Oh the disrespect, She literally moved me to three different lines, and then took someone in front of me after I was clearly the next in line. And because I said one thing about that. She gruntled for bout 5 minutes, i shoulda never opened another line. She said she tired of these customers and they’re complaining. get this ghetto mess out of here she clearly don’t want the job. We wouldn’t be complaining if you didn’t just move the line 3 times. Also if you had more than one line open.

I am very disappointed in the customer service from one particular employee at the dollar tree. My friend and I entered the store around 8:40 in hopes to pick up some spicy noodles. We went straight to the aisle and picked up several containers. While in that aisle, I started having a medical episode which typically requires me to sit down and drink something. I head towards the door to walk outside to sit on one of the benches, but I noticed that the outer door was locked. I unlocked the door and shut the door behind me. A minute passes and I noticed a family walking towards the store. They opened the door and walked in. A minute or so later, they walked out with no bags in their hands. A caucasian employee escorted them out, but before she closes the door, she hollers at me, "Did you open my door?" I tell her yes and I had to leave. She then yells that I dont touch HER door and that I let customers in. I responded that she should have been standing besides the door then. She then yelled that I shouldnt have touched her door.First of all, I didnt appreciate her yelling at me. No one who works customer service has any right yelling at any customers. Furthermore, Im not going to be held hostage (for lack of a better word) inside of a store especially while i was having a medical episode and needed to get outside before passing out. If she needs to control who enters and exit the store, she should have remained by the door to escort people out. Instead, she was deeper in the store, not gatekeeping the locked door during store hours...which leads me to this...THAT DOOR WASNT SUPPOSED TO BE LOCKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. My friend checked out at 8:47. He came outside shortly after that. He was the last customer. The rotund lady locked both doors after him. The store's "final" close was roughly 13 minutes early. I've worked and managed a couple of retail stores and I understand that employees want to go home. I get it, but a store is open until it is closed and on Sunday nights, the Ritchie Station store closes at nine, not 8:47. Do better.

This location has a good amount of stuff, especially in the freezer section. (7/5/2023) be mindful that right now the store has no plastic bags, bring your own. They will probably get more as the month goes on.

This store can be a hit or miss... the reason I say that is because the line is always ridiculous lonnnnggg...( notice I said line not lines) I'm not sure why there's always one cashier at a certain period/time of the day. Dollar Tree please try being considerate of your customers time.😐🤨

I love the customers that visit our stores... I know sometimes we get busy... But we make sure our customers are happy when they leave. Especially our elders... I love when I make them happy finding an item they really needed. Also the kids are so excited by our balloon selections. Please come in and check out the new things that Dollar Tree has to offer. Rude staff!!!This staff that worked on 1-28-2023 around 2:20 pm is lazy and don’t want to work.There was a man on the register located at the register by the balloons yelling customers do not leave carts by the check out put them back where you got them from (three separate times) then proceeded to say customers do not put anything back where you did not get them from, I have never heard any cashier make an announcement like that on the speaker system. I will never go back into that ghetto dollar tree again!!!!!

I love this card shop, and it has really great people working there always willing to assist. Hallmark management did a great job hiring the 3 young ladles.

Been here twice and had the same experience each time - long lines, only one register open, staff was friendly but wouldn’t be my choice location

It was clean. The shelves were stocked fairly well. Great customer service. I asked the cashier for an item I was looking for. She kindly assured me they had the item. She was able to tell me the isle number and exactly where it was in that isle. She was totally correct.

Really clean store. More stock for sure. Was able to find everything we needed. The line was very long. There was only one cashier up front. My wife asked the manager could she open another register. She ignored her. Like we weren't even there. First time coming to this store. And last, back to Bowie, MD store where customer service is much better.

I love me a good dollar tree. I can usually snag a few items from here. It’s right next to a tj maxx and Aldi making it a prime location. But isn’t the fullest dollar tree I’ve seen. A ton of parking though !

Large store. Well organized with a good variety of everything. They even have a really well stocked freezer case with real food-single Jennie O turkey burgers, breakfast sausage links, TV dinners and ice cream. Their houseware section had a large variety of cups, dishes, glasses and storage containers. Great for someone just starting out or on a tight budget.

Love it! I came looking for flag toothpicks for my cupcakes for the 4th tomorrow and I found the last pack, Very happy I just wish there was one or two more packs but I'm glad I just got one. Thank you

The manager and staff was literally yelling and screaming at me in the store in front off customers because i came to pick up my items their cashier charged me for. She rung me up for 20 items when i only had 15.

This Dollar Tree had unopened boxes in every aisle on a Saturday afternoon. Store was messy and understaffed. Lines stretched to the middle of store. Cashiers were angry and confrontational with the customers.

Truck drivers paradise. Got all the essential for staying clean, and plenty of snacks/drinks. Only a 1 mile walk from my delivery.

I called to find out if an online order of mine arrived at their store and they would not tell me because they were "too busy." They would not even take a message to call me back at their soonest convenience. Instead they placed me on a 12 minute hold until I decided to hang up. This is irresponsible and poorly organized. The least they could have done was take a message and call me back to let me know.

Offcourse the best place if u r looking for some decent items. Some of the stuff is not worth buying, but baking trays, wooden spoons, shahlik sticks, some of the famous brands' soaps, dish wash and detergents. Disposable plates, cups n cutlery n lot more in just a dollar. . Wow

Newer than some of the others in the area, so larger with more selection. And more importantly, tiled floor vs carpet so it smells better.
