They have such great customer service....I walked in assuming that the drivethru was closed.Several people there standing around.I go up to the one at the pick-up window and told them I was there to pick-up my wife's prescription. She said it would be a moment. While I'm there this guy walks up and takes her over with getting stuff. I'm not sure if he was why she was tied up or what.I wait and wait and wait. A person comes through the drivethru and gets their prescription in just a few moments. I'm fuming, so I grumble out loud that I may as well do that. No response. So I do it and am done in moments. I tell the woman there what happened and all I got was "she was busy". No apology or anything and she closed the window.I think I'm going somewhere else in the future.

Go up the street to the CVS in Hollywood. They treat everyone trying to fill any medication like you're a drug addict trying to manipulate them into giving you extra pills. Won't give you syringes that match, even if you have medications that need injection, so don't come here if you're diabetic. Won't give you holdover meds if there's any kind of interruption, so don't come here if you're on SSRIs. Just don't come here. The other reviews are right, this is the worst pharmacy in Maryland.

If I could leave one star, I would I have stopped dealing with CVS because every location I’ve ever been to is full of all the same type of people as their employees. Sometimes I visit this location to pick up my husband‘s medication for him every time I go to get it they tell me that it’s too early to be filled and every time I have to tell them no it is not. Please run it again they look at me like I’m crazy they get smart get attitude And I get an attitude right back because I know what they need to do like I said Every single time I go there it happens so today the girl in the drive-through was so rude that I needed to drive off because she was about to get me out of character with my children in the car can’t have that but if she does I want her to know she’s got the right one Just let me know what time she gets off and we can talk about it anyway, CVS just needs to go ahead and do what they were talking about doing and closing down every single location because with the type of people they hire I don’t know how they’re still in business this long. If I could’ve this place, I would’ve not even just the pharmacy. The whole entire business needs to be shut down

I'm only leaving a two because of a nice soft spoken lady in the pharmacy on the night of 8/16/23. My whole pregnancy (41 weeks), I've told the pharmacy that I've had THREE different insurances and they always say it doesn't go through, but they would never check the newer one. On top of it they would be rude about it. Finally last night the soft spoken lady said let me check and it went through. Imagine denying a pregnant person their medications because of pure laziness and not listening. I'm thankful for that lady and me getting my postpartum medications.

Pharmacy is filled with unprofessional employees. From what they discuss in front of customers to how they dismiss customers, definitely do not recommend.Got a message that our prescription was ready, went through the drive-thru (lady was nice) and was told we needed to come inside because it wasn’t ready. Stood in line to see/hear how unprofessional it is in there. They wouldn’t help answer questions, dismissed us, and were no help at all. Really sucks to leave negative reviews, but this CVS was terrible!

This CVS has gotten really bad in the past year. They almost never run my 2nd insurance and overcharge me, they answer the phone, tell you to please hold and then hang up on you. This one lady Lucie, asked me to please wait for "one minute" when I drove up to the window today. Then made me wait for ten. There are 4 people behind me in line. Finally, I had to knock on the window to get her to help me. The text messages I receive about my meds are confusing and wrong. I'll get a message telling me something is ready, and I go to pick it up and they tell me it's out of stock. Or I'll get a message telling me that a med I just picked up an hour earlier is on order and they'll text me when it's back in stock (???!!!) They have sent me to other CVS locations for a med they didn't have in stock and when I drive over they tell me they don't have it either. Very frustrating. They don't seem to actually want to help, they just want to get rid of you. I'm planning on reporting this location to the better business bureau.

I would have no complaints about this store if it weren’t for the pharmacist Eric- I used to come here all the time and everyone else has been really kind and helpful, but I had such bizarre interactions with Eric that I had to switch pharmacies (even though now I have higher copays for my prescriptions- it’s worth it). He even made the process of switching more difficult than it should have been, causing a delay in getting my prescription filled.I can deal with some unpleasantness, but there’s a lack of basic integrity here that makes me uncomfortable entrusting him with my medications. He’s argumentative to the point that he gaslights customers, and unless there was some kind of miscommunication I wasn’t aware of, he even went so far as to lie to management to avoid taking responsibility for what was really a small mistake with the pharmacy communicating with my insurance company (but this mistake snowballed into a lot of inconvenience and cost for me).

