This is my go to place for my pets and their needs. I love the selection of healthy treats and even the not-so-healthy. The just used the dog washing station on Sunday March 24th and I’ll be washing my pets there from now on. It’s just so much simpler to bring my dogs on a nice outing and get them washed in a comfortable tub. The easy conditioner hose with water is a game changer. The staff is also always helpful and friendly. I highly recommended this place.

Stopped by to get the dogs some treats on our way to the park. I love Wag-N-Wash! They have great customer service, bathing and drying stations to get your pet cleaned up without breaking your back, clean store, and healthy food and treats.The dogs enjoyed their treats.

We took our two dogs there on Christmas Eve for grooming. The service we received was second to none. These young ladies were very knowledgeable and were able to groom our dogs perfectly how we wanted them. These young ladies are definitely some of the best groomers we have ever used and we will continue to use them from now on.The young ladies at the front counter were also very helpful and very courteous. Nice place to wash your dog. Saves your back from doing it at home in the tub. Kids enjoy helping and it’s nice to get some new toys and treats after the bath. Dog loves all the treats we have gotten so far.

The staff know my two GSDs by heart and always welcome us to the store. The owners are involved and very helpful, especially when it comes to nutrition and preventative care. Very positive environment and always clean...Petco needs to take lessons from WnW

We have a new pup and completely appreciate this place for easy, no-mess-at-home bathing and great pet food options (including broths, raw, frozen cooked, goat milk, etc). Thankful for more holistic pet care in the area. Oh, they have a sweet little pet treat bakery too. May just have to order a pupcake for our dogs upcoming birthday.

love wag n wash it always smells like fresh oatmeal and staff are so nice! used to take our pup for grooming but we like to do the self bathe in between appointments. rewards program is worth it too to earn free baths and stuff :pEdit: I wanted to shout out Rhiana!! She is so nice and friendly and always remembers us. My dog is blind and she is also super patient with her during nail clippings, she’s the best!

Great place to wash big dogs like Duke. Large stalls to clean your dog up. Much easier then the bathtub with this dog.

I’d give this place 10 stars. Samantha is the absolute best groomer. She is so good with our Rottie. Love her!! Susan is also so sweet and helpful. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I drive 30 minutes one way to bring my dog here for grooming and to purchase dog food. I love this place💕

My puppy Haku always goes here for grooming and he LOVES it! And we ordered his birthday cake here for the first time, and I thought it was just going to be a plain blue cake, and NOPE, the amazing baker Rhianna surprised us with a Spirited Away theme cake!!! I’m OBSSESED!!! Look how adorable 😫

I’ve only used their self wash service and I love that there is place to go in town to wash your dog without washing them in bath tub at home. Wag n wash self wash stations are nice and clean also very roomy for washing dogs. Their dryers suck however! I always bring my own blow dryer from home saves my blow drying time in half. I also bring my own shampoo. With that being said 18 dollars is a lot of money to be charging folks to wash their own dogs.

I would have gave a Five star for over 3 years ago untill November 3rdbecause a groomer with glasses and tattoos on her back of her neck was very unhappy was very rude and disrespectful and made me go out of my way spending money and showing all proff of my animals shot records and still wasn't good enough for her .She Just wasn't servings me or my children..my 8 year old was so scared of her and didn't say a word until I drove away telling me "mommy why was she so nasty and mean to us ,she really didn't need to act like that .... Mommy did you see the way she was looking at me like she wanted to hurt me bad ,I was scared her eyes so black 😡 me responding baby girl no I didn't ,I'm sorry , mommy to busy showing her info and on my phone and looking for all info possible ..🤦 so had to tell my daughter that's what we call a devil's in sheep's clothing ..get rid of her.. I will never Never come back again.. shared with PetcoSmh no problem told my story .They were surprised what I went through and said she lied they were disgusted .. I got a appointment same day 2 hours later... My new best friends for my family member ..My dog is not just a dog to me glad I didn't leave him alone with you. Fyi.. I didn't tell her I think 🤔 I Rather see her shot records and information on her before my dog...Your business is your people representing it🤦💯Everyone else sweet and act innocent 😇😂so no problem with anyone else for 3 years but so long carry on...

I have been a customer since Wag N' Wash opened. Love going in to such a customer friendly store, great staff always willing to help in anyway. The groomers are the best, I have also used them since they opened, Wendy does a fantastic job on my Springer, Austin. I call her grooming"works of art."

Great place to wash your dog, paid I think $25 for the special deshedding shampoo treatment. I do love the walk up dog washing tubs, but I will say that one of the walking ladders slid a little, but it was still pleasant. The drying station was nice, would rather there be a ladder there or a step, as well as warmer air. Seemed a little cold to me. Prices of other items in the location was pretty reasonable. I would definitely go back, especially during the winter time!!!

This place is awesome. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable, prices are reasonable. The space may seem small but they have used every inch and still its feels so spaces. The do it yourself wash area is so cool. They have all kinds of treats, like bones,duck feet, antlers, ect. They also have a bakery where you can order birthday cakes and all sort of treat for your fur baby. They have awesome deals for dog and cat food, even a raw diet section wich includes raw foods and they also sale frozen yogurt.

02022023 update: We have a new puppy and were looking for places to go with her ... what could be better than to take her to visit the wonderful staff at Wag n Wash! She is a very nervous little girl and they could not have been more patient and kind to her. Thank you SO very much, Girls!Love this shop ... Staff are so friendly and helpful! If one person doesn't know the answer to your question, they will find out for you. Feel very welcome every time I come here. Have used self wash, taken classes, purchased home baked treats and ear medications. I couldn't be happier with such a personable and professional pet store. Thank you very much!!

We love, love, love bringing our big puppy to this store/bathtub!! Everyone treats us like we are family and are extremely helpful and loving!! The tubs are so easy to use and make bathing our fur Baby so easy! Things are perfectly sized for large dogs, and the excess fur is easily trapped to be discarded before clogging up the drain. The freshly baked puppy treats smell so good and when I asked about them I was not surprised to find out that they are even safe for people to eat. We have moved to La Plata, but continue to drive 45-60 minutes to go to your facility in California, MD. His visits to your giant tubs and wonderful staff are something that our 8 year old puppy LOVES to make. We would like to say Thank You, so very much, for having a shop like this! We will be back, every month, for as long as we are stationed in Maryland. We have, also, told all of our friends, who have pets, about this "Bathhouse", and many have already visited. We, really, hope that you will continue to expand and grow, opening more of these, at least, to Southern Georgia!! Hint, Hint! 😉

I gave this place a 4 because of one person that wasn't friendly and just look like they were having a bad day I guess. One person can mess up the atmosphere of the establishment. Otherwise I took my dog for his trim and they quickly got him and bought him out no problem it wasn't until I got ready to pay is when it went down hill.

My dog loves this store! She gets so excited to visit! They have a variety of toys, bones, healthy treats etc. I have brought her here since she was a puppy to the pet clinic they hold on the second Sunday of the month. It is affordable the vet is great and everyone is very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

After living in the area for 2 years I finally took my dogs here for a simple nail trim. It was such a great experience. Every single staff member i encountered was helpful, nice, responsive, and had my dogs feeling comfortable. I will be returning with my dogs again in the near future and I think my dogs are looking forward to it as well. Now, I just wish I hadn't waited so long to come!
