Amber in Grooming is amazing! She always does such a great job with my dog Celeste. All the staff are very friendly, and one of the managers/supervisors (I am so sorry that I cannot remember her name) is always great to us and even remembers Celeste every time we come in there! These two both go above and beyond every time we see them and always make us feel welcome which makes us always want to come back. Thank you!

Great location and plenty of selection. Really enjoyed this location. The staff were friendly and very helpful to us. I will most definitely come back to this location for future pet food and supply purchases. We really enjoyed their selection of pets too. Store was not crowded and was very nice to walk around being spacious.

This morning was my dogs first grooming appointment ever. I blindly booked online with Zoey for a bath & brush and extra package. In total the services took about an hour and a half. When we first got there my dog, Sage, was extremely nervous and Zoey helped make her comfortable by feeding her some of her favorite treats (that I provided). Following her service, Sage’s fur is softer, she smells great, and even got a cute bandana. We definitely recommend Zoey and will be requesting her in the future!

I would choose PetSmart over Petco any day. Prices and items available are way better. The animals always look healthy. I've never seen dead fish in their tanks.

If you care about your pet, please DO NOT have them serviced by Damien D. When I first consulted with him I had explained my dogs personality and what to expect. Damien seemed very confident that he would be able to take care of my puppy. When I arrived to pick up my 7 month yorkie at the time, he just handed my puppy to me and did not tell me how the service went AT ALL. Literally handed my dog to me and said NOTHING. When I got home and examined my dog, I found a DEEP cut on his chest as you can see in the picture. Damien cut my dog and DIDN’T say a word about it. Not sure if he still works here, but this was unacceptable and just plain deceitful. I had to take my dog to an emergency hospital to get this taken care of. Will never step foot in here again.

This store is ok. Cheaper than PetSmart with wider selection, still kind of expensive for dog toys, but I think the pet industry is taking advantage of the pet owners by increasing prices of products which aren't the best quality or have harmful chemicals in them. Itake my dogs here weekly...it's quite cramped , ALWAYS has urine on the floor from all there pet OWNERS not cleaning up after their dogs! It's disgusting and a distraction when two large dogs pull to smell the urine. Clean up after your pets as it is a representation of you, the owner and the staff should be doing their part to clean the floors when they notice urine. I notice it very quickly since it is usually in multiple locations....I let my OBEDIENT dogs go outside before coming in or clean up as it happens....ALWAYS! if you can't do that, maybe you don't need the animal or it doesn't respect his/her owner. Training people...it's not hard...Petco has a few good, friendly staff (3 that we have experienced), who actually take the time to remember my puppies...others are just there for the paycheck it seems.

Bobbie Joe is the best for dog grooming. Don’t get me wrong Damon and the others are rockstars as well. But she’s like a dog whisperer and a surgeon with the trimmers. Go early on Tuesdays as it’s 10% for military and veterans. Also there is a 10% coupon that can be combined. Hope this helps.

Exceptional service! I had a curbside pickup yesterday. It was the manger that brought the order out and I told her that all of the associates I've encountered have been so pleasant. I would say that I order online about every 4-6 weeks.

Been getting my dog groomed here for a few years. Had nothing but good experiences. Got to my appointment 15 minutes early like always and walk up to the door and ring the “grooming service appointment bell” like I have many times before. But instead of being aloud in for my appointment like every other time I was told they were not open yet, so I explain I was there for a grooming appointment. The women repeated her self again and said they don’t take walkins until they are open, so I again stated I was there for an appointment and I asked her what the bell was for and she again repeated herself and closed the door. So I canceled my appointment and left, I will no longer be bringing my pet here for any grooming services after this experience.

Seem to always be clean, never busy, and fully stocked. Prices are super high compared to Walmart or Amazon though. Only shop here when I need something I can't get elsewhere. If they lowered prices, it would be the go-to shop for petty supplies. Otherwise Walmart and Amazon win.

I only go to PetSmart now. After noticing how much better they care for their animals (especially at this store) compared to any Petco I’ve ever been to. Also all of their staff is a great help and knowledgeable. Well done PetSmart!

I can't say "Thank you" enough to the staff at Petsmart in California, MD. They rushed our pup to the vet when she hurt herself. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our "baby" was safe and taken care of ASAP. I will never forget the swift and caring help they got our pup!

No stars if I could select that. Didn’t get names female with long hair was extremely rude. I brought back canned cat food as my cats have allergies to seafood or fish. This lady says no without recipes cant return. I ask to speak to manager she gets mad manager comes over says yes go your your items and we will credit you. I buy over 100 dollars in product and I noticed she was doing it differently than when I returned products before so I explained to her that the other guy just scanned it in which was faster she rudely says don’t tell me how to do my job I have been here along time I said to her why are you so rude and she said she was fine until I came in. Guess you was mad because she had to do it then took it out on me. The so called general manager was no where in vincinity I explained to her how rude she was to me and what she said and the gm automatically defended her unteal. Congrats you just lost over 4500 a year is what I spend at that store pet smart just lost a customer for life I will give my money to a store that respects and appreciates there customers.

Went here today feeling sad cuz my kitty is sick and needed some advice on a cat carrier to take Digi to the vet. Aerial helped me and was OUTSTANDING. She showed me the carriers and a nice fuzzy blanket I could put in the bottom of the carrier. I felt so much better after talking with Aerial and she even showed me how it is put together. I absolutely love this store. Aerial went above and beyond for my Digi girl and me. I highly recommend PetSmart over Petco. Thank you Petsmart and Aerial so so much!!!

Well organized store! Customer service was fantastic! Ordered an item online and went to pick it up. My order was dropped out of the system somehow, but the were able to fix it and get my item. Friendly staff and answered all my questions. Will start using this store since they have more in-stock and selections to choose! Thank you!

Always a good experience. We bought our tree frog terrarium and tortoise set up there. This location is nicely ran. Clean store and helpful staff. They do live crickets and fruit flys.

Very clean and organized store, no huge unopened pallets about and very helpful staff. We were looking for chew treats for our older schnauzer which would be good for her teeth. A store associate approached us but kept social distancing and guided us to the selection isle. Nice job!!

This location is well organized, clean, and the staff are quite friendly! Given the lack of small pet shops in the area, it's a good place to go. My one complaint is that they don't carry some pretty common treats and foods (for both dogs and guinea pigs) that I've gotten accustomed to finding everywhere else, and I'm not sure how to request them from such a massive corporation.

The staff was wonderful. Miss Katherine was happy to give us advice on our new ball python and even pointed us to outside sources on things that were not sold at PetSmart! She was a ton of help and I made sure to get a Petsmart card on our way out. It's my new pet store thanks to their kind staff!

Didn't do curbside pickup. Went in for new kitten supplies. Store was very clean. Member of management helped me in selecting my items. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, recommending different foods and litters. The store's local competition couldn't help me at all, plus had nothing I wanted. I will be returning to PetSmart for my needs with pets.