Came to this pharmacy for the first time today. The gentleman working at the counter took my ID, entered my benefits number and told me my prescription would be ready AFTER their break. He was adamant and kept repeating my meds wouldn’t be ready until after his/their break. Ok….Then I receive a message to bring my updated insurance card. I called the store and no one answered. I then received a text that my prescriptions were ready. I get to the store stand in line and when I finally get to the counter the girl with the red or pink in her weave tells me I have to go over to the the drop off line where the gentleman I initially dealt with was due to my benefits number not working. Why she couldn’t do it, I don’t know. I go over and wait as he’s dealing with someone. He tries again and then eventually asks for a social. That works! Ok great. But then he proceeds to tell me to get back in the line because they now need to “print new labels”. Again, why can’t this be done by you? I get back up to the counter and I’m telling another employee why I’m back at this counter. The girl with the red/pink tells the employee “it’s not ready yet”. I ask how long it will take and she states a few mins. A couple mins go by and ol girl with the pink/red walks up to her counter and says something to the effect of, you can come down here or it’s ready. Never looked at me or gave the impression she was talking to me. When she looked up I asked “ you talking to me?” She stated yes. Rings my meds up, says what I owe and that’s it. I paid, took my meds and left. If the guy I first dealt with wasn’t so adamant about announcing y’all being on break, maybe he could’ve verified the number he was putting in wasn’t working. Also, how do you make people stand in line just to bounce them back and forth between employees ( clearly one employee can’t address all your problems) AND have them GET BACK IN THE LINE!?! The last thing people want to deal with when they’re hurt or under the weather is rude employees or unnecessary back and forth.

I just stopped by about an hr ago (Saturday 10/29/22) for giftcards as I normally do when I am in town for birthdays or the Christmas. I walked in the store and I only saw an employee standing in the middle of the floor. There were no other no other people around only a woman and her child who were exiting the store. I went to grab a giftcard for my mom's birthday.. When I noticed the male employee but kept looking in my direction trying to pretend that he was looking down the Christmas aisle. Once I decided on a card, I made my way down the Christmas aisle to check out some of the decorations and seasonal items that are put out as gift options. That's when I notice them still lingering and I decided that I wanted to continue to browse so I walked towards makeup and backup to the front of the store which is what I always do. After deciding I didn't want to impulse shop and be followed around the store I went to the self checkout. The male employee exited the store as I was approaching the front, the female employee went behind the registers. I went up to the 1st self check out register scanned my card, entered the dollar amount for the card, and then guess who comes around from behind the registers at that very moment to refill the bags on both checkout stations--- you guessed it. The employee who'd just walked behind the registers. I don't like being watched or followed around any store. When I am in town, I will find somewhere else to grab my gift cards from here on out.To management: Tell your employees that it's dumb to watch someone who is shopping for gift cards. Money has to be added in order for the cards to have value.

This has got to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I can't understand why when no one is in line they still take way to long to help you. They really need to work as if they care about other people's time.

