Went there at 9 pm at night on april 11th 2024, and unfortunatly , i got robbed by some large sized edger with his ghost gun. Now my brand new coach bag is missing and some fool with a big stomach is running around with it. It was my anniversy gift from my late ex husband who died in a house fire.

I went yesterday and considering it was the day before a holiday it was pretty good I still got to get everything I needed and got out of there in a decent amount of time without being too overwhelmed with my social anxiety

Location is convenient for me but service is lacking. Cashiers are few and some are not helpful or friendly. They've shifted to a bunch of self checkout stations as many places seem to be doing. Be sure to check twice for all your groceries as you leave checkout- I've had a few instances where something the checker scanned (and charged) didn't make it into my bags. Product variety and inventory are ok. Fairly clean.m and decent inventory.I miss the old Safeway that used to be across the street (long closed). The area has slid downhill as a whole over the years; be careful in the parking lot after dark.

Good prices, they were putting out new stuff which is nice to see. Did self checkout as I only had a dozen things and the lady overseeing self checkout helped me look up a hot bar item (buffalo wings - very good).

Nice market. Huge and clean with good selections of produce, fresh meat and dairy. Well stocked with everything you would expect from a large chain grocery store. Most importantly they are open later than other stores in the area.

Excellent customer service! Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful from the security guard, cashier's, floor stockers, deli staff very friendly, kind with every customer! Very good experience, Excellent!💖

Nice store yo shop, and there is enough room for everyone to move around in the isles. Clean with everything you need. Friendly people and helpful. You can check out yourself if you want to.

This Food Lion is clean and organized, always someone available if you need help finding anything. Using their online pickup is quick and easy. I have never had an issues with this. Great place to get groceries when you live in the area.

I shop here all the time and I love it. I can always find what I need and I especially like the wide variety of fruit. The employees are friendly and personable and are always eager to help. The lines were long today but that’s likely due to the snow tomorrow. I sometimes shop at the commissary but I don’t always feel like taking that ride so Food Lion is the best option around.

Please hire someone that can cook a rotisserie chicken without drying it out. When you dry out rotisserie chicken you are really way over cooking it

Best grocery store of Southern Prince George's and Western Charles County. Shelves always well stocked, carts always available, prices reasonable, and attendants always helpful and professional. For example, today, Sunday 20 March, staff rapidly opened additional lines because of long lines. Our cashier on aisle 3 quickly processed our order, making no mistakes, with a smile on his face, thanking us for shopling at his local Food Lion. We have a lot of choices for grocery stores and because of the service at our Bryan's Road Food Lion we will continue to choose this story. Thank you so much!

I give 2 stars for the quality of the product especially the Produce section! It’s needs a major overhaul! Most of the leafy green vegetables are always wilted, never fresh or they just don’t have a good variety/stock! My guess is because they probably have to trash most of it. A big disappointment. When they are in stock of something it seems as if it’s been sitting past it prime even before it arrives to the store! The only time things seem to improve is when the “folks” in the blue jackets are on-site and that only lasts for a day!! I’m glad the store is getting a make over let’s just hope QUALITY is one their performance goals. I live 5 minutes away but would much rather travel 15-20 miles to Giant or Safeway! On a positive note: The employees are really friendly though. They take pride in their jobs! Hope things improve with the make over!

Everyone one is always so friendly and helpful. Store and restrooms are always clean. They seem to stay on top of their produce section fairly well. Stockers work continuously maintaining the shelves and coolers. Deli counter employees have always been very helpful and courteous.

Not usually a Food Lion shopper, however I have been to this store several times this month. The sales combibed w/digital coupons really gives one the opportunity to save a good bit! I have even been given free items from the coupon kiosk right by the entrance. This store has been pleasantly surprising! The one thing I absolutely don't favor is that there are no self-checkout registers & they tend to only have one 6or two lanes open for check-out. Honestly though, the finally remodelled a tiny bit after 19 ish years.It felt weird at first going in and everything was moved around, but now its way nicer.Constantly clean, easy to find stuff.The cashier's will even let you use the 12 items or less lanes pretty often even if you don't have less than 12 items.

Always neat, clean. Great for a quick stop. Grab and go aisle setup. Frozen goods and fresh produce are always top notch.. fresh flower selections bring a nice touch to the fruit aisle as well.

The renovation is complete. Great customer service. Very clean and well lit. Wider aisles. This location has really stepped up to meet the demands of being the only grocery store in Western Charles County.

This grocery store is pretty well stokcked, but my bananas were rotten all the way through once, eventhough they were beautiful on the outside. All-in-all I have been pretty satisfied with the produce and everything else I've purchased from here.

Helpful staff. Produce department is lacking, but best option in Bryans Road. I do not find a bunch of expired foods, and they usually have several checkout lines going.

Today's visit to the Bryans Rd store was exceptionally good. I don't frequent this store so I had a difficult time finding the sale items on my list. Finally asked for assistance, and although I was passed around a bit, I was given a personal guide to the area I needed. The manager and all the employees I encountered were courteous and came across as concerned that I have a pleasant experience. And this included me being a putz and needing a bill adjustment due to my own forgetfulness on a 5 for $5 deal. Only downer was some guy stocking shelves and blocking the end of the aisle so that I had to walk all the way back up to the other end to get around to the next aisle. I'll shop there again.
