The food was ok got onions rings they were kinda burned , the crab cake sub had NO old bay on it . But the thing is when you google them and a menu comes up with prices that is what you expect especially since it is a picture! Nope when we got in inside the prices were like double ! I understand prices change but it would not be hard to take a new picture

This is hands down the best secret in Sunshine. The burgers are way better than the sunshine store! Try everything on the menu, cheese steaks and pizza are our go to! The owners are the best around and we need more places with the great customer service provided! They also have bait for that local last minute fishing and charcoal if you need it in a pinch.

I absolutely love this place!The owner and the people that work here are very nice and respectful.The food is always good, never had anything bad from empire!Also, they’re good at recognizing returning customers after they’ve been there a few times. Five stars.

I stopped at the last second because I saw the breakfast sign and very nice man I'm thinking the owner made me a nice hot fresh breakfast sandwich I saw traditional dinners along with the Subs and Pizza I especially noted the Gyros. I stopped one the way home the next week and got one. That gyro was out of this world! Tzatziki sauce on the side... It was over way too soon. Definitely one of the best I've ever eaten

What a great place!My fiance has been going in here for awhile. I'll ask him to stop and get milk or beer or something. He always comes home with some delicious food.I went in last night for the first time and it was really good. I got the cheese steak which was delicious. My fiance got a gyro for dinner and a cheese steak for the next day.It's a small store but it has so much stuff! Very good wine and beer selection- I was impressed.We showed up as we was closing but he still took his time and treated us well.As we were there other "locals" came in and it seems like everyone knows the owner (Ahmed) and he remembers everyone back!I thought this place had amazing customer service and great food with very friendly staff. Will definitely keep going! Can't wait to try the other food!

I personally didn't have a good experience, as I could not trust the owner/cook. I ordered a sub sandwich, and after 20 minutes, he rings me up for a sandwich I didn't recognize. He said he ran out of sub rolls (?) so he just made me a regular sandwich, which was less than half the size, and offered to charge me $1 less?!? He could have just told me in advance and I could have ordered something else, but he tried to get away with handling it his way. I don't believe customer service is his specialty. Needless to say, I just left without buying anything. If you can't trust the person preparing your food, then it's time to go...

Just had the best steak sub ever, again! Have been back numerous times. The food is consistently good. Perfect ratio of meat, toppings, bread. The place is a small, convenience w/liquor store, which has a sandwich/deli inside. Really good!

This place is so great!!! Freshly made food that is delicious!!! Great beer selection!The poppers rule. The Mad burger rules, the pasta rules,the pizzas rules ..... Everything rules here.Last but not least the prices rule too.UPDATE: Tuna salad sandwich rules. I'm going to try their Traditional dishes .FYI... Seeing my food being prepared from scratch was great feeling. The taste and the wait was worth it.

Great place to get a quick bite to eat before heading home. Their pizza has a different taste to it, but in a very good way. Try the steak and cheese combo with everything. Delicious! Sells wine and beer too. Super convenient. Very cozy and hometown feel.

The food here is fresh and delicious. I normally get the tuna sub but the burgers are homemade and juicy. The kabobs are full of wonderful flavors. They have cold beer and a decent selection to boot.

So far I had an excellent tuna sandwich and then I tried the pizza. The family keeps talking about the extensive menu and trying something new. I keep getting pizza and everyone keeps eating it. Crust not too thin, tomato sauce flavorful, toppings generous, and prices very reasonable. We also get deli meats, they have Dietz and Watson. It is clean and well laid out. The staff are friendly and as quick as fresh made can be.

Chicken cheese steak was made with thighs complete with several bones. Gross. Cheeseburger was just okay. Pancakes were burned, can't believe they were even served them. They did remake when we requested. The gentleman was very nice. The Italian cold cut sub was good.

You would never believe that a convenience store and restaurant have the best hamburgers and Fries you could ever want. I was shocked how fresh and tasty and how large the burger was! The meat is so fresh and huge. I am so picky about my Burgers and Fries and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. I called the place and told them how amazing everything was and I will surel be back.

Very friendly owners. Stopped here on the way to Waredaca Brewery. Delicious chicken cheesesteak. My bread was perfect. It was better than Jersey Mikes and Brew Belly in my opinion. My boyfriend got a gyro and some baklava. It was delicious. Prices were good. Place is super clean and masks are required. We will return!

Best Burger and fries I've ever had!!! The best fries I've ever had - fresh and crispy, the lettuce and tomatoes on my Mad Burger tasted like they had just been picked up. Very friendly service as well, be prepared to wait a little tho, but the quality of the food you get totally worth the wait.

I can honestly say this was the BEST chicken soup I have ever had . When I ordered the soup I asked if it’s made fresh every day. I was told “yes” but it was literally made fresh for me in that moment! We are visiting from nyc and on my way out I will call ahead to order several to go! I only suggest ordering ahead as everything is made fresh. I am a huge fan!

My best friend showed me this place whenever I’d visit his house. And let me tell you, the owner and his wife are SUPER NICE. First time there, said friend MADE me get the Steak Kebob and I loved it. Then I got fried shrimp and ALSO loved it! If you’re near, stop by!

Clean shop with all the usual corner store fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have various liquors and beers, candies, and non alcoholic drinks. The shopkeeper was super friendly and personable too.

Takes forever for this place to make anything. 20-30 minutes just for an order of fries. Pizza is very rubbery and not worth anyones time. The guy running the place has no idea what he is doing. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Sunshine, where the food is actually worth the wait.

We ordered some pizzas from Empire today and they were very generous with the toppings! The crust was cooked nicely. They were also very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely suggest stopping by Empire for pizzas!

A couple friends called in an order to-go, the food was hot and fresh, ready on time and delicious as always. That Cheese Steak sub is fantastic! Highly recommended from the friends and I!
