Was assisted right away. Of course, I needed to see a last item from the top shelf, but they brought the ladder and brought it down for me. Merchandise had been there it seemed, for years looking at the amount of dust on it. No purchase made bit the help was friendly.

Grabbed some items in plastic bags, the dude was busy helping someone so I just pulled the items off the hooks (plastic bags on those little locking hooks you need a tool to open) and went to the counter, he poked me in my shoulder and said "do that again and you'll never come back here" like really? It was like 2× 10 dollar items, my family and I have spent thousands in that store, you wanna lose our business because I bypassed your super high tech security system? You locked in plastic bags like morons, like what does that do aside from inconvenience every customer?

Love this place. Hardware stores like this are getting hard to find. Great selection of everything. Super nice people very helpful. Good prices. They have lumber here and lots of everything else for house and general repairs.

I will no longer go to any other hardware store BUT this Ace’s. I came in with my garbage disposal trying to find the right tool to take it apart and Danny and Wendy (and the other guy working there I didn’t catch his nameI’m sorry!) not only found the proper hexhead screw driver for me, but helped me take it apart to inspect. They probably saved me hundreds of dollars from having to call someone to check it out, and their customer service was phenomenal. I will always give my money to establishments with real, genuine people. I can’t thank them enough.

I had 2 windows that were crack so I took them to Bryan Rd Hardware. David assure me that he knew how to repair double pane windows. One window he crushed the aluminum casing that the glass and glazing sits in . The other window had dirt enclosed in it . It is the worst window repair job one can get. When I went to pick up my windows David insist on taking the windows to the car and placed them in the trunk. I remain in the store to finish up my business within the store. Once home I saw the shabby job that he did. I called the store 3 times and all 3 times I was put on hold to talk to David needless to say he never came to the phone. The people there are very nice and I want to support my neighborhood store but please do not allow them to jack your windows up in the winter!!! I want to CRY

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A little bit of a lot of good stuff you'd be hard pressed to find at HD & Lowe's sometimes. Check the entire store‼️ They have a LOT of good quality items. Place is clutch when you need it, glad i found it. They even have a frequent buyer's reward type program.

When you can’t find something at the big names stores they are sure to have it at BR Supply. It is hard to find a specific carpet cleaner I like and they always have it in stock. Employees are always a great help when looking for something specific as well.

Store is convenient for the area that it’s in. We don’t have much here. But check out is a slog. I purchased 8 bags of soil. Now most places you tell the cashier I have 8 bags, they scan 1 bag 8 times. It’s not a big check out area so the cashier can see in my cart I have 8. Oh no, she had me put all 8 bags on her counter to scan each individually. However, karma intervened, 1 bag ripped open and spilt across the counter. You some common sense, people. I’ll just go to LaPlata Ace from now on.

This place here, HA!!Now this is somewhere you go when you want it super easy. You can't help but want to get to know the staff. Helpful on every level. It seem like the moment you think you were. There a mili-second too long service pops up instantaneously. Courteous when asking questions, listening when being talked to. I have never in my experience have gone on this store an has been disappointed. I'm not saying that i have gotten every single thing I've ever needed, but if It's not there, the staff is willing to help with succedaneum. If that's too hard for you they will suggest other stores. Need help physically? They thought you might and are willing to oblige. It has but one flaw all not to their fault, but my excitement is that it is too small and service can go by in an instant. I urge you to try them In your time of need and or creativity.

I had a great experience this Mornings when I went there!!! The staff was very very Friendly and Very Helpful and got me in n out in no time too!!!!!And the Lady at Counter is always nice and knows where everything is at Including where Bathrooms are at too!!!! This store is good! The only problem I have is that a spend my hard earned money to support this local location but I have to DEAL WITH BEGGING PEOPLE asking for money about bullying. It gets old and annoying. I will start going to Laplata ace if management doesn’t take care of this issue!

The store was very busy but the customer service was still first class. The workers were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even with a long line, I was able to get in and out in minimal time. Its been a while since I was in a location where people from different backgrounds and age demographics shared a few good laughs and were nice to one another. The atmosphere alone was enough to make me a repeat customer.

