TIRE DEPARTMENT !!!BE CAREFUL!!!!This is for the tire department.It has been the worst service I ever had. I brought my mom's car to change the front tires and I left with a completely broken screw.There is only one technician and if you can call him that because he doesn't even have the slightest idea of how to do the service. I will definitely not come to this location no more, for Now on it will be only Costco, I was looking for something reliable and cheap and ended up being more expensive.STAY AWAY PEOPLE !!!

Love the hidden gems and bulk items. Only thing is, I need them to start providing paper bags. Look at how I have to load this in the car lol. But it's cool. Very huge selection and very helpful employees

I came to the bakery at this location, and seen that they had out dated packages that was 2 to 3 day past the expiration date on the tables and that was supposed to be dispose of in the morning, however I see that they had a young Gentleman Name Richard , who was doing everything he can in the evening, I advise him that he is doing a Excellent job and he has Great customer service.. his manager should give him "Kudos " for his hard work in the evening..and The manager need to tell her Morning crew do there job to dispose of out dated merchandise

When I lived in Atlanta I always done curbside and often what I saw was when people who parked there and was not using curbside would get booted and have to pay a fine to get it taken off. I think BJs should do the same, hire a company that does this stuff because every time I do curbside I always see multiple cars parked in the curbside spots and would not be in their vehicle. It’s a consistent headache and I would like to see those people have consequences of using something they are not doing. This should eliminate the problem.

Today Feb 19, 2024 at 6:24 at capital heights, MD Mary front end certificated, was so unprofessional she was ignoring me when I was telling her about my purchase that needs security tag to be removed. She called the manager, she wouldn’t let me talk and she was cutting me off while talking. The manager accused me of stealing said the item wasn’t on the receipt and she wouldn’t allow me to take the items, she was so rude and when I was finally able to explain myself to her that it was on the receipt then they started to pay attention to the receipt after realizing both Mary and the Manger with no tag name on were wrong they didn’t apologize for accusing me of stealing my purchase.Ade

Three weeks after taking my car to BJ's to get its tires rotated, my car was stolen by someone with a device that mimicked my keyless entry device. I can't say for certain that my stolen vehicle was related to my service at BJ's. But I am leaving this review here nonetheless in case anyone else had a similar experience.

The bathrooms are not up to standard. Also no handsoap in the bathroom. This makes me wonder how are the deli staff and food handlers cleaning their hands? We can do better.

If I could get zero stars, I would my experience was horrible. Mr. Stefon Davis supposed to be the manager was rude didn’t help or acknowledge me when I needed help. Word of advice, better service to the people who spend their hard-working money at your store

The sorriest experience I’ve ever experienced. How do u have a bad experience at a gas station bc of rude customer service! If u can avoid the workers nasty attitudes and just get what u need u may be ok, or avoid this location like the plague. But I’d say u have a 50/50 chance of interacting with rude nasty customer service. I asked for a manager at the front desk and this one lady was really nasty. I did get a snapshot of her with my phone bc the nasty customer service should be exposed! Some of the other employees did a good job but from the employees to the manager I’m not sure if anything can be done or if they even care!

My experience is really bad the customer service is not even worth for one star.IlI am member since 2011 in this store only reason I am coming back here because I have no choice Same,s club is far from here. I bought some stuff they over charged me $280.00 when I came back they said some one going to look at camera and we will call you back in few days no one call me i back in one week same thing no one call me next week I came back 3rd time they act like they don’t care about me. Even supervisor didn’t come then I call customer service and complain about them but long story short finally after 21 days I got my money back this store customer service is zero if you have other choice go there.

Please put the scanners back in self check out..so we dont have to deal with horrible customer service with employees that dont want to really help customers and scan nothing but water. Water is not the only heavy item you sell. Ruins your shopping experience at this location..

