I usually don’t have a problem but I took my Pomeranian who I explained had a stroke and can be wobbly and have a seizure .. so as he started leaning a little they kept him strapped and didn’t steady him. As soon as I arrived and saw that and told them to hold him, everything went smoothly. It seems that a groomer should know better, and I shouldn’t of had to tell them that he was there for four hours and that made him even more tired and wobbly, but they adjust studied him. It would’ve been better for all!! I tipped 20% in advance but probably shouldn’t have

We have a timid puppy who had a bad first grooming experience somewhere else. We took him here and saw Aiden who was AMAZING. He took the time to make him feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make it a good experience. We could not have been more appreciative and will 100% be coming back again and again!

We have a rescue dog who does not like to have his feet or face touched which makes it a challenge for a groomer. Our groomer Karen is very patient with him and this time found that she could trim his face while bathing him--a minor miracle! Each time we bring our dog in for grooming, Karen does an amazing job on him.
