Stopped just before noon on April 30, 2024. Men's room was closed for maintenance. Women's room sink was out of order. After leaving the women's room, an older gentleman outside in the lobby asked me if the women's room was empty and I confirmed it was. I told him I'd stand outside for him and he gratefully went in. A lady who was working came rushing over angrily and yelled, "No men permitted to be in the women's room." She then opened the women's room door and yelled loudly into the room, "No men are allowed in here. You have to go down the street to Hardee's." I was mortified, and mortified on behalf of that man who was just trying to take care of business.Embarrassing customers that have health concerns you don't know about. Completely inadequate, broken bathrooms full of flies. Are you sending male employees across the street? Are no employees washing their hands?We will never be back.

Called in to ask if they were open because wawa was closed due to an incident in town. The lady who answered was ignorant and rude as can be. I'll never give royal farms my business due to her attitude. There's plenty other stores.

Went to this place a few nights ago, stopped for gas and an ice tea. This place is absolutely a filthy mess. The floors in the restroom were so greasy I nearly fell, Body fluids on the walls and floors in the bathroom. Greasy floors in the main shopping area, pieces of food lying about where the salads etc. are supposed to be kept. The tea was so dark, very concentrated, looked like black coffee. I don’t know why people can’t keep their place clean, this place was one of the worst excuses of poor management I have seen.

This is the worse Royal Farms I have ever been in!!! You all are suppose to be famous for your chicken, I have been there on 2 different visits around dinner time to get chicken for dinner and both times I was told I would have to wait because there didn't have any cooked!! How can you not have enough chicken cooked at dinner time??? Every time you go there it's new people working and no one knows what they are doing! The management needs to do something about it!! Make sure there is chicken available at lunch time and dinner time!

Was there the morning of 5/25/2023. Absolutely the most disgusting store Ive been in. Both bathroom doors , mens and womens were off the hinges. Doors just leaning up against the walls . No running water @ the sinks , trash everywhere. Workers could care less ! I went up the road to WAWA.......

Every time I go there the cashiers are amazing especially Joyce but the only problem and complaint I have is the food. I order extra bacon or tomatoes on my food and either its the standard amount or they forget the bacon and tomatoes all the way around. I ordered a pulled chicken sandwich and I bit into it and it still had the bone in it . Not satisfied .

There was NO SOAP OR HAND SANITIZER in the ladies restroom. The bathroom stalls were filthy. The floor in the general area was filthy. Old spills, new spills, trash on the floor. Forget about all the trash outside of the entrance. And the shame of it was they were not busy. One good thing, the cashier was polite. Please get your act together.

I have been stopping for breakfast and lunch for the last week, each time spending around $30 each visit. Good hot food outstanding service. Then we stopped this morning... The lady behind the counter that was supposed to be making food to order told us that breakfast sandwiches are in the glass case. Ok I started to put my lunch order into the touchscreen and was told she didn't know about lunch... I asked the manager about getting lunch made for my crew and was told there is someone back there that can make whatever you want. So I proceed to put my order in, the lady couldn't make breakfast or lunch and had to ask what was in my wrap!!! Needless to say I will be taking my money for the remaining week of this job elsewhere because our breakfast sandwiches out of the glass case where cold in the middle and lunch was just the bare minimum. No effort to make a decent sandwich or even a simple wrap.

I went into this location on August 5, 2022. The time was 1:36pm. I went to get a family meal dinner with my son. I am a 43 year old black woman and I am going to say this. It was a group of young black unprofessional rude employees behind that counter working with the food and the black lady in the green shirt who was the manager on duty was no better. They stood there and watched me struggle with trying to use the kiosk and laughed at me never once offered to help they also stood there talking about the customers coming in and out of the store. The sad part is that they make it bad for everyone and this is why some people will stay at the same point in their life forever.

Went in at 7:48 am on my way to work placed an order and the boy rudely says after i place my order "I ain't got no fries" 3 times . He had everything else cooked chicken etc . Very rude and unprofessional. More training is needed he could have easily said "Ma'am we don't have fries right now would you like something else" instead of yelling "i ain't got no fries" throughout the store. Next time i'll go into wawa

We stopped here via Ocean City. The chicken drums sticks and mac and cheese were very greasy and cold. We would have had to wait 30 minutes for the fresh fried chicken! Very bad experience!

