This by far is my favorite target in the county. Great customer service, no long lines, never crowded, well stocked, working shopping carts, and always able to find a close parking spot. Unfortunately I couldn’t give this store 5 stars because each time I visited, the bathrooms were filthy. Restrooms could use some renovations.

I love the convenience of ordering online and using the drive up option. However, I did not having my sizeable and heavy order packed into one bag, and having that bag fall apart when I got home. Hopefully, other customers will have their sizeable orders packed properly.

Clean & friendly environment, and had what I needed for the most part. What they didn't have that I went in for was Pampers Swaddlers size 5 but they had the overnights and I was able to settle for those lol. No worries!

Target makes a ton of money from its customers so there is no reason for the bathrooms to be as dirty as they are. Only thing i can think of is GREED. They don’t want to hire additional staff to keep their bathrooms clean. Obviously target doesn’t care about the customers experience.

This is a good Target but they seriously need to order bags for the customers to use. Apparently they haven't had bags in 2 years. That's either laziness or stinginess because it's the holidays and people need things to carry their product in.

I tried to get a couple of Christmas presents for my boys and when we locate the presents and read that they were discounted we rush to the register to find out that the items were either wrongly stocked or wrongly tagged and not only the employees didn’t believed me but they make me go back and take pictures to what they told me that the items didn’t match the price tag and were not smart to figure that that was the problem and try to make me believe that I was the one with the problem! Either way, there was no sympathy at all because the answer was always “take it or leave it”. I know that mistakes happen and that they were not obligated to honor their mistake but what was really wrong was that they didn’t owned their mistake but without being impolite, they make us feel not valued at all as costumers and they were really clear that they could care less.

Always nice associates in the store but need better stocking in some areas like beauty-also need more folks on registers -I don’t care what corporate thinks trust me people don’t like self checkout EXCEPT when they have very very few items and even then everyone is not comfortable doing it -open up more registers

I love to shop at Target for various reason, including its policy of inclusivity and community commitment. I move around the country spending time with adult offspring and in each location, Target is my favorite store. While Target consistently offers good quality and eclectic merchandise, recently I noted that some products I used to find at Target are no longer featured. Also the cleanliness of restrooms in some areas of the country are subpar. Most of my interactions with staff have been positive and pleasant with a few exceptions.

Honestly don't use drive up at this location. I can go on and on about the details from my visit yesterday but overall will just avoid drive up at the brandywine target location.

If I could I would've gave a 0, customer service is trash, online pick up is trash and the supervisors are trash as well. It’s the lack of concern. I am a paying customer and I work customer service as well. You should always listen to the customers need and try to come up with a solution. Nope not at this target. Cassandra the supervisor I thought was going to be concerned with my problem didn’t care at all about resolving my issue, ridiculous. I always have problems at this target, stay away.

I bout some donuts on October 23 and they expired on October 18. This store is dirty and needs new management because why are expired donuts at the front of the shelf food items should be checked everyday for the expiration dates and expired food should be thrown out not on the shelf

The customer service here was great. I’m new to the area. And trying to get stuff for the house. I had 2 kids with me and that was already a struggle within itself.I ended up buying some big heavy items that I was not planning to find.But fortunately I met target team member Ty and he helped me out. Ty conducted a speedy check out at customer service. Plus he held my heavy items while I loaded up my car and my 2 babies. Then he and another team member brought out my items to my car and helped me put it in. (All of this he was not obligated to do).It was a great and easy experience and I really appreciate it. Good Customer serve is great but I’m also thankful for Ty and his team for being considerate and understanding. Hope God sends you many Blessings and rewards your way!!!!!

They have items listed as "In Stock" on the Target website for this location and I constantly go here and leave disappointed because nothing is ever in stock. Prices are also wrong for items, if you see a price under an item don't trust it, as items are strewn around the store with no regard for customer clarity. Not a single positive thing I can say about this location, I do not recommend.

Target corporation has extremely terrible customer service. A unmannerable man who is a sr. guest relation specialist spoke to me very rude. He did not resolve my issue, he called me a liar, and would not let me speak to his manager after I requested. Jasper should not work in the customer service feild. Target is not fair when a mistake is made on their end. The do not check phone calls when you make a complaint about how their representatives speak to you. Multiple representatives today insulated my issue was minuscule and that I was over reacting. I am truly offended as I was misguided and misinformed by their representative. Instead of correcting the issue I was told they will use this for training purposes which leaves me high and dry. As a tip I want to inform fellow shoppers that they will tell you one thing by the phone Andre type something completely different. When you call they will only reference what the rep types in the system. If this happens to you just know they will not correct their mistake. I never thought I would say this but I suggest Amazon and WALMART shopping. Do not spend your money where you are not appreciated or respected. Target sucks.

Bought 6 items, three rang up with a higher price than on the shelf tag. Beware, and be sure to remember the shelf tag price. My 6 items rang up a total of over $8 higher than the shelf tags.

This store is poorly managed and the employees are so unprofessional. They have an attitude and are always on the phone. This targets concession stand has been closed so you can never get popcorn or any snacks.I always wonder if their corporate office is aware of this.

Definitely one of the best Targets in PG County. Gone there twice so far; first, by myself in my wheelchair and second, with my brother without the wheelchair, so I had to use one of the electric carts and fortunately 2 were available. Everyone is nice and helpful and their grocery section is fairly big.

This Target has gone downhill. They need new Management to get these employees in shape. Most employees are not helpful, they are usually on their phones scrolling social media and on FaceTime (not professional). The store shelves are empty, items are in the wrong area, and the bathrooms are nasty! I’ll be driving an extra 15 minutes to the Target in Waldorf. At least that store is clean and the employees take pride in what they are doing. I can’t with PG stores anymore.

Same experience at this Target as the Laurel Corridor Marketplace Target. Love it no issues just learning the new layout otherwise everything is similar. No complaints except that I had to self checkout a full shopping cart of supplies. I prefer to check out with someone than using the self checkout.

I visited Target to see if they had the Starbucks cups I wanted. I've searched various Starbucks and Safeway locations when no luck. Not only did the Brandywine location have several of the cups both tall & venti, but the young lady at the Starbucks counter provided exceptional customer service. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I went to Target looking for a Funko Pop. I found the specific one I’ve been looking for for about 3 months and went to purchase it when I was told I couldn’t. When I asked why they told me it hasn’t been released yet. They said it would be released on September 9th, today is July 30th. Why would you have the product in store and on the shelf if you can’t sell it for another month? After being told we could not purchase the item the cashier took the item out of my hands and ran away with it, assuming we were going to attempt stealing the item. After talking to a manager they gave us a $40 gift card, which doesn’t fix my problem. I wanted the merchandise I came to the store for, found on the shelf, and went to purchase, before it was rudely taken out of my possession. Not to mention the store was a complete mess and completely disorganized and one of the worst Targets I have seen.

Customer service at register was horrible. Cashier Jada too busy with personal texting on phone. Suggest retraining for this young lady. No greeting, bypassed Circle Rewards, had to ask for her to go back to screen, no apology, and of course no "thank you." Other than that, store clean and floor staff professional, courteous, and respectful!

There was a minor mishap with my order and it took longer than expected to receive my items. However, the Target Associate was extremely helpful and even offered me a gift card for the inconvenience. I will definitely be returning to this Target for my shopping needs.

Store is VERY disorganized and there are tones of boxes all throughout the store. Employees are hard to find and don’t know what they are doing and the app says stuff is in stock then the store never has it and items are always on the wrong place so you don’t know how much something is until you get to checkout
