Went in for a pull cord repair and they made a mistake when I drop off the lawnmower and I did have to call and check the status of my lawnmower, however there customer service was amazing they went above and beyond to fix the mistake. Recommend them 100%, repair was done quickly and everything is working great with no issues. Bravo Zulu to this Veteran owned business.

Smith's always provides great service on all the equipment I've brought them. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I contacted another company to come pick up my mower and after waiting for a week I canceled with them. I called Smith's and they came out the next day. They fixed the problems and had it back quickly. I highly recommend them.

Really impressed by Smith's. Great service and competitive pricing, they are an outstanding outfit. Even though we were told it would be 2 weeks to get our lawnmower fixed, they worked around the clock and got it fixed quicker. Very friendly front desk staff as well. Highly recommend!

Smiths has a new location in Callaway,Md. Its about 3 driveways down from the old shop. Customer service experience was great. I dropped mower at 8:30am and received a call at 9:30am the same day letting me know that they had fixed my Toro Grandstand. Great price, and I will be returning at the end of the season, so they can service all my equipment

Incredibly long wait times, poor communication. My mower sat for 6 weeks before being looked atHad something fixed only for it to break again less than 20 minutes into using the it. They ran the incorrect credit card amount and struggled to refund it.

Smith's has repaired my mowers for many years... service is better today than it ever was. And it always was great. Picked- up on Monday, back in my yard on Wednesday. The bill was attached to mower - and it was very reasonable. That is rare service these days. The problem was corrected with no additional service I did not request. Thank you.

Dudes... You came to my house on Tuesday and picked up my mower which I for sure thought was DEAD and ready for the scrap heap. It is 9 years old and has had better days. It was backfiring and one piston I know, was NOT firing. The proverbial NOT FIRING ON ALL CYLINDERS phrase comes to mind. That was 48 hours ago. So today comes around and my wife calls me from downstairs and says YOUR MOWER IS IN DRIVEWAY!... So I thought the note attached would be something along the lines of SORRY MAN BUT YOU NEED A NEW MOWER... Not the case at all.. Seems you replaced the head on one side, put on a new muffler, and BADA BING BADA BOOIE it is running like a scalded dog! Thanks for the great work and service guys. I will be back when and if it dies again... KUDOS!!

Turned in my lawn tractor and after 18 days they had not even looked at it. I called several times in while they had my mower and was always promised it would be looked at in the next couple of days. I picked it up and took it somewhere else.