Had to use the restroom today and found it disgusting and filthy. Sink looks like it’s never been cleaned and plunger just laying on the floor! I judge any businesses food based on the cleanliness of the bathroom...since this place neglects basic sanitation I would highly disregard eating anything prepared by the staff here unless you want to be seriously ill.

We ordered 20 pieces of chicken and the people in front of us ordered 6 pieces. They gave them fresh chicken and wanted to give us chicken that had been sitting there for who knows how long. we asked for fresh chicken or our money back and they said it was policy to get rid of the old chicken first. Then we immediately asked for our money back. When we went to check again they had not given us our money instead they charged us for the price of two 20 pieces. Now we must wait for my credit card company to fix their stupidity.

Stopped in this store after hours of driving just wanting some food and gas and instead I got my items plus more. I got wonderful customer service, the employees had a smile and were ready to make my experience easier. The manager knew her job and her store very well. The experience ran very smoothly.

The only good service was the cashier. However, the women behind the food stands. Were just plain stupid and rude. I honestly, didn’t liked how they were treating my boyfriend better than me. I’ve had done nothing harmful for them to treat me the way did. Anyways, karma’s around the corner and I still know what their faces look like. This is why, I’m not going back there anymore. Poor service and pure ratchetness. And if I could, I’d get a friend of mine who’s an attorney, to shut this place down. They better think better next time.

Me and my brother went here to order some food. When we were finished ordering our food on the little computer one of employees immediately told us that they were out of thighs and wedges. This insinuated that she just sat there and watched while she already knew this the whole time. After she was done saying that then the other employee come over and rudely tells us that we should have looked at the display case before we even made the order and then said that nobody ever listens to her.

The food prep workers are all wearing masks but not covering their nose. This was not true on my previous visits. Also this time they seem to have poor prioritization because there was a line of people waiting on orders because only 1 person was working on them while the other slowly tackled routine tasks.I will say the other staff were wearing their masks correctly.I doubt I will order food from this royal farms again. Simply if this is their concern for health that is obvious what else are they skipping on?I know it is hard to get everyone to understand but this is truly important.

The location is ok for gas however, I went inside to use the bathroom. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting! With Royal Farms stores coming up in numerous areas, you would think you'd want to be known for nothing but positive vibes!Majority of the Royal Farms bathrooms in go into, they are absolutely disgusting!I will not buy prepared foods from these locations!Obviously the employees use these restrooms too and they don't care enough to clean them!Managers should be held accountable, I mean, what are you being paid for!?

Worst possible customer service and slow service. Took over 30 minutes to make two wraps. Once I received them they didn’t have anything I had asked for on them. And the women filling the orders refused to make mine. She was only filling the ones with fried chicken. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never go there again

Rude and untrained employees working the food area.Older lady fulfilling orders only works on chicken boxes/buckets while younger male wanders aimlessly, whispering order numbers. Any other order (wraps, sandwiches, etc) is ignored. When approached for status of order, attitude and excuses flow from their mouths like water. But hey, it’s a gas station with food options. Customer ahead of me was accused of being belligerent when they only asked why they have to wait, longer, when their order was not made or possibly given away. The person did not even raise their voice! Defensive, lazy and most likely mad at the world describes the vibe the workers give off. Should’ve hit chick-fil-a

Got kicking yesterday and was way down the road before I noticed it was so dry the ends were yellowish the potatoes you were tough dried out all the food look like it was made that night not in the morning would have taken back if I wasn't at work was able to take three or four bites of the chicken this store has gone downhill bad

Check out line can be long and slow at times during the night so if you are impatient or on a time schedule be prepared. But the chicken, especially when fresh is far the best along with the cheese and potatoe logs. They also have other food items that are delicious and inexpensive. I was offer a free fountain drink of any size for the delay. Over all good experience and Great meal deals.Footz