Today was my first time going to CVS Pharmacy, and I won't be returning because of the terrible customer service. I've heard about the awful customer service, but I wasn't feeling well, and I needed a Claritin-D.Today I witnessed an elderly woman walk up to the CVS tech at the cash register and say she was picking up a prescription. The lady told her they didn't have anything in the system for her. The elderly lady said, " I called at 9:30 am, and someone told me it was ready for pick up." The cashier told her, "it's not in our system and that she needed to call her doctor." The elderly lady went to the vaccine window to speak with someone else. The CVS tech, whose name starts with a "K," saw the elderly lady standing there and waiting at least 5-10 minutes until she acknowledged that the elderly lady was standing there. Ms. K finally walked to the counter where the lady was standing asked, "what can I help you with?" The elderly lady said, "I called, and someone said my prescription was ready, and the lady at the register said it wasn't here. Can you check again for me?" Ms. K checked and then said, "it's not in our system." The elderly lady was persistent and showed her phone to Ms. K and asked, " is this the CVS number?" Ms. K looked at the phone and said, "yea, that's us," and proceeded to check again. Ms. K said, "yea, I found it." Ms. K then started walking away and proceeded to do whatever she was doing before and said, "you have two different profiles, and that's why the lady at the register didn't see it."The elderly lady said, "Oh, I didn't know you could have two different profiles. Thanks for finding it! " Ms. K said, "I will help you, but you need to step back in line." The elderly lady responded, "You want me to step back in line again, I just waited 10 minutes, and my back is hurting?" K said, "Yes!" The elderly lady said, "but you just said you would help me." K yelled at the elderly lady and said, "YES, I WILL! NOW STEP BACK IN LINE!" The elderly lady jumped when Ms. K yelled at her, and so did everyone else, including myself. At that time, I was paying for my prescription, and the lady at the register whispered, "dang, she didn't have to yell at her like that."I turned around, and I saw at least eight people standing there, which is probably why the elderly lady didn't want to wait back in line, AGAIN. Everyone in the line looked at the elderly lady and then whispered about Ms. K.I have over 12 years in customer service, and if "we," meaning the business employee made a mistake, then it was our job to make it right. The right thing to do would have been to help the lady right away. Since there was one cashier, three pharmacy techs in the back, and eight people in line, not including the two sitting in the chairs, it's not right to make the lady wait again for something the cashier made a mistake on. Ms. K should have helped the elderly lady right away, and she definitely should not have yelled at her.If you don't believe me, CVS check your cameras for around 10:50 am on March 14, 2022.

CVS notified me that my doctor would have to be contacted to order additional medication in conjunction with the prescription I had just dropped off. My doctor did not order additional medication and I realized that an error had occurred. Since I needed the prescription, I asked the pharmacist to fill it anyway and I (reluctantly) agreed to pay $100.00 vs. the $15.00 it normally costs. When I explained the situation to pharmacist clerk, Lucie Baris, she took time to look up my insurance information, found the mistake and was able to charge me my usual cost of $15.00. I am moved to tears by an employee who actually cares enough about customers to see an error and do what it takes to correct the problem. There's no doubt in my mind that had this been another pharmacy employee, anywhere, they would simply have charged me the $100.00 without investigating. It's refreshing to experience an independent thinking employee with good work ethics and a kind demeanor. Lucie Baris gives CVS an excellent image, and I hope that she is put in a position to train other employees the optimal method to serve customers.

WORST, I m not exaggerating, worst CVS in all of Maryland. Every time my doctor sends a prescription I give them a couple hours, I go pick it up, they say come back in 30 minutes or 1 hour, I hope back and they say, come back in 20 minutes. The Pharmacist, an African fellow is completely incompetent. I witnessed a customer so upset at him I felt bad for the Pharmacist but I guess other folks don't have patience. This seriously needs to get replaced. In the end I gave up, just keep the damn prescription not worth my grief.

Listen to the reviews. They never answer their phones despite always having numerous employees in the pharmacy. Will take multiple days to fill a simple a script (finally cancelled my script on day 3 of no filled prescription) and generally don't seem to care about keeping your business. Take the time and go to the Leonardtown Walgreens if you want amazing service.

I went to pick my medication up because it was ready according to the text message I received. It wasn't there and I had no refill but it happens no big deal, however the employee in the pick up window named Cheza with pink hair was extremely rude and this isn't the first time. I approached the window and say Hi, I'm here to pick up and told her my name, she literally rolled her eyes and saw there was nothing, she looked at me very angry and said THERE IS NOTHING HERE FOR YOU, I then replied by stating that I received alerts, she then said WELL THATS NOT MY PROBLEM GO TO DROP OFF BECAUSE I DON'T DEAL WITH THIS. I was shocked!! My only response was, ma'am what's your name? CHEZA. I said ok have a good night. Now I'm getting ready to report her to corporate.