Very convenient hardware store that I like going to when looking for hardware.I have been shopping at this store for quite sometime now and the customer service here is absolutely great.Anytime I go there and ask for help, someone is always available to help. The helper always knows well in and out of the store. He/she will take you around and help you find what you are looking for. By doing so help you save a lot of time going around in the store.One day I went there looking for the easiest way to connect my water heater and less than five minutes the assistant was able to help me get the proper connector .Yesterday, I was there again this time looking for an adapter for a water pump.Again in less than five minutes , the assistant took me around and got me the correct pipe.I will definitely shop there again.

Store has practically everything you need at reasonable prices. Got keys cut for my SUV for $2 since I brought my own keys which the dealership was charging $150 per key just to cut. Bought pool filter sand for $12/bag. Other places charged $17+ for the same thing. Friendly staff & knowledgeable, too. When you walk in it looks small but there are other sections, you just have to find the door that joins it to the main part of the store. Sometimes a hometown hardware store is what you need instead of the big box store like Lowe's or Home Depot.

The Bryan's road Ace Hardware is a well stocked location with a knowledgeable, friendly staff. While all the workers are exceptional, one worker in particular stood out to me. Her name is Susan. Susan goes above the scope of her normal duties to reccomend relevant products when she learns you are working on a project. She has a larger than life personality that brings a smile to everyone who checkouts out at her counter. She treats customers like family with warmth and kindness. I will go out of my way to patronize this store in particular because of this.In my most recent visit, I asked Susan about how to protect my new garden from deer. She told me what worked best for her was Liquid Fence. Well, I bought it and it worked like she said. She also took the time to write down the names of ladybug and praying mantis farms when I mentioned our carpenter bees. She is amazing!

Well had I known once you purchase paint it can not be returned, I would have gone to Lowe's or Home Depot!! Literally used 1 stroke of paint to see if it matched my walls. I was a tad bit off. 2 cans of paint not cheap might I add and I can not return them. My gut told me to go to home depot. Ace doesn't have to worry about me nor my family spending a copper penny there anymore. Especially since we've been shopping there for over 14 years. I'll drive to Waldorf first. Completely Infuriated not to mention the woman at the desk acts as if she the owner; the only rude worker there. I'm done. On my way to Home Depot now where they actually put a dap of the color paint you want on top of the can to make sure it's what you want before you leave the store!!

Just not good. I’ve gone on about 6 times and only ran into two helpful people. Dave can help you up front and the guy in back with landscaping rocks was great. Two stars for those two people.Every single person at a cashier has been a complete and total jerk even by phone.If it’s your last resort then good luck. At this point I’d rather drive farther.Always remember, you aren’t doing me any favors and I’m not getting anything for free. I can take my business somewhere I don’t have to deal with you horrible attitude.

Couldn't call Bryans Road, Bryans Road If this store wasn't there.It's been around for a loooooong time.Everyone there knows what they're talking about and can help you better than any other store I've been too.Quick, easy, clean, and well maintained store.I highly recommend going here before going to La Plata or Waldorf.If you ever have any questions, feel free just to ask them. They always seem fine with helping someone, they never seem annoyed like the people at Auto Zone in La Plata 🤡.

I go to the Bryans Road Building Supply Hardware Store when ever I can.I like the home town feel of the place and they have a lot of stuff related to hardware and building needs the place is bigger than it looks haha.They don't have a couple of things but they usually have what I need and are very helpful. A little bit more expensive sometimes but their not like home depot.I would recommend them.

Love BR Supply! This is a good old fashioned hardware store plus-they have everything. Convenient-much rather go there than the big box stores. The people are nice and helpful-so glad they are here in Bryans Road.

Can always count on this place for supplies to fix things around the house, and for new projects. My go to place, before big box stores. Employees knowledgeable on how to use supplies makes it even more comfortable buying from them. I recently bought a new lawn mower, bird seed and shelving.

I went in to find new shelf supports for a kitchen cabinet where the shelf fell due to the old ones breaking. The cashier helped me find the parts and took her time to make sure I had the correct size. My purchase was just over $2 but she helped me as if I were doing a major renovation. Will come back here for my hardware needs.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive over all with the big box stores, eapecially if you include the cost of driving and time to get there. Always my first stop for any project or home or garden need.
