ALDI offers a variety of fresh produce, meat, organic foods, beverages and some home good items at affordable prices. Store was clean and staff was continuing to restock the shelves. Pleasant experience great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. Due to every customer who puts a quarter in a shopping cart, they will not leave that shopping cart in a parking lot with their quarter in it, you will always find shopping carts available in the shopping carts location.

Well I love to go to Aldis but when you have 20 people in line that is a managers call to go open all lanes. The manager had to be asked by several people to open more cashiers. I hate when a lot of people want to cash out but need to wait. This is a problem

Probably the worst Aldi I've shopped at in 15 years. Stocks are low, the workers are rude, and they offer curbside but refuse to bring the groceries to the car. Let this location go out of business and shop where they care about the customer.

I hate that everyone knows about their low prices. Now it's always crowded.... they need more cashiers for sure.

Need more lines open or fix self checkout. It’s no reason a line should be at the back of the store. Also, employees are EXTREMELY RUDE!!! It’s completely understandable to feel overwhelmed but the way you speak to someone at the job YOU decided to have should be respectful!!! Idk the persons name but remember her face, she was there today July 30,2023 at 12 noon hour in lane 4. There was a man in front of me who was having trouble with his card and she getting frustrated with him still inserting his card versus swiping & finally after a couple of tries helped him. Then as I proceed to check out( not having a cart but seeing how usually a cart on the side is replaced with another cart and there was carts sitting in A CLOSED LINE) I was finished and proceeded to Step away to the side with the cart when without ZERO communication, I notice the cashier pushed and held the cart by her as I’m tryna figure out why exactly is it not moving. IF YOU SPEAK UP AND SAY THIS CART NEEDS TO STAY HERE OR YOU CAN REMOVE YOUR ITEMS FROM THE CART WOULD HELP. then with 2 other people with smaller transactions , all of our stuff is in the same cart “separated” . This store needs more employees and a better system! Please re open the self checkout if you have only 1 cashier. Please let it be known when a person can and can’t take a cart. Please do better !!!

Very few selections, but produce is usually good. Be careful of fruits, they have mold at times. Sometimes difficult to find assistance on the floor and they always have only 1 cashier, no self check out, during rush hour you will be waiting in line.After going her for few months I've discovered good seafood, poultry, & canned items that are not poisoned like the major grocery stores in the area. Some of their boxes items don't contain dye, & canned foods don't have many of the preservatives. You can find good healthy options at this retailer. I left off one star due to having only one cashier, that's an inconvenience.

The store is well stocked, prices amazing, and very convenient location for me. However the staff…. The store closes at 830, it was 8pm while i was shopping and 2 older female employees were ranting about ppl coming in so close to closing. I mean, i understand how they could be frustrated but by no means should they be talking about it while walking up and down the aisles making customers feel uncomfortable. Not only that but the lady talking trash was doing more talking then paying attention because she rammed into my cart with the thing she was pulling around with the boxes in it.

This is my last time shopping at this Aldi location. I wish I took more photos but the tomatoes say it all. This store is unorganized, things are always out of stock or expired. The meat section is just everything thrown in a pile, the middle freezer has random stuff placed in all the sections and the produce cannot be trusted.

Love this new location! Clean store, and friendly staff. Even when lines are long, it moves pretty quickly. Wish some items would stick around longer, like vegan mozzarella and cheddar slices, as it seems they only have vegan American slices now. Maybe they will come back. They do have vegan cheddar and mozzarella shreds consistently though!

You should definitely tell your rude cashiers when a customer is speaking to them to acknowledge they heard them instead of getting smart when they repeat what they said smh its a the basics of customer service and a conversation smh. Oh and let's not forget the moldy strawberries on display at the front of the store. This place has officially turned. Ick

So this store to me is a great addition to this area. It's new so not too many people know it exists yet and I like it like that!The selection is decent, it's clean and a ton of parking. It's also right next to the gym I go to so I have no excuse to pick up bad foods after my workout now! Also there's these cheese balls that I have trouble finding at other aldis but find them here :)Love it!

Store is clean and staff is pretty good for a brand new place. No real hiccups there. I will say though that I've gotten a regular sandwich bread loaf, and english muffins, and other breads here which have all molded within 4 days of buying. Thought the first time was an anomaly, but it happened again this week. Unfortunate there but will give it another chance.

My Store Now as long as they get another cashier. Why does Aldis constantly have one cashier with the swipe system? That's the only issue and you all be hiring all the time? Price is right but the Forestville local on Marlboro Pike.....needs to hire more people.

This was my first time visiting and it will be my last. Only one line open and extremely rude staff. I asked an employee who was stocking the bread, if they had Hawaiian rolls, to what she answered "yes", then I asked where I could find them and she answered "I don't know". I was flabbergasted. It shouldn't have to be like pulling teeth to get assistance. This is why I don't grocery shop in the area because the customer service is lacking.

This my first visit to this location and it was a pleasure to see the cleanliness, stock & organization. In my excitement, I walked out of the store without my trusted companion, MY CELL PHONE !! Approximatly an hour later, I returned & approached a gentleman who was restocking. His name was 'Nick'. Nick turned with a smile and professionally greeted me. Upon explaining my tragedy, he continued to be courteous, professional and empathetic. With a smile, he immediately went to retrieve my cell phone. I profusely thanked him!!! My cell phone and I left the store - together!! Thanks to Nick!! Not only do I rate the store 5++, I also rate Nick 5++.Nick who was.stockingof thisof this tragedy

Terrible customer service there was a long line at least 10 customers with one line open and a light on another register but. O one working there two works came out after a loud bell sound had a conversation with one another and walked away never helping the one person working even though there was a line to the back of the store then the one person who came out began to correct the one person on the register who was working very hard despite the long line