I was at the pharmacy in Target on First Colony Way in California Maryland. I was discriminated against. I was in line waiting ten minutes to pick up my prescriptions ( I am of mixed race). The Caucasian female Pharmacy Tech was not assisting anyone and I was next in line? The tech began taking tags off of plastic containers. A Caucasian man walks up and asks for an oil that is kept in the pharmacy behind the counter. She assisted him and let him pay for his items. Mind you I’m the next customer in line. AFTER she assisted him she then calls me forward to assist me. After she assisted me she says “ sorry for the wait.” I was going to address this with the pharmacist but he was on a call. He is ALWAYS nice and professional. I don’t believe she chose the wrong action.

One star is even too much for this place, at least for the pharmacist on duty. We came in to get a vaccine and was first told they didn't do walk-ins. Then the pharmacist said to come back later because he didn't feel like it. Even after saying their site keeps starting over when I'm trying to book appointments. Appointments that were clearly available when we showed up. This dude is always so unhappy and miserable everytime I'm there, to his employees and even the random nice elderly customers. You picked this job, so blame yourself and just do it. Please someone help to get this man laid or something. Or find another job that is acceptable with the miserable treatment from gutter people like you. He definitely has that attitude down perfectly. And thank you for having us go to Walgreens on Great Mills Road. They were very professional, polite and got "your" job done with no complications or issues. I hope you find some happiness in your miserable soul somewhere. Or just look for another profession. 🤷♀️ Good luck Mr. Unhappy, one day you'll find someone to turn that hideous frown upside down... Nevermind, that's even a lot to stretch for. 🤦♀️ Good luck though.

Horrible CVS. The pharmacy manager is so rude and condescending. I already felt bad and don’t need to be talked down to and made to feel stupid. Will not be going here again!

I usually don’t have an issue with this pharmacy. I attempted this evening to refill two prescriptions, and I explained that I was on a new insurance since I got married. The pharmacy technician was quite rude with me. I can’t help if you’re not speaking clearly. Rather than help me, he abruptly said they would help me when I stopped by for the refills and hung up. Y’all can’t be that busy. This is the last time I use this pharmacy.

I been using this pharmacy for a few years. Today trying to fill a prescription a lady answer, with a terrible attitude, when I did no agree with the change/alternate pill that did not want, I had already stop there, a week ago and explained my issue. Had my doctor sent the prescription with correct information I started to explain that I did not wanted anything different than what the doctor ordered, she started to scream on the phone !are you listening to me!!!

I went for a prescription they gave me another one that I didn't request a refill from a previous prescription. I called to know when the one that I needed was going to be ready and it said it was going to be ready at 6 pm, I called again to make sure we were able to pick it up they said we could. Once we arrived they denied that they said it was going to be ready and now I have to wait two more days.

The pharmacy frequently runs out of prescriptions. Instead of partially filling mine, the pharmacist encouraged me to wait the two day’s for the meds to be ordered. Four days later, no notification. It had not been filled even though the order came in. I’m asked to wait twenty minutes, to which my response was absolutely not. Then they tell me it would be 45 minutes! Oh, and if you want to check out up front, you’ll need to wait for the clerk to notice you’re at the counter. This is a busy location. They must rely on quantity of customers over quality of service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

So I ordered a package & it said to pick up at CVS okay no problem, I get there , give my ID , the lady at the counter said she couldn't find it so she calls the Store Manager , the manager is very rude , and looked literally for one second and yelled it's not here , I go to my car and call ups , they said they have a photo proving that the package was left there , so I go back in , the lady at the counter then says , sorry I guess it was put somewhere that it wasn't suppose to , normally I wouldn't have an issue but the Manager who was a older gentleman acted like I was bothering him from stocking his shelf , he didn't even try to help , mind you the lady at the counter was busy with alot of customers, so she could only do so much, I'm definitely never going back , not even for my prescription !
