My go to store for groceries. All the employees are great. They are clean, friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. Shelves are stocked. They have good sales. Good store if you are into pinching your pennies.

Bought one of those ready made roasted chickens tonight. Thought it would be a good alternative to fast food. As it turns out - it had been waiting for us for a very long time on the warmer. It was so dry, that the bones crumbled and even the dark meet was parched. Our cat wouldn't even eat it - that's how bad it was. It was purchased at the Cambridge food lion at around 4:00pm on 1/24/24. No care or concern about quality or customer service. This was also rather expensive I thought @$10.

Pleasant atmosphere! The store was clean, and the employees are super helpful and nice! The store is well stocked (keep that FIJI water coming guys!). It helped me a lot when I had Cancer in 2014, and I have been drinking it ever since! Keep up the good work guys!!

ALWAYS far less crowded than Wal-Mart, very clean, good selection, produce is fresh, and the deli is great. They also have a wing bar twice a day.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great deli department! Always have the freshest produce, plus a great variety of fruits and vegetables. They have a great selection of cheeses and canned vegetables that are hard to find at other stores. I love coming to food lion! They just remodeled and the store looks amazing!

1 of 2 grocery stores in the area. Not the best customer service. Staff very loud up front and yells across the store. Food not always fresh. Very town friendly. Everyone knows everyone, but not everyone wants to be in a loud grocery store after a long day. Need to work on the store's appearance and working with staff on customer service skills.

I've been goimg here over the past few years. Clean, friendly staff, decent selection of routine commercial groceries.Note: be careful where you park. I had $2500 in damage to my vehicle after someone hit it and drove off. I have heard other bad stories about the parking lot. Note2: a staff member got the tag number and I was able to follow up with insurance and not press charges for leaving (older lady).

I shop at Food Lion; don't care for Walmart. I shopped on Tuesday 10/4/2021. My cashier was a nice young lady, very polite, personable, and helpful. I am older and have a disability. I was impressed with the way she helped me and made my shopping easier. I wish I had gotten her name.

Today I stopped in to specifically get Turkey Hill Lemonade which looked to be sold out when a nice young man in the dairy section asked what I was looking for and then stopped what he was doing to go in the back and find me the Lemonade even after I said it’s okay you don’t have to stop what you’re doing. He was so friendly and pleasant. Up until this point I was kind of having a crumby day so when this young man (I believe his name was Clive) was so kind and nice did this it made my day 😊

The Food Lion in Cambridge is dated and needs an update. Selection is adequate, but not large. Produce can be a little rough. With places like Aldi or others coming in (Wegmans, please!), You can't just say "we're better than Walmart". On the other hand, the staff is friendly and helpful. Looking for better options here.The status quo remains. Review is basically unchanged.

Nice store the only thing is some of there cashier's where gloves I know how the think that's helping them not get sick but here u are taking money from one person and you don't change them after every customer all you are doing is spreading germs to the person behind so if you ware gloves change them after every customer

Polite , respectful service, check out person looks at you during transaction. Produce is well kept, bakery items: small but essential bread and desert selection. Nice meat selection and presentation. Always a good deal on fish.

As the only real grocery store in Cambridge, they typically have most on my list. The meat and produce department could offer more selection, variety, but I recognize they're selling to their audience. It's not Giant or Acme. Cashier's are nice and friendly 99% of the time, however.

During these times there should be one entrance in and one out and aisles should be directional. People were all over this store. Too many people in the store. Many with their masks on with nose exposed. Even some of the cashiers. Social distancing almost non existant. Very disappointed.

Would much rather shop here than at Walmart. Here all registers accept cash and they cashier's actually have a smile, a personality ....and OH.MY.GOD.....THEY ALSO HAVE A REAL LIVE HEARTBEAT!!!!!! And oh hell!!! They have more than 1 line open ANYTIME you stop by!

I love the selection at Food Lion, outside of the fact there is no fresh seafood section. They are a bit pricey but have excellent sales. They also carry many of the items I cannot locate in other markets in he area.

I did my grocery shopping and got out the store safe and put in the SUV and left the place and went back 🏠 home in Hurlock minutes away from the store and put everything away in the rightfully places and sit down and relax for a few minutes and then cooked me something for dinner.

I don't trust her cook chicken I've had some chicken from some food lions and it was actually red inside and if food price on eggs is a little bit High and their meats are high in price but overall they keep the place pretty nice and that's the one in Denton Maryland
