The workers here seem very unhappy. It's evident by their facial expressions and body language; maybe they're underpaid and overworked-I'm not sure; but every time I come here the mood of the employees is down and ruins my shopping experience. When I go to Target, the employees seem a lot happier.

Sometimes u get a descent employee most times they are rude and know less then we do main complaint is customer service especially the older Mexican lady she has got to be the rudest person ever. Even if she’s walking in store she does not want to be bother and always always has snooty like customers are @@@@. It’s hit or miss with the other employees at the moment with the changing of the setup I can feel their frustration and is. Ompletelu understandable

It is very rare that pickup orders are correct. They charge you for items that they do not bring to your car or door. This happens so frequently that it is clearly a business practice. I've notified the store repeatedly and they simply do not care. So, if you must shop here, go inside and deal with the limited self-check and long lines. It will take you less time that picking up, calling for a refund, and then having to re-shop the items they shorted you.

Overall, it's a decent location! We are from PA and have seen locations that were much worse! The place was organized, most things were in stock, there were no lines, and it was decent overall. So it's a pretty solid location! Prices, staff, and layout are all comparable to other locations.

New to the area and love the prices at Walmart. This location was clean well stocked and organized. After making my selections I head the cashier and there is 1 body checking out And it is the express lane, that has the small counter without a conveyer. I wait, and noticed how the line is growing. I asked a passing associate if the manager could open more lanes. He asked the manager who was with another associate yet No other Lanes were opened to expedite our shopping experience. So what's the big deal right?In the last 2 years ( during the pandemic) I have noticed a price increase in just about everything I buy at Walmart. So Walmart is not much better in savings than other grocery stores. So I guess I will be going elsewhere for my $600 monthly food stuff shopping.I don't appreciate, spending my money and not getting the best value or customer service.04-30-2024This Walmart is still under construction!!!I have taken a break from shopping because of construction and now I am done.I went around the same aisle looking for items, and still couldn't find Trash bags,on the aisle where the marker said trash bags. The staff appears APATHETIC and confused. I asked 4 workers where things were and they weren't sure( NOT THEIR FAULT) and Walmart prices are not the best anymore. So if you are high on drugs this might be fun, running around like Mice in a Maze, but it's my last time.

The staff are nice if you're nice to them. They are always patient and polite when I need help. The shelves are generally well stocked. This store is also getting in a larger variety of plant based items which is nice. My only issue is that they no longer sell tofu so I have to go to another store.

It's Walmart, so you can get most things you need and the prices are competitive, but it's definitely too small for the area. The parking lot's often pretty filled up and the wait to check out can be very long. It's only made worse by the fact that they're currently doing some work on the store. I can see the layout slowly getting a bit better, but as it is right now, it's a little confusing and crowded.

My 2 complaints are your app for finding products needs improvement. Items are listed to the aisle but not to the place on the aisle. I believe that the employee app does give a more complete location.Second: when a product is OUT your policy is to fill the empty slot by doubling up on adjacent products to hide the empty slot. NOW the app says to look at a general location, but there is nothing there...... Have I missed it? very frustrating.

Still the store to get it all! Literally. Recent changes look really awesome and the set up is easy. The only issue and I must say,,, the prices are getting out of control. We're talking Walmart here!

I enjoy shopping at my local Walmart store in California, Maryland. It's kept very clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly.But I do missed seeing more checkouts for faster services.I just hope soon, that Walmarts company will consider to open up more checkouts for their customers shopping convenience.But mostly ,I was very impressed about a couple of weeks ago, when I did walk into the store and I first glanced upon how beautiful the stores floors look 💖I had just said to one of the Walmarts associates ,"My what did Walmart do to their floors?I was very impressed about how beautiful they were.And when one of the managers was just about to pass me by,, he replied to say to me," that the floors were beautiful and that they were just refinished over from that of the floors old tiles."Never would I have ever guess 🤔that once they were covered over with certain tiles that covered up such beautiful floors. It surely gave the Walmarts flooring coverage ,anAbsolutely beautiful appearance 😊

Good selection, but the place has fallen victim to extensive loss prevention strategies.They should care more about pressing charges when they catch shoplifters and care less about average shoppers.The clash of corporate strategies really is harming the shopping experience.

