I enjoy going to Ross. This branch however is the worst I’ve been to and it seems smaller than the average Ross store. Merchandise is in disarray 9/10 of my visit.

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I have shopped at this Ross on many occasions and when checking out the cashier associates are pulling price tags off the merchandise and the item that I purchase are not attached to a security device therefore they can’t say that it came off with the security sensor. They are literally popping the Ross tags off the merchandise and they put the tag in the bag.

Well this was the weirdest Ross ever. First there was a Karen at the jewelry case. Who felt the need to close the case in my face, because she was done. Then the person who actually works there, finished closing the jewelry case and claimed he'll b right back to assist me. But then walks to the register and proceeds to help a number of other customers. Not even looking back over where I'm standing. So walking back to ask for assistance, the other cashier comes and rushes me to look in the jewelry case. Items were blocking others which made it extremely hard to see anything. I couldn't touch anything and he kept closing the case. Giving me less than a minute to look at 50 plus pieces. Ok. Nope won't spend my money here.

I love Ross, but sometimes they just don't have a lot going on. Depends on what season it is and if their shipment has just arrived or not. Staff gets friendlier with each visit though!

Love the prices here. Majority of the time I can find good clothes. You do have to take your time going through the clothes, but the prices are sometimes worth it. The only thing I was sort of disappointed with was the little girls clothing section. My daughter is 10yrs old and I there wasnt much of a variety to look at for her.

I actually found what I was looking for but boy is it hard. Everything is so jammed packed it is very tough to look through. Wish things were in better order instead of all over the place.

I usually find great buys at Ross but not sure it's because on the day I went but this location was pretty much bare in their home goods area. Not much choices to choose from except a versatile selection on doggies accessories and kids toys. Not sure about the clothing area since I typically only go to buy stuff for my kitchen and home.

I've always liked Ross, hadn't been there in a long time, but my 15 yr old daughter who is very into shopping, wanted to go. If you like looking for deals, you'll like shopping here. They've got all kinds of stuff, clothing, kitchen and bathroom, etc...

The last several times I have gone into ross they never have enough people working at the register. There were 2 helpful cashiers working with a line of 10 or more. I saw several workers walking around with empty clothing racks. This has caused people to leave their purchases because of the long lines, as I have done on several occasions.

The cashier KY is very lazy and have a nasty attitude. I will never shop here again and will be returning everything i brought last week. $165.00 worth. People don't need to spend there hard earned money and be treated like trash.

This place is up and down. Sometimes they have great inventory then sometimes they don't have much of anything. If you are looking at home decor, I would stop here first. Sometimes you can find things here cheaper than Home Goods or Marshalls.

Our Ross store tends to have a lot of empty shelf space compared to the local Marshall's, but I still find good bargains. I'd love to see the store stocked more.

I enjoy shopping there they always have a good selection. I actually ended up leaving a bag called as soon as I noticed, the employee was very kind. I give it a 4 star because while the selection is nice their departments arent in the neatest shape.

Clothing racks aren't organized, making you come thru the racks. The staff isn't very friendly.

If I'm looking for something, I usually find it here. They have a good selection and you really can't beat the prices. Sometimes you have to look around a little harder than other times because its a little disorganized but for the price you pay, I dont mind.

Very disappointed that such a big department store does not have a big and tall section but there was a maternity section for the women God bless women for being able to give birth but the big and tall men aren't taken care of there's far too many big and tall men in America. There was a lot of good Bargains from my friends who are regular size men and they bought shoes and a few shirts

Lots to choose from, but so mixed up. Went in specifically looking for dresses in a hurry and every other item was a romper. The store is regularly difficult to find things. My suggestion would be to go in with lots of time to look through everything. And I also noticed a SIGNIFICANT amount of fast food restaurant cups on the shelves. People just leaving their trash. I counted 5 my last visit.

As usual too many bargains not enough money. Although I would appreciate a better variety of sizes in women's clothing. That would be helpful.
