Dani and Brittany are excellent groomers and they both offer wonderful customer service. My dog Gomez is always excited to see them, and that's saying a lot since he's scared of the water and doesn't enjoy being groomed. It's evident that Dani and Brittany make him feel very comfortable.

Ayanna was very professional, patient, gentle and very lovable with Rio. Sometimes Rio very nervous when he doesn't know someone. I show her picture of how I wanted Rio haircut. She done awesome job with my dog. I was very happy when I saw Rio he looked so handsome. I will recommend anyone to go there.

Christine is a wonderful groomer. I have been coming to her with my dogs for years. I now have a new dog and Christine was able to meet her yesterday and did a GREAT nail job on her. Christine has a special way with dogs and they all seem to love her.

I had taken my boy for grooming. The groomer first of all did not shave the hair around the privates. Upon me asking she said she was new and didn't have the instruments. Then she went to the store and got the instrument. During shaving she caused lot is abrasions on my pup's skin and he screamed also. I have taken pictures. On top of this, the groomer did not care to apologize or even admit. I had to talk to the manager who gave a spray to put on. I am not going back to Petco for grooming. I have gone there before but now I lost trust.

My dog was so nervous and Anae was so patient and kind to her. She is an amazing groomer! The whole Petco staff are very helpful to me and kind to my dog.

I usually groom my dog myself. I was only able to groom his upper body and could not finish for lack of time and energy (we have a newborn as well). So I took him in to Petco hoping that they would finish the job but he came back looking exactly the same. His body was not trimmed at all—just his paws. And one of his nails was left long and pointed.

Christina went above and beyond in washing our beagle Daisy 3 times to get her clean and smelling nice. Daisy has rolled in some animal feces on a walk and smelled atrocious! Thanks to Christina, we can now give give her the attention she wants & deserves without our noses protesting! :)
