Placed online order. Called to confirm it was ready for pickup. When I come to pick it up they tell me it’s expired and they can’t sell it to me. Horrible customer service. Terrible selection of product. This store is a dump ever since they changed owners. Don’t bother shopping here. Product is all old, everything is over priced. Not worth the aggravation. Victor is rude. Jemimah is unhelpful. Terrible all around.Edit: Checked their website the following day, they still have the expired product listed on their website for sale. Buyers beware of this place. Shady business. Left from this place yesterday and went to ascend in laurel, the staff there is super friendly and they have better selection products at better prices. No reason to return to burtonsville anymore.

My first time coming to this location, I go to any other location or dispensary in my area. I was always greeted at the door. When I walked in this location, no one said anything to me. I set there at the computer for five minutes no one assisted me or anything so I walked out and left. Don’t go here people are rude was on their phones security guard didn’t even check me at the door. Just walk right in sweet

Every employee at this location is clearly a good-natured person who enjoys their job. The energy is always immaculate, everyone is patient, and I always end up getting tickled by something nice someone says to me. A special shoutout to Matt, who is bound to give you a good sidebar and wish you well on your weekends plans.

Jarrett was extremely helpful and very thorough with everything! I had to come back because of my own mistake and he was so patient and understanding! I will never go to another Verizon location again after this amazing experience!

Poor customer service. I went for a pick up my husband placed. We both made it through 2 employees who knew this, and they said I could go. After waiting a while, we get called in. The guy let my husband through, but told me I had to leave with indifference and disrespect since I didn't personally order it. He was just rude. This was our first time here and this is what we got. It's our last time as customers as well.

Tyree is absolutely great! He's very kind and patient with the customers Nice very calm atmosphere, the employees are incredible!! The young lady who assisted me in the back was very knowledgeable and extremely nice!! I definitely will visit again I wish I could remember her name, however she was very helpful!! Plenty of products to choose from, I recommend stopping by their location!!💯

Very disappointed in this place. I just moved to the area from Columbia MD and I was excited to try and visit a different dispensary other than what I already was accustomed to but this place will not get much of my business. I pre-ordered this past Saturday 03/23 and as a single mom of a toddler I was able to make inside the building and showing my ID at 8:45pm. The site, like many dispensaries, lets you know what time you need to be at the location in order to be served before closing. That is 8:45pm. Security checked my ID and was happy to hear I was simply picking up a pre-order but the Spanish guy behind the front desk nonchalantly says “we’re closed.” The security turned and told me I wouldn’t be able to get my order and I said isn’t the last call time 8:45? He says “yes and they especially let you in if you have a pre-order.” He then looks at the guy behind the desk again and asks him if he’s sure. The guy who had a stinky attitude for a grown man goes “what do you mean am I sure. We closed.” The security apologized and I was simply sent away. Despite the store not following the policy they have outlined on their site, the customer service was dirt poor. It was 8:45. I had a pre-order. Any decent person would have allowed me my order but it’s clear this store is being run by people who can make decisions based off of what they feel like. I was very very disappointed after rushing to this location but I was happy to go to Remedy, a place that definitely sticks to their 9:45 rule and sometimes if you really are running to the door will even let you slide 1-2min late. They have excellent customer service and deserve all their tips!! (remedy, not this place)

The staff is friendly, especially Jania, Josh, Matthew, and Deborah come to mind. I am always greeted at the front door by a friendly face. I always look forward to small talk with Josh the manager, who excells at customer service, and I appreciate the positive and quirky attitude the staff collectively maintains. Thank you Andrew for helping me my last few visits

Ever since they were sold it has been horrible. Disposable vapes stop working before finishing, they won’t exchange and send you to the manufacturer. Their pre-rolls are either empty or hard as a rock and again, no refunds or exchanges, they send you to the manufacturer. Staff turnover has been ridiculous in the past months. The sales are not really sales compared to other places. I was a customer for almost 2 years and will never go back.

This spot is under new management, and they can't be bothered to explain the new products or processes.The place is cold , unfeeling, and confusing now.The lady at the front desk is sweet but doesn't have much information.The new owner is obviously security concerned, but the security in front needs to see ID, and his demeanor is off-putting.If you know you need to show it, you wouldn't just walk past him, and he's not cool about it.Managers are not chill either.Add high prices and little to no variety...there's no need to visit.A few miles away, there are dispensaries with great prices and happy informative staff.Don't bother to go until they bother to care.Okay, love ya'll bye 😍

Haven't gone because their prices are way too high. I'll drive to Ethis and save $10. 3.5gs should go from $20 to $30 with boutique costing over $50. Everything they sell is over $50. Good luck staying in business.

Great dispensary. I had to try my product before giving review and the green was on point. Vape as well. Was skeptical with the green. Had some dispensaries where the green wasn't fresh. This place was. I travel and from Illinois where it's legal as well and great east coast spot. Young man that checked me out. AWESOME JOB!!!!

Daniella was extremely helpful and understanding. I would give them 5 stars but the past 4 times I’ve gone they keep saying there is issues when you check in with being put in the cue and text a link ( so you can see cue yourself and not have to bother them) and everyone tells me a different reason as to why it’s not happening. So they are like a sour patch kid. Your mad waiting but then you see a smiling happy face like Daniella and you get happy 😃Just visited again and is was so quick and easy. Pleasant phone person (can’t remember her name) and Perrin came right out and helped me. Ordered on line and pick up was easy!! Great job guys!! Keep it up!

I ordered online. I saw the store didn’t close until 9. I arrived and they said they were closed and stopped orders at 8:30. I ordered online at 8:21. I’m highly irritated because I do not live in the area and had already paid. I arrived at the store at 8:50ish. No excuses honestly besides the staff wanting to go early. Will stick to what I know for sure.

Don't go. They shorted me. Told me it was(and advertised it) a gram of vape cartridge, but it was only half a gram.They told me that they couldn't do anything about it. They just lost a customer that has spent thousands in there for a gram of grapple live resin vape. Their loss.

People that go here, don’t know no better. I would recommend going to Greenpoint or revolution they have sales and sell the same things. Herbert culture always has long lines and their cells and prices are outed by people down the street so I would not recommend this you can get the same quality weed. But cheaper down the street

Have seen other reviews like this since the new management ruined this place. I’ve been going here for about 6 years and it was fine before now. Said they closed at 7 and when I got there at 6:35 they turned me away saying they were only accepting online orders placed before 6. Wasted my time driving all the way there on Christmas Eve. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE (ie Remedy Columbia)

Their posted hours are not actually the hours of operation. To which you should not have those posted hours. If you have specialized hours it should be listed due to having such specific requirements. No customer service nor any warning I drove out of my way to stop here on my way home. Never again will I come out here again!
