I went in today and the service was amazing! Both employees I worked with were very kind and respectful. I needed a couple of cat trees from the back and the first employee not only went and got them for me but also help me carry them to the register. The second employee was also incredibly kind and asked me about my cats and about myself and shared his experiences with his cats. Overall it was an EXTREMELY good experience and one of the best customer service experiences I've received in a large company store. I only regret I didn't get their names.

Love coming to this store. Young lady with black and blue hair is always nice and so helpful. She always makes my daughter smile and laugh. This store always has everything I need. Sometimes they run out but that’s normal.

Is all the random things my daughter wanted from "Santa" I was about to walk in Five Below and without even looking for it, it was sitting right there. I didn't even think places still sold pogo sticks so it was a win to see and buy it.

Fun finds at decent prices. We love the 100% cotton shirts, character swag, and snack selection. Staff is helpful and polite. Would give 5 stars if stock was on par with the Prince Frederick location/if they had self-checkout. Sometimes the wait in line is a bit long.

It is a nice place to take kids to spend allowance or birthday money. You can even find a few things that are priced decently. There are a lot of things however i would consider dollar store items that are over-priced. It isnt as cluttered as the dollar store which is nice.

I love this store! They have really good items for a really low price! Everything is $5 or less! They have trendy items also, like emoji backpacks, slime, and if course, fidget spinners 😝 They also have school supplies and posters and home decor and toys. You can find alot there for a low price!

I was in five below today shopping this team member was working all alone in the floor named Antonio he was a good team member he is a hard worker good personality always welcoming people in and making feel welcome always helping customers and checking them up i believe he deserve a raise in this store for he's terrific job in the store.

Never a bad experience here. The staff is always really friendly and the store is always put together nicely. I love all the weird and cute little things you can buy, and you can get some AWESOME deals on cool things.

I love Five Below, it is the store to go to on a budget. They have bits of everything from comfy chairs to tasty treats! The setting of the store is fabulous, the staff their know their products and the whole vibe of the store is lovely!!!

It is ok as you walk in, but when you really get to looking closely at stuff you may want to purchase, you see that almost nothing here is any higher quality than anything from a dollar store, just on flashier packaging. Phone cases have a terrible selection, and you would be hard pressed to find one for anything other than an iPhone. I looked at t-shirts and all that I saw were cringe gamer tees and a few tiedye shirts. The service is far below par, the store is poorly stocked, and items appear to stay on shelves for well over a month. Like the area, it is an overall dump.

Good place for the tweens to shop. No sticker shock.. Cool store for fun and interesting inexpensive gifts, toys or crafts supplies. The service was not really friendly or memorable but no complaints.

They have chocolate frogs. The cards are different than at HP world but they're still good quality and I think the chocolate is actually better than the original ones since it's not in such a huge block that you can't eat it.

Omg, you have to go to this place😍 Everything is so affordable. The store has items such as food, makeup, room decor, oxcord speakers, toys, and ect for 5$ and less! I litteraly love this place.

The prices are amazing. If you have young kids then it's a fantastic store. Their are some adult items. When my kids were young I would go straight to them at Xmas time and fill a cart or 2.

This is by far the most clean, well stocked and perfectly organized stores that I have visited (and I shop at 5below everywhere I go)! Kudos to the store manager, Jamie!!!
