Usually when I go to the dollar general it's well stock and customer service is off the charts with 💯 all over the board. But today and yesterday abt 6:30 pm the cashier is one disrespectful employee I mean she talk to people like they are dirt. So wander she still have a job up there 🤔 😡

The cashier that I had was extremely disrespectful and rude. I purchased an item and when she rang it up it came up to a different amount that what was on the shelf and because I called it to her attention she went to the shelf and took all of the items off the shelf and threw them onto another shelf and then came back to the register. I asked her about the price and I also told her that because I didn't realize she had walked off I had already swiped my card. She became extremely rude because she asked me did I want the price changed or not! I told her I wanted to correct price! The moral of the story is you can't hire everybody that feels out of application regardless of how short staff you are.

I'd give the store a 5 but the crowded feel, organization of product and antique registers that give constant problems the locations good. Also there's no security and crazy people come through. Dollar Generals CEO and higher staff should be ashamed. A staff of almost entirely women being assaulted and robbed in front of customers with no protection is appealing and ridiculous. Things like this have happened numerous times. Never heard of a customer assaulting another customer still not cool to witness.

I usually visit this place before work to grab some snacks and drinks to store at work or sometimes take home. This location is usually clean and the staff is friendly and polite. Today I went in and it was spotless. More clean than usual. Same great staff. The stock can be a little spotty here and there but that's inventory. Great place, great stuff. Proud to have it in the community.

This place is a wonderful change of pace from all stores in capital heights. Friendly staff. Great prices. Usually no line. If there is a line it take but a few min. Fast check out. You are really in and out fast! I will usually wait tell i can get to this store to buy most items i use. You must check bags coming into store. This is done in a very respectful way unlike other dollar store.

To be completely honest, I am super loyal to Dollar Tree where everything is actually one dollar! Not a fan of any store with dollar in their name where you have things for various prices. This Dollar General is plan B and its right down the road from my work so I visit when I need something super last minute, typically party supplies. The employees have always been very friendly and I have always been able to find what I needed.

Their service is great, staff is friendly and helpful. They have the best card selection for 1.00 and puts the competition to shame. CVS is across the street, but if you want cards with an old fashion message, come here. Parking​ is limited, so be patient.

.Every now and then my wife and I love to visit a local "Dollar General" this store was totally trashed and not an employee in site on the floors to help. Dollar General you have to do better than this! The best thing about this Dollar General was the customer service. The young lady at the the register was totally professional and gave my wife and I the best service. I will come back but DOLLAR GENERAL PLEASE KEEP YOUR SHELVES CLEAN AND TIDY AND PRODUCT OFF THE FLOORS! THE LOOK I SAW WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS I HAVE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER 40 YEARS!

Isles full of clutter you cannot get to the products trucks come in on a weekly basis and they take their time putting the items out deals that are available at other stores are never available at this particular location however they do have very nice people that work there they are always very helpful but this is not one of my favorite locations for Dollar General

This is one of my favorite stores!!! I go in for one thing and leave out with a million. Plus they have a app and on the app you can register with your phone number and add coupons to your account. I go HAM!!! when couponing its so fun to buy so much stuff and see the price drop more than half after rhe coupons.

No real complaints the store had a nice amount of items in stock just a store is probably too small for the amount of inventory that it holds though the cashier and the managers were very helpful

Great customer service, but the store itself is overly cluttered with product, or the store is too small for all the product it carries...shelves always stacked vs other stores. Good job on the managers part.

The people working at this location do not like coupons. They make excuses as to why they cannot sell a product and act like its theirs. Went multiple times and received the same issue. I dont recommend going to this location, even if desperate.

Always junky. Pallets of stock in the aisle customers cant move about the store. It is like an obstacle course. Great prices though.

They don't have enough employees working in there... The lines are long with just one person working the register most if the time... It's because of the area.. They don't have family dollar stores in certain areas and if they did it wouldn't be happening.

Seemingly always stocking the shelves with limited products available. Expect a long line, they normally only have 1 cashier working, regardless of how busy the store is.

Visited the store this morning and turned around to get a flower behind me and the cashier had someone else ringing them up. Customer service is not so great and they need training. I will not return to that location.

Not the biggest store I've seen and takes a little while at times to get through traffic to enter or exit the main street. Might not find certain articles you might be used to because of the lack of room.
