Joanna is amazing. She makes my anxiety-ridden dog feel comfortable, as does her sweet little comforting pup. She does an excellent job, is super efficient, always friendly and competitively priced. Her place is clean and well thought-out. I really appreciate how she makes individual appointments instead of having the dogs all be there waiting at the same time. She also calls you right when your dog is done to be picked up! Love her!!

Lola was greeted with love, and care. The energy was peaceful in her salon. Her dog gave Lola a few kisses, and I felt no shame in leaving her there under Joanna’s care! She did a terrific job on her cut. Lola left with Hollywood style haircut, a beautiful hair clip, and pink accessories

I was incredibly nervous bringing my dogs to a new groomer. But Joanna was AMAZING!!!!! We have rescues - and one of the babies has only been with us for 3 months. So, our dogs are easily shaken up and scared. The dogs needed to be groomed in a bad way. Joanna made sure to ask questions about the dogs, their personalities and just was an amazing groomer. Please do not take any type of doodles to these people unless you want your dog shaved. The lady there was busy and flustered with dogs barking non-stop in crates when I showed up for an appointment Friday May 6th. She claimed my dog was once again matted...they pulled that trick last time and I have brushed him twice daily since his last session. Long story short I took him to Countryside Sunday May 8th...Mothers day...and a real groomer bathed him groomed him and dried him out. No simple spray from a water bottle experience like this place.

Love them here, been taking my dog Dunkan here since we moved to town in 2016. He’s getting much older now and whines most the time but he is still treated so kindly there. I will always recommend them here as they treat my dog so kind and he leaves looking like a dapper yorkie as opposed to a hot mess which is normally how he looks upon drop off.

I have been using The Pet Salon since they opened and am extremely please with the service. Sunny and her husband run a spotlessly clean facility with friendly caring service. Since using this salon my dogs have not "picked up" any problems. My 2 wheatens run in anxiously for there baths and grooming. Highly recommend to all pet owners.
