My food was delicious (scrambled egg and bacon) my husband said his was just okay (one of the breakfast burritos). My kids didn’t eat anything but one ordered chocolate milk and took two sips and said it didn’t taste right. It needed more chocolate probably, I offered to go ask them to add more and she said she didn’t want it anymore. My parents said they enjoyed their meal. My husband said the coffee was decent, not his favorite but better than average. The place is cute and clean. They have indoor and outdoor seating, even blankets to have a picnic it you want to.

Great coffee. I mean, really good. As good as a bespoke coffee shop in a big city. Better, actually. The food is fresh, but lacking flavor. The breakfast biscuit sandwich would be better with American cheese — they use cheddar. I understand, they want it to feel more gourmet, but the cheddar is sub-par. Go with melty American, and you have a winner. Bathrooms were out of order — a tragedy when on a road trip. 50% of the reason we stopped was to use the restroom. The coffee made up for it.

The place has a nice seating area outside and the people that work there are quite welcoming. I got a americano and a smoothie while I was there. The americano was flavorful and tasted a little sweet naturally. The smoothie somehow managed to not be too sweet and was mostly just the strawberries and tasted great and was a real hit with the little one.

If you want the most disappointing $9 breakfast sandwich ever, this is the place. So dry it overpowered the taste of everything. I had to toss the biscuit just to enjoy the bacon. Coffee was depressingly mediocre. Staff was pleasant though and the dining area was very presentable. Maybe other stuff is better, but too expensive to risk it being as bad as that sandwich.

The staff were all so wonderful. I asked them to make a drink not on the menu and they seemed enthused to make it (chocolate, banana chai) Breakfast sandwich was good too.

Hidden gem! The breakfast option in Hyatt regency was terrible so I stop by this place two times in a row to fill my tummy! Highly highly recommend; unfortunately the americano is a bit watery; but they do have a good espresso

Small iced peppermint/mocha latte.. 8$ crazy.. I ordered at 930 for 10am pickup and walked in a little after 10 and it wasn't ready. I had to talk to the rudest staff member about a drink that should've been made already. Why order online if I have to walk in an wait in line for my drink to be made in front of me? They couldn't even get my order right, they gave me a large coffee that wasn't even close to what I ordered. I left out of frustration. This is the 2nd Rise Up location that has had terrible service. It's 10:02 'HUN' . Can't even do your job at a coffee shop right. Won't be back.

Excellent roadside stop on Westbound Route 50 (with access from Eastbound 50 via a left turn lane). Lots of parking, indoor and outdoor seating, and the same great coffee as all Rise Up locations. Food menu includes options from Mad Eggs - the huevos rancheros is de-lish-us! Friendly service and staff have a unique retro/hipster/world beat/kids next door vibe. Great for tourists and locals. Note that exit from parking lot to Route 50 is right turn/Westbound only.

Omg. Deliciousness across every inch of their menu! Vegetarian options as well as meaty goodness. Excellent iced coffee (sold by the growler!) The Carmel Coffee smoothie and iced chai was mind blowing. And the Huevas Rancheros an Acai Bowl were beyond delicious. Glad I don't live too close or I'd be here everyday. (prices were also completely reasonable)

Pet friendly patio to enjoy purchase items or hang out with your coffee. Great spot for coffee and a quick bite to eat. The breakfast sandwiches are made eggs your way with breakfast meat of choice on delicious fluffy biscuits. Delicious!! My wife enjoyed the fresh açaí bowl and my kids enjoyed the smoothies. Pro tip: if you have small kiddies, split a large smoothie into 2. They’re tasty and if one doesn’t finish, they didn’t waste a whole. 😀

Had my first visit while I was staying in Cambridge. I had a regular drip coffee and it was smooth, not bitter. The indoor seating was not available but my next trip I will definitely be stopping in.

It's my favorite coffee in Maryland for sure. The employees are always attentive, friendly, and fast. I stop at the Cambridge store on my way east and west. We always keep a pound of fresh ground in our closet at home. The breakfast sandwiches are very generous and tasty. The food is not your typical run of the mill Cafe options.

Has always been a special place with the best coffee on the Eastern Shore. The addition of Mad Eggs has really set them apart from everyone else. The sandwiches are custom made to order, and are a great value for the price. Can't beat getting a cup of freshly-roasted coffee and a sandwich/hash browns for under $10 -- and having it ready for you to pick up if you order online. The customer service is amazing as well.

A place you MUST stop at! Insanely great people, food (some organic!), coffee, and even their use of wood (not a typo-go see what I mean) I'll give you the pic of the bathroom sink 👍 they have obviously put a lot of thought into this place. Considering making another 5 hour trip out there just to get a case of their breakfast burritos for our freezer!
