Products are comparable to other high end organic foods markets. This was needed in this area. A good variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and well thought out organization of the store. A heap of bulk food products, easy to collect and purchase. Tasty easy to heat meals, both individual and family size. Most products are clearly labeled i.e. gluten free or vegan. Great selection of breads and pastries. Very clean facility with adequate staff available to answer questions.

Good store for fresh vegetables and fruits. I really wanted to like this place. The signs to go on each aisle are hard to read and not visible. I wish they can be up high and with big letters instead of me walking and getting close to read. (No i don’t have vision problems).I love trying new milk products and this past weekend i noticed you guys had a different brand of milk. But all of them were expiring the following day! Same for some of your yogurt.Hope you lower your prices too. Way to expensive. And the store also seems empty. Not much shoppers . Will be sad if this store doesn’t work.

The produce section is impeccable. I love all the types of milks and yogurts I have been able to try from this store. Great variety of cereal with healthier ingredients for kids. The baked goods are delicious, especially the chocolate scones. The sushi and already made meals are amazing. This is my new favorite store.

I’ve been in the store once and ordered delivery once. It isn’t the closest option to me but thought I’d give it a try since it had just opened. I’m not impressed by this store. It seemed disorganized (particularly the produce section), selection wasn’t any better than the other general grocery stores in the area. Prices are slightly higher for the same products. I decided to take advantage of the delivery offer. They have an in house shopper who quickly refunded items and immediately checked out without the option to substitute. Before the shopper arrived, I contacted the store and they had that item in stock. Noting that the missed items were the main reason for the delivery (and I was home sick), he offered me to come into the store to get them. Umm…that’s not an adequate response! There’s a reason I opted for delivery, he should’ve offered for someone to deliver those items. Truly not worth the hassle. And as a side note, the shopper that delivered to my house wasn’t the person listed on my order.

Excellent Customer Service. Out of all the other health grocery stores in Montgomery County Maryland, Sprouts is definitely the best option. This is the Only store in Montgomery County that provides a brand of food I was looking for called Raw Farm Products, I pay an average of $30 each round trip to uber to Sprouts because their election of food and products is significantly better than any other store in Montgomery County. Thoroughly impressed!

Wonderful atmosphere. Easy to see all products and aisles, and the store is very clean. The fresh smell of produce is very inviting too. As someone with a plant-based diet, this store has everything (and then some) when it comes item quality and selection!

The company I work for built this store and I have been waiting for months to shop there. It absolutely exceeded all my expectations. They have a great variety of items, the store is big and very well organized. Produce and meat are high quality with many organic options. Looking forward to my weekly shopping!

Their produce is top tier and they have an amazing skin care section with natural and organic products. It’s a little pricey, but you’re paying for quality. The only negative comment I have is regarding their pastries. I’ve purchased cookies, cakes, and other baked goods several times, and each time they’re SO DRY.

It’s a nice store and the staff was very helpful. I just felt like I was treated like a criminal at self checkout. For instance when I weighed the bananas the guy watching my every move ran over and said the weight was wrong.. it was NOT. But I guess it’s the world we live in.

The place is really neat. I love it I’m glad we have a sprout in burtonsville. The employees are soo patient and friendly mostly this cashier She say her name was Joceline shes really patient and considerate.I will definitely be back!!

We love the fresh seafood, produce, and organic products here, but please keep the shopping carts with car seat holders close to the front for those of us with infants! 🤦🏾‍♀️
