Our family and our 2 pups are very pleased with Brunswick Grooming Spa!The place is laid out really cool and is clean and cute. The staff are lovely!When we got there and checked in, our groomer came out to meet the pups and see what we wanted for services. Our pups went right to her like they were old pals, and they gave her snuggles and love. They usually bark or are shy from strangers initially. This was BIG!We left our 2 for a full groom and short hair cut after having quite long doodle hair.They looked like a million bucks and we are just thrilled with the whole experience. Thank you!

Absolutely the best experience my Airedale Terrier could have ever had. The ladies were super accommodating and took great care of my girl! when she came out of her day spa she had so much energy and excitement, it was obvious she was pampered. Thanks again and look forward to our follow-ups.

After Petco refused to shampoo, cut, and blow dry my dawggy Wyley... (They claimed "he won't stay on the grooming table") I called Brunswick Grooming Spa. Keep in mind, Wyley is an extremely friendly Golden Retriever.The wonderful folks at Brunswick Grooming Spa, were able to get him in immediately, so away from Petco, and onward to Brunswick we went!They're true love for all types of animals is very apparent. 😁They treated Wyley like a king on his spa day!He got a shampoo, a detangling brush out, blow dry, and full manicure!He absolutely LOVED it!Kristen had him looking show-ready!She is so awesome, and she has a forever client with me now!I'd give them a thousand stars if I could!Thank you again, Kristen!! 😁See you in a few weeks!I highly recommend Brunswick Grooming Spa!!!!

They are great, the staff is very friendly and they now offer more grooming options for cats. Sparky loves going there, they are great about keeping him trimmed nice and he always leaves looking very handsome!

We took our two golden retrievers here today, and when I called to make the appointment, I specifically noted that they are Goldens and not to cut their hair, just trim up where needed. We have never had a problem with this being understood by any other groomer before. We decided to try this place because we had heard it was great. When my husband dropped them off this morning, he reiterated what I had told them over the phone. When my husband went to pick up the dogs, the Goldens had their feathering cut off and much more than they have ever had cut off. The lady told my husband, “he should have made it clear not to cut off the hair,” which he and I both did. He explained to her precisely what he said when he dropped them off hours earlier and what I had said over the phone to them. Disappointed in the cut and service and do not plan to return.Update: both dogs have nicks on their skin that are irritated

I took my puppies there for the first time today and when they came back they smelled so nice and looked so good! One of my puppies did not seem as traumatized as she usually does when she comes back from other places. Thank you so much for making Peanut and Pindar cuter than ever.

Very disappointed I called for an appointment for Saturday for grooming on two small dogs only to find that when I arrived they never booked the appointment then they said they would do a nail trim and trimming which was done very sloppy she shaved there noses down to there skin which look ridiculous cut the some of the hair on there male part and never touched there butts I felt very rushed then charged 40.00 for this mess. However the office manager did refund me 20.00, but I will never take my dogs back there. So sad.

Only use Christine to groom your pet. She is fantastic. And victoria is very personable with my friends animal and does an amazing job. My friend found mark's on her pet from being cut by nicole.

Just picked up my cockerpoo Lucylou from the groomer. Brittany and Haley did a great job grooming her. They were very friendly and professional. Lucylou looked and smelled wonderful

Nicole is not only one of the MOST incredible groomers that my coton de tulear, has ever had. She is an absolutely wonderful person!He is a grouchy old man, and coton's have hair not fur so they mat really easily. Even after a horrible double ear infection, that left his entire face and his ears completely matted, she was still able to take her time and free him! Thank you Nicole and Brunswick Grooming Spa for taking care of my grouchy old man!

Awesome front staff! Dr. Masters was great, also. Bree's was a drop off but Dr. Masters called to let me know what was going on with Brees and let me know what laboratory work and radiology work up he recommended for him. I agreed and Dr. Masters was able to diagnose Brees. Brees is already feeling much better from the medication prescribed. Dr. Masters even called me today with the results of Brees' labwork, discussed an option with that and asked how Brees was doing. I can see why the office was so busy when I dropped Brees off and picked him up. They now have a new client for life!
