Went in to get a new Apple Watch because the one I had stopped working. J was very helpful with going through what they had and talking about the different types offered. Upon deciding I asked to have a screen protector put on. The sales rep was kind, respectful and kept up consistent communication. At no time did I not feel he was not competent or un knowledgeable.

We stopped by this location today. It’s not a large store by any stretch but had an adequate supply. I did have a hard time locating the Apple devices and when I did (I’m referring to iPads, laptops, desktop - iMac) there were only signs and prices. No actual devices to display. We looked around for quite a bit as I was wanting alto purchase my daughter an Apple computer but no one asked if we needed assistance. We ended up walking out. Still giving a 4 star with the selection of other items they had.

The staff has always been friendly, but I don't like the size of this BestBuy it seems smaller then ones I've been to in the past, and sales people don't seem to know their merchandise. We came the time before to get me a new laptop the sales person was showing my husband ones online that we could order and I walked over to the laptop section. Found the perfect one in store and brought them over so we could buy it. The guys goes "if I knew this was here I would have snatched it up"

Not satisfied!!! I walk in to the store due to an issue I’m having with a brand new camera that I brought a week ago. I am walking to get in line and I am redirected by a team member to walk to a register. She actually my problem. I tell her my problem and she proceeds to get someone else to help me with my problem then the guy comes over and he ask me my issue. I tell him my issue and she’s left behind to help me after she says she doesn’t know much about cameras but he does. She pulls up my information he comes back over he tells me to pull the camera so he can see the code that’s going on with the camera. He goes back to dealing with the line that I intended on getting into. He comes back over tells her to go help with the curbside, and I’m still standing there waiting while he’s handling the line which I attended on being in so that I can be One of those customers that would be attended to . I’m just standing there becoming irritated he has no response one second give me a moment no nothing. I feel if I would’ve stayed in the line I would’ve been taken care of. Why did the team member call me out of the line and not help me .Just to have me stand there to wait for the whole entire line to finish. I had to leave out of there !!!customer service Started off OK but ended on trash.

Need a part replaced don’t go here. Have the part in hand that needs replacing, have the item number ready to see if there are any. Calls for geeksqaud to ask and gets Best Buy India offering tech support. I need to talk to someone in store, that is not possible as the store does not take direct calls. This is an absolute joke and I wonder if the police have to contact the store directly in an emergency if they get the India tech support run around?

I stood around the computer section for 20 minutes and couldn't find one person to help. I went to the front counter to ask for help, and they sent someone back to help. The person they sent was excellent, very informative, and was able to answer all of my questions. I ended up spending over 2000.00 dollars on a computer so it all worked out well in the end.

This particular store never has the good stuff nothing is ever in stock. You always have to head 40 minutes away the other store. The Staff is beyond horrible A bunch of Clueless and confident airheads, That know nothing about their job titles. They’re open box Products are a scam/ And hope you can’t detect the problem.Then, when you would like an exchange for the exact same product that they try to sell you, they’re no longer in stock…? So now I’m forced to upgrade or degrade, quite a coincidence if you asked me. The geek squad is just as clueless. Yet they walking around with extra mayonnaise sandwich sliding off their faces literally, Then had the nerve to call me bro. But they had no Knowledge of what a Rog Ally or steam deck was🤯 no one in the store had the knowledge to know the difference between Bluetooth and Bluetooth wireless… and the list can go on…Can I just honestly say I miss the old days Of Best Buy Where people took pride in their work. A good tip to know is, know ALL the knowledge you need to know about the product you are purchasing and do not expect the best intentions from Best Buy Employers… They’re too busy conversation about what to do after they clock out.

Their website said they offer same day phone repair, but when I went to the appointment they told me the replacement screen is not in stock and tell me to come back tomorrow. Then when I come back they told me it would take 24 hours to fix ( not same-day)

I will never shop at Best Buy again! Bought a devise for my grandmother in El Paso Tx. Made a appointment to have it delivered and set up but no one ever showed up after given us a 12 hour window. No call no nothing! I wonder how much an hour the manager of that store makes? I think he/she should have to pay me their hourly wage for the 12 hours we had to wait and the time we will have to wait on the re-scheduled appointment. One star is too good of a rating in my opinion.

Forgot to check Amazon before going.. checkout lanes were covered in inventory and 'stuff'.. check out was being done at customer service with no semblance of a checkout line. Cashier was awesome, friendly.. and polite (she got the store the 2 stars)

A small, but conviently located best buy. They are a small store yet have plenty of the newest electronics. If you order pickup this bestbuy is fast about it and only takes a cple of days

Is there 0 stars? The geeksquad has done it again. Lost all my data again. 3rd time. Even after buying the more expensive laptop that they recommended to avoid this experience. Even after verbally telling THEIR staff member how important data removal was to me ....they are just gonna use the preprinted form that you sign which puts all responsibility on the consumer even if you do your part, be prepared that they will take no respobsibility for what happens on their side of the counter. Not just a waste of money, a disadvantage waiting to happen if your laptop is crucial to your job. Mine is in real estate where this lowly approach to customer service would never work. But it works well for Best Buy sales and management.

Took forever to get some sales floor help with a dyson blow dryer, and then when I finally was receiving help to order it, the dryer was no longer available for shipping. Normally this store is organized and clean but I brought a guest and I was disappointed that day.

Absolutely wonderful service. Did an online order for pick up and everything was smooth and fast. Everyone was smiley and greeted us when we entered and made sure we knew where to go for our pickup order. The employee that helped my boyfriend and I with our order, Wyatt I think, was very kind and efficient as well.I am so glad we have a Best Buy nearby our apartment and having this location has been a blessing! We also had our television and desktop computers purchased through Best Buy and it’s been fantastic. Thank you for everything you do, Best Buy retail team <3

Went in, asked about a price on a phone, gave me the details then poof - gone. As I'm there looking where it was obvious I needed help (and was ready to go ahead and get the phone) the people working that section were all up front talking about non work stuff. After 10-15 minutes I just left.

Nice to be able to check out electronics prior to purchase. Selection at this location is limited. Recommend using for ship-to-store if there is a shipping cost.

Employees are nice and welcoming but the service line took way too long. The seats were too far from front of line to have acknowledged as next in line. Again, they were very nice and apologized for the wait. Someone brand new had mgrs leave before transaction she had never had to perform was complete and we had to charge something for a credit exchange and it took longer than it should to get info from it. Best Buy didn't explain on app/site that I needed anything to exchange an item for credit towards a new purchase. Neither had Amazon explained that there is some sort of number inside the Kindle that is needed or I would make sure it was charged up some. Amazon Kindle credit is given against purchasing a new Kindle from Best Buy and she wasn't trained in a rare procedure, of which one can understand. Anyway, the line and then finding a manager that knew how to locate what was needed. First one that was helping our cashier was being stretched too thin and didn't know about these unique type of transactions. Leave it to me to cause trouble lol! Did I say the people who work there were very nice?
