The staff is always friendly and helpful here. They have great stock. I always go here if I'm hunting for embroidery supplies, and their acrylic and craft painting section is well curated.

Spooky season is everything here. The floral, the spiders, the kids crafts. I went in needing nothing and bought all sorts of goodies. 10/10 says it's dangerous with a 40% coupon

I went there to find some Halloween crafts and decorations, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and selection from dark and spooky Edgar Allan Poe decor to fun pastel ghost I do wish the quality was a little bit nicer as I prefer to have these items out year-round

This particular store is extremely over crowded with items. The staff is also not very friendly either if you can ever find someone to help you other than the one person at the check out counter. The store should probably expand to make it easier for customers to move around displays. Maybe hire more people to take some of the work load off of their employees and maybe their attitudes might improve.

I don’t shop at Michaels often for this exact reason - incompetent employees. I went in for a craft kit and ended up with two, obviously because the price on the shelf made it seem like a good deal. Checking out I let the cashier know one of them rang up different than what the shelf price said. At no point did I ask for it to be changed or lowered I simply said someone should make sure that it’s fixed. Que Buffalo Bertha who came over and scanned the kit with a hand held and turned it around so dramatically like SEE. Yes, congratulations, you just scanned the item with the exact same system that the register did, of course it’ll come up the same. All that energy to attempt to belittle a customer instead of walking to the isle and looking at what I was talking about. At least this location is consistent in hiring rude, unintelligent and insufferable people.

It's a Michael's. This location is always clean and well organized. I've used their custom framing service several times and I won't go anywhere else. My only complaint is the aisles are cramped and I always find myself weaving in and out of the aisles to get from point A to point B and that drives me nuts. Otherwise, I love this store.

Great expert advise. Walked out satisfied with the advise I got. Don't remember the person who helped me out with the paint I needed to touch up my frame but shePicked out two colors that mixed well . I was able to get it right the first time. Thank so much

A wonderful place to shop. The people that work there are always willing to help. A beautiful store. Smells great. You can find everything you need and more. It is a Arts and craft store with much more. I went looking for one thing and came out with a bag full. I will continue to go shopping there! I love if you sign up with them through only your email you get great coupons!

I have always liked this store. BUT I witnessed the manager and the cashier demonstrated harsh rudeness to a Pastor of my Church. It was not necessary. I won't shop there anymore.

Michaels always has lots of cool little and large items to make you look good on all your projects. Have to watch those coupons though, they expire quickly and are all to often not allowed on certain items. Not sure why I downloaded the app, doesn’t seem to give me anything extra or special by being a “member”. My taking three stars off is because there are NEVER enough employees in the store, the ones there are tired and some just plain useless, you don’t point to “over there” and expect me to be satisfied, show me or go get it, this wheelchair doesn’t move itself and if they are wrong I just used up a lot of energy for nothing. you’d be surprised how often this has happened in the past. NO MORE! I expect to be treated better in stores or I will stop going to them.

I like Michael's alright, but 3 items I would like to suggest you guys carry. 1: a light box that's in the $20 range. I found one on amazon and it works great. The one you have does the exact same thing for a ludicrous price. 2: animation paper. Again, $20 on Amazon but if you could beat that AND I can get it same day, I'd be over there way more often. 3: peg bars. As you can tell, everything I listed is for traditional 2d animation and peg bars keep animation paper from moving all over the place. I love the coupon discounts though. Makes animating a bit more cost efficient for me.

I find a lot of craft items at Micheals. It's usually the first place I go for many items. Normally quite well supplied, but not so much recently. Hope it is only a temporarily situation. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I've shopped many Michael's stores across the country. Mainly in the framing dept.I've never encountered such wonderful service as i did today in the California, Md. store.Michelle was eager to help, very informative ....and extremely patient. Plenty of sale items in stock. Had to use the restroom and it was very clean. The cashiers were extremely friendly. Isles were not cluttered. A+
