I 💕this location and when I enter the store the energy is a warm welcoming. I prefer to shop when it first opens and the customer services is excellent from all associates 🤗.They take care of my needs and give services with smile. I love the sale items. Great store. I will see you again.🙏🙏🙏🙏

I was just at your store and the most wonderful clerk Lisa assisted me. She went above and beyond, stopped what she was doing to help me. Even the gentleman who was at the register, greeted everyone in and out the door.Outstanding service!!!

This store is bathroom, trash ,contaminated items,please my friend do not go to this store,the customer service, even the manager doesn't no the store policy on returning items,they do select and return,meaning if the know some body they can return it ,but if they don't know you they telling you we can't return it.Un equal customer service thefe,please please becareful.I wish if I can give them negative rates but not available, shoutt down the store.This is useless store.period

This is one of the worst and dirty stores ever, merchandise in the floors , dirty floors, expired merchandise , lazy, and slow clerks , very disorganized store , mess everywhere , damage merchandise , nasty and rude customer service ( sanders assistant manager from the night time ) she is a very ignorant person occupying an important job position , she is always sitting in a chair while the store is a whole mess . Definetly this my last time going to this location on malboro pike . Terrible store

The store is always short staffed, the aisles are always insane with discarded trash. I watched the store manager pay more attention to the security cameras then customers in the store. He literally stands at the door and when someone he feels looks like a potential thief walks in he leisurely walks behind the counter and watches him on the security cameras. I watched the cashier ask for change and get ignored. They never have enough shopping carts in the store. The employees that work here either run from helping customers and pretend like they are stocking or hide in the back. The corporate office needs to take a look at the store because something definitely needs to be done. Because if this is how these stores are operated I don't ever plan on patronizing one ever again

The isles are too crowded & small. The store layout is unorthodoxed. Makes you feel like you're in a maze. It makes very little sense. And the smart coupons would not work which is why I shopped there today instead of going in a larger store like Walmart.

Place is trash whole store be high off weed cooperate don’t care been going on for years sad part about it ‘ is most of them are managers . I saw one young lady standing there taking care of a full line alone . I told her QUIT run from that company ! It’s sad the place is trash nothing in order 10 shopping carts ! Dirty baskets ! Just close already “ cause honestly it will never get better , been this way for years .

The store hours on Wednesday state the store opens at 8am. At 8:05am, I called inside the store and was told the store would open "in a few minutes." I asked the woman if she knew it was after 8. She calmly replied, "yes, I know." It's now 8:09am and the crowd that has now gathered is still outside.

Poor customer service. I waited in a single line for about 12 minutes then they open a second register and checked out the people just walking up to the line. So I said we should go first we were all waiting here in one line. the guy said that's not how we do it here so I went to his line and he still took the next person in the new line. Rude

Worst Family Dollar ever! One cashier with 15 people in line and manager states he didn't have to open today and does not get her help!!!! They have improved on getting the line down quicker.

It was nice. Store seemed fully stocked. A lot of selections. I found what I wanted, but some items didn't have prices. So I had to ask cashier.

This store should be called ghetto ddollar. It's slow the cashier's are talking to each other and on the cellphone. No warm welcome when you come in like the premise that we're all family here at the family dollar. There nasty mouth the customers get into it with each other because there being misdirected by the employees. This is the worst family dollar I have ever been in. It needs new management and employees

This store opens at 7am and opens 7 days a week. They constantly restock areas within. And all employees are extraordinarily willing to assist customers.

Most of the time they are over worked under paid and out of stock . There are always lines, but @ a dollar we need more.Safeway and Giant are way over priced for anybody on a buget or not.
