week or two to get the job completed. UPPER MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE AWARE OF THE PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and deliver on the sales pitch you tell your customers. SHOWER INSTALLATION
