I guess my overall feedback is to do better! I agree about the men's section- very limited choices. They also need to stock the spice section and the home furniture section. I understand from the checkout lady, they have a truck coming tonight. So i'm happy to try again.

I went a few days after the grand opening…very bright and spacious. The customer service was great too! However, the clothing selection was very underwhelming. I have shopped at other TJMs in Maryland and Virginia…and have always left with several bags of items. I live 5m from Burtonsville so it was disappointing not seeing anything I wanted to purchase.

I walked in to return 2 items with receipts and tags attached. The sales clerk gave me a look and refused to return my items. She said they were defective and worn. I advised her several times that she was incorrect. She then involved a manager to solidify her decision. I have been a loyal customer of TJMaxx for over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever felt profiled in my life. I will be sending a letter to corporate.

TJ Maxx Greenbelt is my favorite place to shop. Their employees are very nice and always ready to assist you in the store.Except for one cashier in the Jewelry department that wasn't nice the last time I visited. Over all I love TJ Maxx.

While at TJ Max Today, I was very lost and needed a lot of help. Instead of me going to a store associate to find what I was looking for, A kind Gentleman Named Daniel came up to me first and asked if I needed assistance. He showed me where the item was located and helped me find much more. I’m very grateful TJ Maxx has store associates that are willing to help rather than let you stand there!

It is absolutely amazing. I love going to TJ Maxx. At my age it feels like a field trip away from home. The cosmetic and shoe section is like a candy store to a child. I love it!

Seriously Defective shoes. Wore these and within an hour they ripped! I had to call my hubs to bring me a new pair at work. I returned to my local TJ Maxx but do better.

Friendly staff, willing to help when they can. It's always fun to go here because you never know what you will find. Wide selection of clothes, shoes, home goods etc. Nice selection of kids clothes, but I wish they would offer kids shoes. Prices are definitely reasonable. Great place to buy gifts, super cute gift bag card selection by check out.

I haven't been at this location sonce before the pandemic. It was nice to he back. The staff was pleasant through out the store. There were people actually organizing! I found a few items to take home with me.

I visited TJM at Beltway Plaza Mall last week. I was looking for an everyday kind of pocketbook and a pair of white stretch pants. Guess what?! I found both items in less than 30 minutes. The problem was they both were not tagged. What a unfortunate coincidence. I decided to just ask the cashier to price them for me and I was hoping the cashier would give me a a difficult time. Well she didn't. She was so sweet and helpful and understanding. She took the time to have my items priced and she did it with a smile and professionalism. The problem is I forgot her name. That is a shame in my behave and I do apologize! But TJM you have got yourself an excellent customer service and salesperson wrapped in one package.

This store is running over with merchandise from the holidays.There was plenty of Christmas paper, decorations, candy, clothing, toys, crafts, and gift items.There are tables and tables of merchandise. It is so congested you can barely shop safely without knocking something down or something just falling down and breaking.The merchandise is not marked down enough to sell fast.I actually did not buy anything. I left this store empty handed.Too much merchandise everywhere and not really priced to sell immediately.They should consider doing grab bags and boxes CHEAP!

In and out, went to make a size exchange for the travel bag/suit case I had purchased. Didn't like my options so I kept my original purchase. Second time ever visiting that store or any T.J. Maxx--I will return!

Shopped there on the 17th and i dont recommend anyone to go thr.my first experience was great but yesterday was a disaster.i dont if it was bc i was in a uniform or was it racial profiling all i know i was followed around the store like a thief and am a state law enforcement worker.im insulted and i want everyone anyone to know not to shop here at this store.you wont get another dime of my money and i plan on writing a letter to the headquarters
