I love stbx and always appreciate the baristas who work hard there, but this particular store is consistently not as good as the others I've experienced elsewhere. The iced shakn espresso had too much milk and the breakfast sandwich tasted less "cooked". Not really sure why the mix of ingredients is so great in some places and not so great in other places.

I went through the drive through at 6pm, Tuesday, November 21st. My order was taken pretty quickly, however that was the fastest they moved. There were two cars ahead of me and I was in line for 10 minutes. Once I pulled up to the window, no one greeted me. I looked through the window and saw that the employees were casually talking and acting as if there wasn’t a line building behind me. I ordered two venti medicine balls and a birthday cake pop. No one was moving at all and I heard their entire conversation through the window.

It was very busy today. The baristas were stressed and rushed orders. Long wait time for drinks. My coffee was not great and the barista (female) was unapologetic. There was coffee all over the cup and I had to request another one. The serving area and pick up area was messy and add too many flies. Management should be more attentive to the cleanliness. Not sure if I’m coming back.

Good old Starbucks with the usual menu and fare. This location features an especially inattentive barista (at least on the day I visited). I could have walked out with the gum and biscotti i was trying to buy by the time the barista decided to acknowledge my presence. I know this can happen when busy but this place was all quiet. Maybe washing the whip-its was more important than us paying customers.

Not so great of a Starbucks. I have done the drive thru and order ahead, neither is faster than the other! You have to order at least 15mins ahead. If your going through the drive thru expect a 20min+ in line. Drinks are not as tasty compared to my home location.

Don’t wast your time to come inside at this Starbucks! Music is loud I couldn’t study inside , and they take too long to make your coffe , take the driver thru and go around and get your coffe ! And run 🏃‍♂️

Have tried this location twice, and both times the same experience years apart. Initial visit years back I asked for a drink with almond milk, and was surprised to have driven off and gotten whole milk instead. Today I order a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, and they handed me the drink without the signature ingredient -- no cookie crunch pieces whatsoever! I had to ask to have it made correctly, as advertised.You pay way too much at Starbucks for them to not listen and get it right. Tried to give this location another chance, but not again. I know people are going to get their Starbucks who just have to have it, but this location sucks at taking orders. I rarely waste time on reviews, but this is for management sake.

I'm editing my review because once they moved everything changed. I ordered a nonfat drink and got a soy one instead. I also noticed a ton of flys everywhere in the store. They were even in the food cases. Gross.

Love this drive through Starbucks. Convenient location, it is always busy, but there’s a reason why! They always make sure my drink is perfect. Ana C. knows my fav drink, simple and easy. White chocolate mocha with 1 pump vanilla! And KIDS TEMP. I’m honestly not the biggest fan of my drinks super hot, and she knows it needs to be warm and just right. Thanks Ana for keeping my day going!

Every time I go, they are unable to make something I ask for. Today it was my favorite drink - caramel apple spice. One time, they didn't have the juice, another time they didn't have the syrup so wouldn't make the drink. Today they said, "we can't make that drink right now" so if it's off the menu, then tell me it's off the menu. I, then, decided to ask for a cheese Danish. Surprise! "We don't have those right now". Just close your store. You aren't in a position to serve customers!!!

This is normally my Go To Starbucks... but lately, my experience has been terrible to put it mildly... I acknowledge ppl are dealing with challenging work environment but completely ignoring the customer makes no sense. In more than one occasion, including just a few mins ago, I walk into the store; go up to counter, lots of stuff walking around, no greetings no acknowledgement, not even an eye contact....
