If I could give half a star, I would. The lady manager with the dreads needs to be trained better or fired. She was very childish and unprofessional. The store was absolutely filthy. The employees need to be trained better as well. I've never received such horrible customer service. I will not be back!

This Family Dollar has the most pleasant employees I've encountered in a while. I didn't get the young supervisor's name, however he was very helpful and professional, as were the staff. This store is located in MLK Jr. Highway in MD. I was shopping there about 3-4pm 03/22/22.

Greetings. I would like to make a complaint about one of your store employees Kenneth. I purchased a fan on Monday brought it back and he insisted that my money be put back on my card. The purchase was made using debit . I explained that to him, yet he insisted on trying to educate me on currency and was being loud l, rude with the intent to impress his colleagues and the present store guest. I would also like to mention that while there I observed him giving away merchandise. He did not ring the customers item. He followed her outside where she offered him cash.

The Store is too junky, making it very hard to get to the merchandise with boxes on top of boxes cluttering the ilses. They're not enough cashiers to help with customers (although the few that are employed are excellent and they work very hard to satisfy the customers ). The store can be rated a lot better, if these issues can be resolved.

Loud talking back and forth among staff. Boxes always everywhere around all around Winter Olympics store making it hard to get around. Wrong prices at the check out makes for more returns. I brought something on one day had to return didn't get my full refund. Now it's the third day returning to the store. Very much frustrated. I'm looking for change in the store or I'm shopping somewhere else.Loyal Customer got 16 Years. This is the worst for customer service.No disability parking.

I always come to this store for my household products. The manager Ms. M. Colvin is an excellent example of good managerial skills. She is always helping her employees when lines are long. She is pleasant and have excellent customer service skills.

(Dollar general is further but i rather go there)There is a tall darkskin male manager that speaks with an accent that is very rude and nonchalant when a customer needs assistance. He embarrassed a customer about a coupon while i was in the next line . When my cashire got to me I showed her my “family dollar receipt coupon “ she told me to tear it and she scanned it . The system rejected my coupon like the other customer.she asked the manager for assistance several times and he ignored her then he accused me of using a non family dollar coupon. The cashier explained on my behalf that she watched me tear it from the receipt. So he said there’s nothing he can do and walked away! He didn’t help the other customer either after making it seem like it was her when i had the same coupon. So i paid for my items and guess what ? THE SAME EXACT COUPON PRINTED ON MY NEW RECEIPT!!!!!! Of course he didn’t have anything to say ????? The actual workers are polite but the manager that is a man and works the night shift is just there for a check. I grew up in this neighborhood when bill was the manager in the early 2000s so i seen managers come and go and its time for him to go. I will drive to marlboro pike to dollar general then come back to this store. For this to be one of the highest grossing family dollar store they need better management other family dollar stores are not like . this your in and out . The line is always long and moves slow. During the day its not as bad but they need to improve.

It's gotten pretty bad lately. Stuff everywhere and don't look for helpful staff you are not getting help its not always awful. It used to be a nice store I actively go out my way to avoid it now.

Store was in total disarray,was unable to buy a Google play card, was told they were having problems with them and they could not give a refund if I couldn't redeem it on my phone

Understaffed with boxes everywhere. So many that it was hard to navigate the store almost causing me to fall. Some staff also loudly used offensive language that customers could clearly hear. This location has always had unprofessional staff including managers.

Messy, and unorganized. Its difficult to determine the price of most items, poorly and mislabeled shelves. Typical of chain stores in mostly urban areas.

Been coming here for years. Biggest complaint is that the lines can be so longgg... it the only Family Dollar in the area so it could be bc of that. But the Puma Baby Oitfits are A Great Price!

If brand names mean nothing to you, your dollar gets you more. Please be advised of the fact that stores like this are only good for certain items. Cleaning supplies, toiletries, batteries and some snacks YES. Clothing? Absolutely not.

I love Family Dollar but you can never stop in the store they always have merchandise in the aisle blocking the shelves. You get so frustrated you can't the things you went for then the lines are always long
