When I tell you these women went above and beyond to fill my daughter’s prescription and make sure she was ok, they did! I live in a small town and we have very limited options for late-night pharmacy services. When my ‘regular’ pharmacy closed early, I ran to Giant’s pharmacy 8 minutes before they closed. They rushed to fill my baby’s prescription and made sure that I understood how to administer her meds. I will be using this pharmacy from now on. Kudos to the two women who were working tonight (the pharmacist herself and the clerk). They made this momma super relieved.

Beyond irritated at this point! On the 29th I came in trying to pick up a prescription my primary care physician called in after I went to urgent care and they prescribed something I couldn’t have. I spoke with Matt on multiple occasions on 01/30 and 01/31 he was short and snippy and blatantly did not care… I told him the names of the 2 medications I did not need and don’t want to pick up. And they told me the correct medication was denied by my insurance… a week goes by with no asthma medication I get a letter that is was approved 01/31 so fast forward to yesterday 02/08 I call them I get Matt on the phone and tell him the medication was approved! and I would like to have it filled so I can have someone come pick it up…. My fiancé gets there and he’s given the medication I had already told Matt and another lady at the pharmacy I can’t take and didn’t want to pick up and I told them the name of the correct prescription and everything. I have Been with this pharmacy for almost 10 years my mom and came here when I was in school but they have really gone down hill. So I will be looking for a new pharmacy and I DO NOT RECOMMEND GIANT PHARMACY OF CALIFORNIA MD!

I can not believe that giant tolerates the behavior of this Pharmacy.The young boy working continually and I have to think now purposely makes errors.They stand around and act busy when prescriptions are ready to be filled.Management must allow this behavior because every single employee acts this way.

I hate going there. Made appointment online, for flu shot. Filled out the paperwork online. Go to Pharmacy, stand in line behind 7 people. When I get to the pharmacist I have to make out the paperwork all over again. Then, I was told to wait until my number comes up on the sign. Then, I have to wait in line all over again only now the line is 10 people long. The appointment, the paperwork, the signing in is all a useless waste of time their time and mine. And I was one of 4 people, all of whom had the same appointment I did. They were all furious. One of them went to the store manager to complain. It took me a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes to get the flu shot. If you have any other options try them first before you go to Giant Pharmacy.Ann

They have gone down hill since all the wonderful staff is no longer at the Pharmacy. Only got 1 star because I had to put one. So beyond disappointed in this staff. Not personal at all anymore. And they argue with the customers.

Always friendly staff, great service and I won’t go anywhere else! They treat me with respect and make me their priority when I am picking up or dropping off my prescriptions.

I find a pharmacy staff to be rude and generally act as if you are there to serve them and not the other way around. I recommend using another Pharmacy if you have the choice
