The staff is always so friendly and welcoming to me and my dog. They have a really good range of products (including a dog aisle) and their prices are reasonable. Its very rare that I have a need to drive to Lowes or Home Depot. The independent, local guys are taking care of business.

Typical local home center. There are items you won't find in the chains. Staff is very helpful. Shop local!I try not to run to the big chains, if I can help it. The mileage more than makes up for it.

We had a rather unpleasant exchange at this store today but thanks to a super sales associate, who went above and beyond with his customer service, we were able to purchase the exact item we came for. It is just unfortunate that not everyone is always willing to do the right thing. We spend a lot of money at this store and this man has certainly ensured that we will continue to do so, even though the "other employee" didn't really care. I am very sorry that I did not get this great employee's name.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The worst customer service I've had in a long time. Just drive to Easton and save yourself the headache.Long story short - it took 3 different trips into Ace to return an item. 90% of the employees and 100% of the managers were as rude as possible throughout the process. Wasted $50+ dollars in gas driving back and forth to deal with a simple return. I won't be back.

I received the best help I ever received at this place. An employee helped me, gave me kind suggestions, and showed me the best products to buy... Which I did buy. I am so satisfied with my shopping experience. If you need help, go to the rear help desk where the keys are made and you will get the best recommendations and customer service.

Well ad said that you had both in STOCK but when arived could not find both item. So asked and confirmed that you didn't have any of these in stock. So what kind of store does that. Then asked too. No neather of them. So gas as cheap as it is. Wrong. Just left. Disappointed. To say the least. This is why the great review. Like that said just go to Easton Lowes. Or Salisbury Home Depot. Then went back home to look at the add again and all of a sudden thay change up everything in there add. Very pour Business!!!

I took a sliding screen door in the screen replacement at circa 1300 hours Zulu. I was told it would be ready for pick up the same day. I received a phone call circa1500 hours and was informed it would not be ready until Tuesday, five days after I dropped it at the store. Other than that, service is great and employees are promp and courteous. I will continue to shop at ACE.

The lady's in there are very very helpful, made me a couple gallons of paint and walked me over to the thinset for porcelain tiles and pointed out in different colorgrouts they have in stock

I was looking for a peep hole for my door and they was happy to help and even searched the computer to see if they had it and said if they didn't have it they would order it I got lucky they had 3 in stock . always a pleasant place to shop.

Getting help is hit or miss, they will either walk to to an item, or point in a general direction and mumble depending on who you ask. Good for odd and ends for small home jobs.

Great selection and service. The have JO Seasoning for crabs too! Old Bay is for chicken and fish, JO is for Choptank River #1 crabs... "Crackin' and Stackin'" ... Oh yeah!!!