It is okay but nothing to write home about and I don't think its worth coming here unless you're local. It comes across as a second rate Sam's club. Very little to benefit from here compared to a Sam's Club or Costco membership. Overall I rate this third between Sam's club in Laurel and the best one: Costco in Glenarden.

Jason and Darnell in the tire department are so helpful. They took their time helping me determine which tires are the best — in my price range, we’re patient in the process, and any problems I had following the installation they were always there to support me. Customer service is amazing, I’m a life long BJs customer due to these two amazing individuals. They deserve a raise!! Thank you for your support!

I've had a membership for about 2 years, I only buy certain items from here so I don't go that often. But have made several trips in the last 2 weeks. This place is in desperate need of a retraining in customer service, management and associates. At self checkout, not by choice, and each time I needed assistance I couldn't get any help. Why? Because the attendant was video chatting on her phone. Then gave an attitude as if I was interrupting. The gas station will never get my money, not only is that line an accident waiting to happen but the associates there lack customer service skills as well. I went for the 1st time yesterday because the line was short. A pump opened and I backed up to it. A young man approaches my car and just stands outside my door. When I said hello, he blurts out " I can't have you backing up to my pumps!" OH ok, I didn't know that, I didn't see a sign, it's my 1st time using this gas station. He responds "welcome to bjs, YOU CANT BACK UP TO MY PUMPS!" I put my window up and drove off! My last several visits have been horrible. The staff in this place need to learn how to talk to people.

Save yourself the headache and go to the bowie location. There’s never enough registers or people at customer service. The gas station does not flow smoothly and I’ve waited for curbside pickup here for upwards of 20 minutes multiple times. Also, my last cursive pick up contained visibly molded fruit. I don’t plan on returning.

My 3rd experience here i noticed that they don't have any coffee creamer in the bottle anymore they carrys the liquids in a box no powder one, what happened?i got what I came for. 🤔 today is July 5th /23, and I am very disappointed with bjs that they still have Dear park water for $7.39 a case ! While sams have ut for less! And you don't have your 40 bottles of wesley's water . Come on now help us the customers who come from far to shop i came from 6 mile to shop here. Customers concern.

If I could give their bakery department a 0 I would. Calls to ask about getting cupcakes and the young lady yelled “we don’t have no containers”. Not we can’t complete the order right now because we are low on supply.The staff at this location is not trained properly and lack basic customer service skills. do better.

I visited the BJS Fuel Station today & mostly a stop & go decent transition when you're able to go the first few hours of opening. When the line gets congested & theirs no employee to assist the flow of vehicles (which I've only seen once in years) forget it. NOT A GOOD IDEA TO VISIT THIS LOCATION DURING PEAK HOURS, Especially If You're Gas Light Is Already On ⛽️ Good Luck Getting A Receipt From The Pump. 🤨

My recent visit was made that much better by Shay who was very kind while I was having issues with my credit card while making a big gift card purchase. Very impressed with how my 5 inch cake turned out. Who knew you could put a personal photo on something so small? I filled out the custom request form a week prior and provided a color picture with it. My cake was ready on time and was delicious. In fact, my family ate it for the next four days and it was still fresh because of the air tight lid that was included. Thanks!

What a joke. A bunch of young dummys running the Receiving department. It took 3 hours for them to unload the truck ahead of me and the truck was already at the door before I got there. Let's see if it will take these dummys 3 hours to unload me. Detention pay is stacking up this it's still a huge time killer. Throw the whole place away with the staff in it.

I am a distributor and wanted to see if I could arrange a bulk order. I called and asked to speak to the manager. The customer service rep put me on hold, and another person picked up. She asked me who I was and where I was calling from. After I told her my name and business she confirmed she was the manager. I informed her we wanted to make a bulk order and before I could make any arrangements she said I needed to talk the department that handled that and then transferred me. I was on hold for about 5 minutes before the system disconnected the call.I would have assumed the manager would have been the one to authorize a bulk order or at least tried to help facilitate it.
