The interaction with the department and retail associates is always great. However, this place always seems understaffed every time I go. But I will say the workers they do have are great. They just are stretched accross 3 departments. Which has then stressed out, not to mention still trying to answer questions of every customer. While I was waiting on getting my wood cut, a young associate came to the back and did it for me. I had a big project with lots of cuts, so I knew he was going to be back there for a while. He was multitasking as much as one person could. While cutting my wood, he helped 2 other customers and felt pressure from another department to go be a safety spotter. And then still run the customer service desk. I get its a business and they are trying to maximize profit, but it would not hurt to hire more associates for your busiest days.

Always consistently a pain to even shop here. Our latest experience......it took them 1 1/2 hours to "find" our soil in their parking lot and load it in our car. I even ordered and paid for it ahead of time. We only shop here if we have no other alternatives!!

Needed to get a piece of plywood cut but I didn’t really know much on how it worked. Had an associate help me find one (who was also very kind but I didn’t get his name), and then Wayne(?) helped me have it cut to pieces and was overall very helpful! I later was hauling my pieces to the loading zone and passed by him there and he went to help me also carry them to my car! He was very nice!

Lowering my rating from 5 stars. The store was under the same management for almost a decade and everything ran smoothly. Ever since that changed, we have had nothing but problems. They are frequently short handed, with shelves in need of stocking and nobody available to assist with retrieving items that are in inventory but out of reach. Management seems overworked and overwhelmed. Lowes Corporate, please send help!!

The people that work in these stores are just pathetic. There are never enough people working. If you find someone willing to do their job, they have no clue where anything is.Well, I get to add to my review now. Can't go into the store. Can't order online either. I give your peopleanother chance and they can't do it. I ordered a Niagra toilet tank and what do I get, a Toto brand toilet tank on my door step. So Lowe's, what are you gonna do now to earn my trust?

The Lexington Park employees are fantastic, but corporate policies are bull hockey. Online purchases cannot be returned in the store even if the website says you can. Also, the store inventory OFTEN does not match the actual store.

I have been waiting for anassociate to come back on the line and then realized he isn't coming back on,then I call for a manager, guess what, I wait and wait and wait, I realize he is no better than the first person, I wait and wait. Stupid way to run a ship.

Why do you even have an email option if you’re just going to be rude and bypass it? You make your customers wait 20 minutes to check out but then you won’t wait five seconds for them to get an email receipt.

Waited 40 minutes for help with Xmas outdoor lighting. Was told by what appeared to be a department Mgr, Jerry he couldn't help me.A nice female employee paged someone, then walked the store trying to find the person in lighting to no avail. Another nice associate tried looking, then paging...still no help. The outdoor lights were $80/box and I wanted 4 boxes with additional connector kits.Going home and order from Amazon, problem solved.

You need to talk with “Shine” at Customer Service. She is very rude to people and acts grumpy! If she can’t find a way to like what she does then maybe she needs to find somewhere else to work. I hate coming there with attitudes like hers.

I had a really kind and selfless employee offer up his cart he was using for cardboard boxes which he was unpacking inventory after he saw me struggling with a large bag of potting mix. To the young man that was unboxing inventory in the garden section right before 8pm on 1/22/2024, you are appreciated and I hope you had a nice night.

I will never buy from lowes again.I bought siding from them and I don't have a receipt homedepo will give you store credit no questions. Lowes told me no matter what they don't do store credit any more. The siding is in perfect condition no damage. I bought to much and need to return the extra my customer paid cash so that is how I paid. I'm fine with store credit because I'll spendnd the money their anyway but not after this. I already contacted your 1800 number and they didn't help eayhier they said try a different store that's it

My review is specifically for Jacob in flooring/tile. I came in to start tackling a remodel and needed floor and wall tile. Jacob went above and beyond to help me in the processand help me stay in budget. When my tile could not be found in the county he stayed on hold forever tracking down all my materials. Jacob personally collected my tile from a different store and followed up with my process. 10/10 highly recommend Jacob.

came into the store to buy a few Kobalt power tools, totaling over $500 for all of them. Nobody was visibly Available at the time so I asked a store representative for help, they paged someone to the tool section. The page went out 3 times....... Nobody came. I then found another store representative and said this was my second attempt she told me she'd send someone over I heard the message go over the loud speaker again 3 times...... nobody came. So my last attempt 3rd attempt was to use the assistance button near the tools that I wanted to purchase. Did that and again the message went out 3 times, and not one person came. At this point I was frustrated and left, I got in my vehicle and left. I got home and ordered all the tools on amazon. This is why big department stores are closing daily due to poor customer service and experiences like I had, you try and shop local and this happens. This is why folks choose online stores instead, thanks Amazon prime.

I purchased a washer and dryer online, on sale. due to the husband deploying and the washer and dryer being late, I had to switch from store pick up to delivery.Fast forward to Lowe’s cancelling that order and not refunding my money. No washer/ no dryer/ no money…. No help… get the theme, let me help you it’sNoThe only way you’re getting help from anyone at this store is by driving there. Hardly anyone ever answers… and good luck calling customer service.I’ll probably pass away still on hold with them.

The parking lot is difficult to navigate. Unfortunately this is the only option for home improvement near Lexington Park, so it's usually crowded on a Saturday.

My review isn't for Lowe's but for the wonderfully helpful front-end manager named SHINE. She could sense that my shopping experience was going to be terrible as she jumped in to help me out quickly and courteously. She has excellent customer skills..... The best thing that Lowe's has done was hire her. God Bless

Terrible service ordered a washer and dryer from them two weeks ago was supposed to get here last week, today received a phone call saying the store forgot to order the washing machine now we have to wait upwards of 2 weeks for the washer to come in. No type of help with a fault on their end and making us wait over a month for a washing machine that was supposed to take 2 weeks to come in!!

Waited at lawn and garden to get 20 bags of mulch loaded for more than 20 minutes. Got out of my truck went back to the counter and asked the cashier to call for help, they called again, went back waited another 15 minutes still no assistance. Went back inside, got a cart loaded it myself, twice, told the cashier thanks for the help. He responded thank you for shopping at lowes. They shouldn't offer a service then not perform the service.

We are new to the area and needed new appliances. We came to Lowe's just to look around and see what was available. Joseph in the Appliances Department greeted us warmly and was very friendly and kind to our disabled son. He showed us several different models and spoke knowledgeably about the pros and cons of each. Since we are new and haven't yet even closed on our new house, we had to arrange for delayed delivery and he was very accommodating of that as well as our other needs and concerns. Joseph made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you, Joseph! We will be back to this Lowe's for our future needs.

The entire garden center and large portions of the store are flooded with so much overflow that entire aisles are impassable. It’s been like that for the last five years. I don’t know if it’s corporate or the store manager who is massively overbuying, but it is extremely frustrating.It is often difficult or impossible to find folks to help get things off the shelves which means you spend thirty or more minutes waiting, talking to everyone who walks by, and being told they’ll send someone who never actually comes.

This is a store exactly like every other Lowe's in the continental United States. Which isn't a bad thing, you always know where to find things. There is a very limited selection of houseplants, and a decent selection of seasonal plants.

The service is great. We asked two separate individuals that work there for help finding things and they were professional and helpful. This showed the store's commitment to having knowledgeable employees. The prices were reasonable. They offer a nice tool selection and they offer a lot a nice selection of items on sale.
