Came here today! Not sure what to expect! The staff was helpful and friendly! They offer a variety of options to choose from, chocolate covered items, smoothies, milk shakes and ice creams! We opted for the ice cream I had the classic vanilla and chocolate chip. I enjoyed the way they folded the chocolate chip into the ice cream to mix it all the way through. Good till last spoonful! They have seating available but due to size of place it’s limited to two people per table there is a four person table outside! The tables outside were not the cleanest ones given the nature of the store! Ice cream drips everywhere when you step outside! I would come back here again to try more items and or another ice cream cup!

Came in tonight and ordered three small cups of ice cream. Staff behind the counter was not friendly, did not smile did not make us feel welcome. They looked like they wanted to be anywhere other than work. They were not rude, they just didn’t look like they wanted to be there. Maybe I’m just old, but I’ve worked in food service and customer service for over 30 years.If I were the owner of that franchise or upper management, I might have a talk with the staff, because honestly, it’s a turn off, what we experienced tonight.

Online ordering allows item pick up as early as 1130. But the store does not open until 12. This half an hour discrepancy was not known to the employees. They had no idea the online ordering was sooner than they opened. Please fix.Kid-friendliness: Lots of sprinkles.

The staff are friendly, business is small but clean. Ice cream is yummy. I only gave it 3 stars bc the prices have ridiculously sky rocketed over the past few years of going for the amount of product you're actually getting.

Upon entering the store with my son excited to pick-out a nice chocolate treat. There was three Caucasian young ladies working that I was able to see, neither one greeted me. They looked up as if I didn't belong. The tall caucasian young lady, with blonde hair, and wearing glasses had this blank nonchalant attitude. Made me feel as if my money was needed elsewhere. But because my son was anticipating a nice chocolate treat- I proceeded on with my purchase. There are no price on the chocolate treats inside the glass and the chocolate he picked was hard as a brick and cost $5.50. We order other things. I won't go back. Instead Sweet Frog the staff is aways happy and bubbly just like going to Chick-fil-A. You all should learn customer service.Thank you!

Someone who cannot have dairy different flavors of ice cream were melted into the dairy free ice cream.After I had tried my smoothie I noticed. I wasn't a big fan of it, and the employees refused me the ability to swap out my flavor for another smoothie.I have to go out of my way to find my shop. That doesn't have milk in all their ice cream, it's a shame.They offered me a scoop of dairy free ice cream, in exchange I paid seven dollars for a smoothie that's what I wanted.The lack of willingness of working with their customers in regards to customer service lacks in some areas especially if the customers are the ones spending their money at the ice cream parlor.

I recently ordered a birthday ice cream cake from Coldstone's website. I was very impressed with all the options I could choose from online. Size of cake, flavor of cake, flavor of ice cream, mix in options, flavor between layers, frosting, side and topping decorations. I didn't think it was super expensive for the quality we got. We ordered an 8" cake and it was huge! It took our family of 5 at least the 3 day weekend to finish. I have to say it is the best coffee ice cream I have ever had as well as the best birthday cake I have ever tasted. Paying and ordering online was super easy. When I went to pick up a few days later there were no problems. I highly recommend the custom ice cream cake. Great!

I love Coldstone in general and this location never seems to be out of flavors and toppings, which is something I have experienced at other locations. Workers are always pleasant and patient with kids too.

I ordered 18 chocolate covered strawberries and they did not meet the expectations. The job was very untidy and the strawberries were all very tiny. The squished all 18 strawberries in one box. I’m never ordering chocolate covered strawberries from here again!

I am going to start off by stating my friend and i always go to cold stone by our home and never once had such a bad experience.. This location had a VERY rude lady working and was arguing with my friend over frosting.. They have very poor customer service unpleased will not be returning.

I ordered a cake online (which was extremely easy to do) and picked it up the following day. The staff was super friendly and even called me to let me know the cake was ready! The cake looked & tasted excellent and would highly recommend ordering the Coffee House Crunch Cake !!! Thanks again

I enjoyed the cold stone experienced. I love the bear and also the cream. I personally my favorite order is a jumbo sized patty melt ice cream sandich. It fills me up and i dont eat dinner. I also like that the stone is cold where they craft your cream. very nice touch and a great pun in reference to the name... coldstone creamery... "cold, stone".. haha, get it? it took me a bit to understand this reference... However, I now have an idea for a competeing busineess that I believe will out perform Coldstone... Ladies and Gettleman, I introduce you to: Hotstone Creamery: You guessed it! We took the best part of colstone - the cold stone - and made it HOT!!! WE'll be racing to get your ice cream off the stone before it melts haha! I think its a fantastic schtick and im excited to take my idea to the bank for a loan. My introductory cream flavours are: grilled cheese, spaghenti, pasta, REuben, sauerkraut, bacon au-gratin, falafel, and of course, patty melt. (tuna melt too). I am also excepting Ideas from the public for extra flavors just please no joke or gross flavors! I normally order through doordash. But I went in and had a question and before they even heard my whole question they just said no. They didn't listen and they didn't care.. The employees were super rude. I will go to Bruster's instead from now on. The ice cream is better there anyways, plus wayyyyy better customer service.

I ordered here a few days ago. When I started eating I noticed metal shavings in my ice cream. I was confused as to how that could happen so I emailed for a refund to not inconvenience employee's at the location and have been getting the run around about how they only use spoons to mix. Well if that is the case it should've been more noticeable that the spoons where not in good condition at this location. Eat at your own risk I guess. I still haven't received a refund after sending pictures. I have never left a bad review for a company but this is a safey issue.

If I could give this location a zero I WOULD! DO NOT come to this ColdStone, the large Caucasian male with the glasses refused to serve me a sample when my partner and I are paying customers. When I asked why, he rudely responded about how they were closed and he wants to go home, even though we had walked in 5 minutes prior to 9pm. Then he aggressively threw my partners ice cream bowl across the counter and it was very clear that we were unwanted customers and he did not care about his customer service, as we noticed when we first arrived when he didn’t even greet us. It would’ve taken 2 minutes or less for me to have a sample and then choose my ice cream and leave before closing, but this employee didn’t even bother to make sure I paid for something I wanted. Highly disappointed with this location, definitely won’t be coming back…

Went in the other day and “manager” was rude when serving and saw someone smoking out the back door. The only good experience I’ve had is with team member Hailey as I sought the name from my receipt! Do better !

Great ice cream, but poorly planned location. This location is way too small. If you go there at night, be prepared to wait at least 30-35 min. Line is always out the door.

Service was slow, order was incorrect and overall I would not recommend this cold stone. They have a bear in the lobby that is absolutely disgusting and ratty. I sat in line waiting for my order to be taken care of while someone was just standing there making waffle cones until finally after 10 minutes someone came out to take my order.