After the renovation, this Walmart is AWESOME! It is much cleaner, things are way more organized and labeled and the aisles are much bigger, and have less traffic.

Bought my Babydoll pup Cesar Loaf & Topper in sauce food,, was to cost $7.99,, Got home and looking at my receipt Walmart charge me $16.99, at the self checkout. I've seen this on YouTube and read about how your not to trust their self checkout,, well I can tell you DON'T TRUST WALMART SELF CHECKOUT!This has happened before.

This is the absolute worst Walmart I have ever been to. I did a pick up order and my groceries were not in the bag. No they were not bulk items. Then 12 of my items were missing from my order. No one notified me. I did not receive an email, or a notification. I hate it here. I will NEVER again shop at WALMART! This is so GHETTO!!

It's a very good store- people are helpful and curtious. One major problem- they have very few scanners at check out. This problem has been going on for over a year. Complaints via the website or in person to management doesn't help. This issue appears to be beyond their capabilities to solve. Unbelievable!

Don't offer pick up service if you won't pick up the phone when I am there ready to pick up. Went once at 4 pm and called and called, called the regular store number also, no one would pick up. Went again early in the morning when they weren't busy, and still wouldn't answer. Ended up canceling my order. Won't ever do pick up there again.

More then the shelves being so empty which can be understandle at times.. I get such a headache ringing up my food because everything is either Not labeled, Not labeled properly or is just in the wrong spot and NOTHING rings up to the correct price. The other thing that bothers my the MOST is that although they DO HAVE Better prices than other stores on things like lettuce..ALL THE BOX LETTUCE is ALWAYS wilted. EVEN when it's stocked I have NEVER ONCE been able to find a fresh box. I don't know if it's the temperature or that they only get the BAD boxes that the other stores CHARGE More for BUT ITS SOOO UNFORTUNATE that I have to go to Another store to buy lettuce for double the price to get it fresh ans not Brown! Same with the Bananas..HOW can you have SOOO Many Bananas but None spend So much time to find a couple half decent ones. When the other stores don't have half as many Bananas and lettuce atleast you can grab it and go and you know it's Not gonna be bad. It's frustrating 😒 And Good luck trying to get ANY Answers!!!

I'm extremely unhappy. I placed a pick up order for 1200. Before that time, I got an email stating that it will be delayed, no big deal. It is now 7 hours past the scheduled time with no updates. I've tried calling the store multiple times and nobody picked up. I'm a single mom of 3 and rely heavily on this service so I don't have to go in alone with little kids. Very disappointed. There were some stuff in this order that I really needed tomorrow. Never had an issue until today.

Great store, especially if you need a cell phone. Ask for Rich and La Plata. They will help you get the phone you want and treat you right and answer any questions you might have about cell phones. They are at the California Maryland store.

I was just shopping at Walmart today (11/08) and was in the Christmas/Garden center. I wanted to commend a worker there, Johnathan. He told my mom and I good morning, and made sure we knew he was there to help if we needed anything. He was very polite, and a worker like him is hard to find nowadays.You can tell that they are trying to clean up that Walmart a bit as well, which was very nice to see.

I went to the automotive shop to get new wipers and a battery installed.. Called prior to going and was told I didn't need a appointment & neglected to mention that the scheduled tire appointments would be taken care of first..I was told I would have to wait a few hours or all day..Both men really seemed like they didn't want to be there & not very knowledgeable at all..I actually am glad I chose to leave & go to AutoZone & when I told the guy at Walmart his reply was I wish you had told me that in the first place..I would not recommend California Walmart Automotive to anyone ever..I think they need to be trained & definitely take a Customer Service Class.. Actually rude..and let me mention again I am honestly not sure they have enough experience in the Automotive business..I wouldn't let them work on my Tricycle..

I usually go here to pick a few items regularly. This is where I found a good fishing rod. It is not very expensive but does what I need to do.Today 11–19-23I called to check if they have blood worn in stock but no one pick up. I called again to department until and no one picked up the phone. Finally I reached Electronic and spoke with Aaron and he was awesome in so many ways. He picked up the phone, answered my questions and even ran over the Sporting goods to check in the refrigerators to makes it is in stock. The bad news for me is that it is out of stock but making the time to check. Aaron is a great employee to Walmart and definitely will be a great person to get a promotion and moving into management position. He definitely earn it.
