I came in and the young lady and gentlemen were so kind to the customers. She welcomed every guest with genuine enthusiasmand made us feel good. soooooooo kind.she spoke to everyone and they even let a diabetic man use the bathroom though it was against policy.thats compassion.i will call to let the manager know they both need to be promoted or raise or something.kiyta

The WORST Family Dollar of them all...from the store to the staff. Loud explicit music being played all the time... The store is ALWAYS cluttered. The store be so cluttered that you have to hand your items to the cashier becuz there is no space on the counter. It have been 2 occasions the cashier scanned my items but did not put it in the bag. Money wasted becuz I'm already home. Smdh. No type if organization at all . The use of profanity by the staff is unacceptable! I do not care I WILL NOT SHOP IN THAT STORE AGAIN!!!

I came in just to get a soda and my son two actions figures for my son. I did not have change, and according to them they didn't either. Smh long story short if your looking for great customer service you won't find it there. Maybe somebody else business, but not prefessionalism.

Customer service experience was terrible today. I went there to return an electric fan. Their policy is that there are no refunds on electronics. I asked if I could get a store credit and the manager responded that it was my problem, and then tried to say that she didn't say it.

If they're going to have the cash back option then they need to have change or just take it away. U already have to pay extra to use it. I couldn't even get any ones. The cashier was a little rude.

Don't be foolish and go to 7 eleven for your junk food. Go to family dollar like folk do that want to save. Thank God for dollar stores
